I just clearly listed the documents I added to the new application and I gave brief explanation because the documents i attached are self explanatory and i added a caption to the pictures i attached.
The main explanation was all in my SOP and my SOP was 3 and half pages

In addition to the concerns that you are addressing, add othe important details, like the course and how it relates to your work, why you chose the school, proof of fund etc. Every bew application is viewed on its merit, they won't go and pull out the SOP in your previous application.

So write a complete LOE. Simply just get your previous SOP and include the concerns your are addressing there.

Its not the UCI, the IRCC number can be found in the BIL, check it is stated there.

I have read alot concerning the unfoldings in Imo State politics and I am beginning to wonder if people do not learn from history. If my suggestions are not considered, then APC will win again in Imo, the Governor has succeeded in "winning " almost all the House of Assembly seats, all he has to do is to mandate the winners to make sure they win their respective Local Governments in November and gbam, he continues as the Governor. It is simple arithmetics.

Presently, Emeka Ihedioha and Sam Anyanwu have gotten the PDP forms, one of them will emerge as candidate. LP will field theirs too, then APGA, I guess these may be the 3 strong parties in the election, unless a very strong aspirants feels dissatisfied and break away to another party, but let me continue this analysis with the believe that only the 3 abovementioned political parties will field strong candidates.

APC obviously will field Senator Hope and he already has an edge by having all house of assembly members and Sole Administrators in all LGA that will fight tooth and nail to deliver, so as to retain their positions or be considered for higher ones.

By this, the PDP, LP and APGA are already set for failure because the votes they would have garnered would be shared between their 3, so they will never come close to winning.

If they will take my advise, they should all team up, even woo the small parties to their side. Possibly, they should meet on a round table and share positions, one party should provide the Governorship candidate, the other the Deputy, the other secretary to the state government, the other chief of staff etc. They can even go ahead to share the positions for commisioners, so that no party feel dissatisfied, then they go to the field and campaign...

However, in all these sharing, they should not forget the people, they should field candidates that will appeal to the people as they will also fail if they field candidates that the people are already tired off.

This is the only way Senator Hope can be unseated...

Why all these hatred for we the Igbos? This shows that we have never been one Nigeria and may never truly will...

Its really disheartening seeing the comments here. What has the Igbos done? We registered to vote in our location of businesses and residences, this is a place we spend more time than our hometown, I believe we even have more investments in Lagos and you are saying we should not freely express our rights to vote? It is only fair that we be part of politics there, even if its the minute part of voting!

Are we trying to say there are no Hausas and Yorubas that registered and voted in the South East, South-South and North? I am in Owerri, I personally voted with some Hausa guys in my polling unit and that is how it is supposed to be... So why all these hatred?

Please, we Igbos are full fledged Nigerians, we have the right to vote wherever we register to vote, stop all the harrassment and hatred... For many years I voted in Rivers peacefully but I am from Imo. I registered and voted there because I am among the people the winners will govern.

Moreover, we are all first humanbeings before anything else. PEACE!!!

Inec is playing, all the polling units in my wards, Ubomiri in Mbaitolu LGA in Imo is showing Jigawa State results...

I sued someone in the high court on liquidated money demand. I purchase a land from him which turned out to be defective, it was a government land.

Before going to court, I have already reported him for fraud at the police, this was because he stopped picking my calls. Police invited him and he refused to honor it. This made me decide to go to court. However, after I have gone to court, police succeeded in arresting him, against my stand of them prosecuting him, they instead entered an undertaking with him to refund the money. They called me one day and said he brought 200k and I told them that I want my case to be charged to court. From here they began frustrating the case and sided with suspect. He even wrote a petition against me in a higher police command, they refused to tell the wrong he was alleging until I come, I had to petition the IG.

Hopeful that the court is the hope of a common man, I waited for the court. On his intention to defend the suit, he agreed to the debt he mentioned that he has paid me the 200k. This was the sole reason while the judge transfered the case to trial.

My question is for the lawyers.
1. Having transfered the case to the general cause list, is the case to start afresh?

2. Doing trial, is it only the 200k payment is what is to be argued?

3. If the suit is starting afresh, can we use the ruling on the undefended list in the trial.

4. Can we adjust our claims at this point?

5. The 200k was not paid to me, it was paid to the police against my stand and they are still with it.

My lawyer is till angry with the outcome, I just want to get other views...

Bros, what is termed misinformation would have been if you filled out the forms and submitted the application without mentioning your wife and her status. You did so and it was the right thing to do. However, her temporary ban on bringing in a non-visa-exempt spouse is your problem as well.

Let me clear it better for you-if your big brother used B1/B2 to enter USA and refused to come back, within the period he hasn't naturalized, all your family members may never get any kind of visa to America. You have to wait for him to find love with an American or sponsorship from an employer and become a citizen.

I know we are talking about Canada. If you have another way of coming here, no problem. Right now, her ban is your ban! She can come and be with you in Nigeria or visit until that ban is lifted. She knows about this ban, and that is why most sponsored divorced people find love among citizens here or those who won't need sponsorship or any visa or stick with their true love no matter what.

She was sponsored and now she has to wait for some years to be eligible to sponsor another person. She can be remarried though. However, if the new spouse doesn't need a visa or is a CC or PR then no immigration thingy is involved.

Please throw more light because I am still confused. Though we are legally married but I am sponsoring myself for the studies, I only mentioned her in the application because I did not want it to seem like I hid any information, so that it will not be term misrepresentation when they eventually find out.

However, please bro, is there a policy that says if I am married to a PR that is serving a spousal ban, then I can not enter Canada through study route?

Also my refusal letter only stated that I have significant ties in Canada and they are not sure that I will leave after studies. If I explain why I will leave after studies in my LOE and upload additional documents like police clearance certificate, birth certificates of all my siblings, affidavit of return and affidavit from my wife undertaken to make sure that I return after my studies, do you think I will have a chance of approval?
