Stop behaving like a saddist. 2nd batch or not, has no direct impact on your appiontment just as being shortlisted dosent guarantee your success.

Those saying there will be second batch screening should go and sleep. Second batch? If I hear... After how many months since the 'first batch screening'...?

You believe there will be a list called political list and only names of connected people will be on it? There is nothing like a separate political list. Just a normal list where name of those with and without connection will be on it.

I don't dispute the fact that connection plays role in our recruitment process. But even if its 100% on merit, people not chosen will also say its connection. We have that mentality that if we aren't chosen, then those chosen must have connection. Its not always so. I wish those called the best...

I'll keep saying it, forget about immigration and find something else to fix your time with, we applied for it and we're called 6months later with no prior notice...Am sure something similar will still happen with the final list, if you are successful, they will contact you the same way they contacted you for the screening..The more you put your mind into it, the more you're getting frustrated and jilted...Federal work is not a thing to put all your eggs into, until you are sure of getting it!!

I'm talking from experience, it doesn't matter whether the case is still in court or not, because the prosecutor can always apply to the court at anytime to withdraw any case!

Ypu can tell the prosecutor at anytime categorically to withdraw your case from court provided u've got what u wanted (restitution of ur property by the thieves or the financial equivalent of what they stole!!!

That u were convicted, jailed or paid fine does not change the fact that money got missing under your watch. And since the law does not believe that things disappear and since you agreed that the money got missing under your care, it is assumed that you know the whereabout of the money but decided to play smart.
But in a criminal proceeding, punishment other than recovery is their main aim, that's why you were not told to pay back but punishment meted on your.
Don't mind those asking you to appeal, you will put yourself in more trouble. Since you agreed with your employer that the money got missing under you, its an admission of guilt, hence sentence was given. Nothing wrong there.
Through civil claim, your employer can get his money back and you will be also asked to pay the legal fees.
I suggest you meet with your employer, explain to him how all happen and make arrangement how to pay back if he insist. Unless you are sure he doesn't have any plans to pursue a civil case against u...

I have a case in court, its a fraud case and trial has began. The accused confessed to the crime when they were arrested but pleaded not guilty in court. The wanted to settle out of court but what they are offering is not even up to half of what they defrauded.

Now I want to go ahead with the full trial because with the evidences and their confessional statements, I believe they will be convicted.

My problem now this that I am hearing that the court will only convict them and sentence them to prison, that part of the sentence will not be for them to refund the money that they defrauded. Please house, if such thing happen, how will I recover my money back? Although some of their properties were seized.

Please I need advice, I made a mistake falling into their hands in the quest to make out something out of live. Thanks

My State of Origin Ebonyi state!!!Has about 100+ successful candidate, when I called the lady handle the list then,But during the verification exercise, we wer less than that figure, we wer about 80+ that attended the exercise, but a lot of people didn't meet up with the criteria, but their documents wer filed!!!

The number of people To be employed by minister of interior is 1,112 if you divide it by 36 state of the federation that will give you 30.88888888889, approximate it, it will give you 31per state!!

And this number include bsc, hnd, ond, nce, ssce... And it shud be divided by 37, may God help us all...

In 2017, 2.7m applied, 300k was taken. Majority were not, that's why the outcry.
