Yes, Google is good but i beg to disagree that it is the best. Google only track page view but there are tools that can also help you analyze your website based on people's view and what actions they took when on your website but since Google is cheap, we can give them that credit

To make your website visible to search engines, you have to do what is called Search Engine Optimization or SEO for short. In doing SEO, you have on-site and off-site. So go read about it or out-source it to an SEO firm. If out-sourcing, be sure to ask one particular question from the SEO firm.

Why do you want to buy Facebook like? Post relevant tips and topic and run a PPC Campaign directly the traffic to your fanpage and you are likely to see your likes increase

SEO Optimization starts with a good keyword research. That should be your starting point.Get your keyword wrong and all your effort will go down the drain. there are various keyword tools out there but the basic principle is the same.
