If you're applying for any Job Role with this people, dont put all your hope on them! They're bunch of Huge Dissapointment. I remember how i was invited for their Aptitude Test, wrote and passed! And was also successful in the Interview stage and subsequently got a call for Documentation as i type, never heard from them for the past 2yrs plus !! Although i got informed that they give more preference to OND and HND Holders! Well, thats by the way! The good thing is one is meaningfully employed now. I'm not discouraging anyone from trying his or her luck! Just saying from a Bitter Experience. Goodluck to you'all applying!

I am very sorry you had a "bitter experience" with them as said. What you need to know is to understand the process and how it works.

ICS Limited is a recruitment company which means they work based on what their clients want. The process you went through is to prepare you should they have a request that meets your qualification. It is not only about qualification, it is about what the client needs.

1. How do you generate a sitemap- Google that or use screamingfrog to generate one

2. How do you test your sitemap-

A. Generate one using method 1 above
B. Upload to the root of your website
C. Test this url via Google webmaster (www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

When I see people seeking ways to get free huge traffic to their website, I weep.

There is no secret or shortcut. It is either you are very good or you have loads of cash to spend on advertisement.

So how can you be so good that you get huge free traffic?

1. Identify your industry: seriously bloggers, you need to have a niche

2. Identify gaps in your niche: meaning,look at what people have not written about then write the story

3. Seo your blog: seriously keyword rules

I love your analogy and you must be a good story teller but unfortunately there are some facts that I need to clarify so other people reading this will not get it wrong

1. Your difference between PPC, Organic SEO and Adsense is mixed up.

Organic SEO is the process of getting your website free traffic on search engines, PPC is the process of paying to get traffic while adsense is a method Google uses to advertise merchant's products on partner websites. So if your opt in for PPC, it is a totally different game if you opt in for adsense.


2. Except in rare cases, it is not possible to rank a website homepage in two months. ( I can ask you to take up this challenge if you do not agree with me )

Apart from this two issues, like I said, you did a good job trying to tell your story.

Even if they don't tell you, if you want us to help out, you got to come out plain and tell us certain things we need to know so we can profer solutions.
