yes it is. even though they are few in number,the mere fact that we have female head of nations, political and financial leaders today would have been deemed impossible 100yrs ago. it won't happen overnight but of course it's possible. I believe it is possible.

in fact, more and more women are breadwinners in many families in the west today as well.
who knows, many yrs from now (if the balance tips over), it will be men who will be forming rights movements. and that will be perfectly legitimate. the goal is for there to be a balance between men and women.
