Bla bla bla. . . As if a SNC will solve our collective problems. Gov Aliyu is right deepwater resources and any revenues from it solely belong to the FG like tax, import duties etc. Southern Nigerians are too selfish and sentimental |
Politics / Re: The Nation: ‘remove Electricity From Exclusive List’ by chei: 12:32pm On Feb 25, 2012 |
Redundant governors will always find a stupid excuse for their ineptitude. If a state has the ability to produce, generate and supply electricty, nothing stops it from doing such. |

It is possible. I have already had a no-fail strategy to implement my plans and I plan to make $20,000 or more in 3-4 months right here in Nigeria, Seriously! Seems vague. . . |

2sexy:Like I said before, you caught this idea on the WF, it might have been a WSO you bought. . . Whatever, but I want you to remember that is that as long as it was posted to the warrior forum, then be aware that the information/method has also been seen and used by thousands of IM'ers around the world, most of whom have already tweaked the method in a plethora of ways even better than yours. You're not the only one who thinks outside the box. |

Politics / Re: Presidency Orders Chevron To Provide Electricity To Delta Oil Communities by chei: 6:30pm On Feb 22, 2012 |
Why the furore? This was an amicable directive from the presidency, at a stakeholders meeting. We all acknowledge that the government cannot meet the energy needs of the populace at the moment hence the directive, it might have been a plea but trust naija gonzo journalists to report something else. I know the government is not meeting up to our expectations but that is not an excuse for us to villfiy the president at any possible chance. |

eedriyz: You can make more with cpa, but using youtube is now old school(saturated), ppc marketing might burn your fingers if you're not an expert. Most marketers(over eight percent) lose money in PPC(fact). |

2sexy: Get real, your so called hidden method is not new in the IM world, it might probably even be saturated. You're not the only one who has a blueprint on how to make thousands on the net. Keep the blueprint to yourself but remember that the earlier you implement, the better for you. The rules in this field are changing too fast, your fresh blueprint might become trash in a blink of an eye. Goodluck |

First of all what sort of a policy is this? He said: “Between 2012 and 2014, 40 per cent top management positions in banks are to be held by women. By December 2014, 30 per cent board seats in banks will be held by women |

I feel very bad for the northerners, they sort of bashing they gave received from the south in recent times is totally out of this world, but they deserve it anyway(they really suck). Also, for them to believe they'll prosper or succeed economically without the south is a big joke. |

Politics / Re: Nigeria Is Not Easily Reversible - Col Abubakar D. Umar (rtd) by chei: 9:56pm On Feb 14, 2012 |
Unarguably, Nigeria is grappling with an unwieldy administrative structure, a problem brought about in part by agitations for self determination that led to the creation of many unviable states and local governments. It is our duty and responsibility to nurture our country and steer it out of any temporary difficulties until it attains the perfection we admire in others. Any one preaching or advocating anything to the contrary should know of the implications not to talk of the grave consequences on the lives of so many people across the country. True words and nicely written piece. However, anyone expecting or believing in the meaningful success of this waste called Nigeria is deluded. The country won't make any meaningful progress for a veeeeeerry long time due to tribalism, corruption and the total lack of zeal amongst the masses to fight for change. |

Computers / Bittorrent Giant Btjunkie Shuts Down For Good by chei: 6:14pm On Feb 10, 2012 |
BTjunkie, one of the largest BitTorrent indexes on the Internet, has decided to shut down voluntarily today. A combination of legal actions against fellow file-sharing sites and time-consuming projects have led to the drastic decision that takes out one the main players in the BitTorrent landscape. So sad |

I just don't see the reason for threads like these. The bini's have a historical and cultural connection with the yorubas, I don't believe they have any with Igbos. Stop claiming people who dont want or care about you. |

The program is going on fine and I believe the govt is sincere about the program given that they have already expended a huge amount of money already on the program. I still believe there will be no mago mago or nepotism in the course of the final selection due to the involvement of banks. Some of the business ideas that got through to the second stage were sort of unexpected, some of the trainees i met in benin had some funny business ideas. I was being tempted to believe there was favoritism in the selection process, but I hope not. The questions asked in the second stage were copied verbatim from a website(wont say), and the organisers just needed a concise summary of your business plan. I'm still unsure if we'll still be asked to defend it (the winners) though. I hope to win anyways. |

Politics / Re: Why Is Nigeria So Disorganized? by chei: 10:47pm On Feb 04, 2012 |
Years ago, nigeria's major problem was lack of good leadership. Today it's totally something else, although we still suffer greatly due to lack of quality leadership, the Nigerian situation has deteriorated so badly over the last 40 years that it has resulted in a systemic breakdown and collapse of values among the citizens. It will take quite a long time to repair the damage, especially within the education system that shapes our collective worldview. The rot in the education system is the basic cause of our problems. The Nigerian public lacks education, some of them are schooled, but they're still uneducated. It's very hard to find educated people in Nigeria and it will take a very long time to correct this distortion. |
