Bla bla bla. . . As if a SNC will solve our collective problems. Gov Aliyu is right deepwater resources and any revenues from it solely belong to the FG like tax, import duties etc.
Southern Nigerians are too selfish and sentimental

Redundant governors will always find a stupid excuse for their ineptitude. If a state has the ability to produce, generate and supply electricty, nothing stops it from doing such.

Okay, let's see! Am not in a hurry o o o. Its not saturated as long as Naija is concerned. I don't buy ebooks anymore talk less of buying WSO.

How exactly is naija concerned in the first place?

It is possible. I have already had a no-fail strategy to implement my plans and I plan to make $20,000 or more in 3-4 months right here in Nigeria, Seriously!

It will be achieved via affiliate marketing but not the usual clickbank or amazon kind oooo. It is from a new bride on the block and the pay is actually very high; $50/ sale.

I shall be dishing out free stuff to achieve it. Not by building a list but going physical.

That is how I have planned it. With the right advertising and marketing, I will achieve more than that . . .

Seems vague. . .

lol. . . I don't care. I doubt if it ever happens. Like I said, I TWEAKED what I got. Its just like some tells you that 1 + 1= 2 and you just thought within yourself and said hey,( the light turned on) what if I add a little flavour to this I could get more than the 2 in the equation.

You get the drift? And it has never been taught the way I tweaked it, you won't find it on the web if you search and you probably would fail at it without care. Its just my way of thinking out side the box and only a few warriors do this--thinking out side the box. That's when your entrepreneural acumen comes alive and trust me, I wont come here to announce my seminar.

Another reason I don't see it happening is that Nigerian IM'ers hardly think outside the box and all most of them know is SELLING E BOOKS. They would probably be busy doing that. Take a look at this section of nairaland forum and you will see what I mean.

Some think that marketing and advertising online is all about putting links, email and phone number any where they see fits.

Besides, I have seen the mighty fallen as far as Nigerian IM circle is concerened. I have learned from their mistakes and all that.

Well, I learnt from some white folks that effective planning is very important to success that's why am taking my time to prepare my marketing funnel. However, if you think you know my plan, you are free to use it. I don't care and mind. Success is what matters to me.
Like I said before, you caught this idea on the WF, it might have been a WSO you bought. . . Whatever, but I want you to remember that is that as long as it was posted to the warrior forum, then be aware that the information/method has also been seen and used by thousands of IM'ers around the world, most of whom have already tweaked the method in a plethora of ways even better than yours. You're not the only one who thinks outside the box.

Politics / Re: Presidency Orders Chevron To Provide Electricity To Delta Oil Communities by chei: 6:30pm On Feb 22, 2012
Why the furore? This was an amicable directive from the presidency, at a stakeholders meeting. We all acknowledge that the government cannot meet the energy needs of the populace at the moment hence the directive, it might have been a plea but trust naija gonzo journalists to report something else. I know the government is not meeting up to our expectations but that is not an excuse for us to villfiy the president at any possible chance.

I believe this can be done in CPA marketing. Ppc and youtube strategies when done properly to take traffics to a well converting landing page could be great. It is best for strictly pay per leads. Just that the ppc will require more cash and youtube, more time. Just joining you guys here, Hope I will have a great time out with you, Nice meeting you'll

You can make more with cpa, but using youtube is now old school(saturated), ppc marketing might burn your fingers if you're not an expert. Most marketers(over eight percent) lose money in PPC(fact).

Not Really. . .

Get real, your so called hidden method is not new in the IM world, it might probably even be saturated. You're not the only one who has a blueprint on how to make thousands on the net. Keep the blueprint to yourself but remember that the earlier you implement, the better for you. The rules in this field are changing too fast, your fresh blueprint might become trash in a blink of an eye.

Politics / Re: Nigeria Is Not Easily Reversible - Col Abubakar D. Umar (rtd) by chei: 9:56pm On Feb 14, 2012
Unarguably, Nigeria is grappling with an unwieldy administrative structure, a problem brought about in part by agitations for self determination that led to the creation of many unviable states and local governments. It is our duty and responsibility to nurture our country and steer it out of any temporary difficulties until it attains the perfection we admire in others. Any one preaching or advocating anything to the contrary should know of the implications not to talk of the grave consequences on the lives of so many people across the country.

We will say this openly and frankly and without fear of contradiction that given the spread and depth of our integration as a people, it is futile to expect Igbos, Hausa, Yoruba or any ethnic group to relocate easily or peacefully to their ancestral lands even if Nigeria were broken up. It is not time alone; many things in nature are not reversible. And we should never forget, it is decisions taken in moments such as this that shape our destiny.

True words and nicely written piece. However, anyone expecting or believing in the meaningful success of this waste called Nigeria is deluded. The country won't make any meaningful progress for a veeeeeerry long time due to tribalism, corruption and the total lack of zeal amongst the masses to fight for change.

Okija_juju:

They both had their merits and demerits.

Soludo consolidated the banking sector by increasing their capital base and creating more jobs. Yet he failed to tightly regulate the banks hence creating a hole that allowed for the likes of Cecilia ibro and co to steal and declare false profits to stake holders.

Sanusi also consolidated the banks by first identifying those banks with false portfolios, also the cashless policy which would halp leave alot of paper trail and check corruption, islamic banking as well which I think is a brilliant idea especially for young enterprenuers. His down side was that some of his policies has led to job loss.

If I were to pick my man, I would go with Lamido Sanusi Lamido. He comes across as a more honest man than Charles Soludo.

Computers / Bittorrent Giant Btjunkie Shuts Down For Good by chei: 6:14pm On Feb 10, 2012
BTjunkie, one of the largest BitTorrent indexes on the Internet, has decided to shut down voluntarily today. A combination of legal actions against fellow file-sharing sites and time-consuming projects have led to the drastic decision that takes out one the main players in the BitTorrent landscape.

Founded in June 2005, BTjunkie has been among the top BitTorrent sites for more than half a decade.

The site was never involved in any legal action, and to keep it this way the site’s operators decided to shut the site down for good today. The following message was posted on the BTjunkie homepage a few minutes ago:

“This is the end of the line my friends. The decision does not come easy, but we’ve decided to voluntarily shut down. We’ve been fighting for years for your right to communicate, but it’s time to move on. It’s been an experience of a lifetime, we wish you all the best!”

Talking to TorrentFreak, BTjunkie’s founder said that the legal actions against other file-sharing sites such as MegaUpload and The Pirate Bay played an important role in making the difficult decision. Witnessing all the trouble colleagues got into was cause for a lot of worry and stress, and those will now belong to the past.

That said, BTjunkie’s owner still thinks there might be a future for other BitTorrent sites.

“I really do hope so, the war is far from over for sure,” he told TorrentFreak.

While BTjunkie was never targeted directly by copyright holders, the site was reported to the US Trade Representative (USTR) November last year. Both the RIAA and MPAA listed the torrent index as a ‘rogue’ site that facilitated mass copyright infringement.

BTjunkie is also one of the search terms censored by Google because it’s piracy related, alongside The Pirate Bay, RapidShare, uTorrent and others.

As a result of the decision to shut down BTjunkie, one of the top 5 torrent sites with dozens of millions of users a month is no more. Judging from previous shutdowns like that of TorrentSpy and Mininova, users will quickly find a new home at one of the many alternatives.

Nonetheless, it’s the end of an era.

So sad

The program is going on fine and I believe the govt is sincere about the program given that they have already expended a huge amount of money already on the program. I still believe there will be no mago mago or nepotism in the course of the final selection due to the involvement of banks. Some of the business ideas that got through to the second stage were sort of unexpected, some of the trainees i met in benin had some funny business ideas. I was being tempted to believe there was favoritism in the selection process, but I hope not.
The questions asked in the second stage were copied verbatim from a website(wont say), and the organisers just needed a concise summary of your business plan. I'm still unsure if we'll still be asked to defend it (the winners) though. I hope to win anyways.

TODAY YOU HAVE EDUCATION. YOU HAVE COMPUTERS, IPAD, BLACKBERRY, CARS, TVs ETC - ALL COURTESY OF THE SAME ''DISORGANIZED NIGERIA''.

Politics / Re: Why Is Nigeria So Disorganized? by chei: 10:47pm On Feb 04, 2012
Years ago, nigeria's major problem was lack of good leadership. Today it's totally something else, although we still suffer greatly due to lack of quality leadership, the Nigerian situation has deteriorated so badly over the last 40 years that it has resulted in a systemic breakdown and collapse of values among the citizens. It will take quite a long time to repair the damage, especially within the education system that shapes our collective worldview.
The rot in the education system is the basic cause of our problems. The Nigerian public lacks education, some of them are schooled, but they're still uneducated. It's very hard to find educated people in Nigeria and it will take a very long time to correct this distortion.
