Health / Re: Why Do Kidney Transplant Abroad When It Can Done In Nigeria? by chei: 5:54pm On Jun 30, 2013
Anyway, this question is irrelevant and out of place. OBJ decides where he wants his transplant to be done all he wants is support. If he wants to go to the moon for the transplant, thats his business.
If you want to undergo a kidney transplant in nigeria, thats your business.

Politics / Re: South-African Girls Arrested For Having Nigerian Friends by chei: 12:06am On Jun 28, 2013
Nigerians are delusional. Let us look at the facts:
1. We are the most corrupt country in the world
2. We have some of the most corrupt individuals in the world
3. Our citizens are highly and likely to be involved in illegal activities wherever they go
4. We hate ourselves

These are the three primary reasons we're hated and despised by other citizens of the world. We shouldn't sit back and criticize them for hating us when we are mostly at fault and the cause of the hatred. If we're law abiding and of good character, these things wouldn't happen. Even in our country, we can't put our acts right, how do we then expect to behave properly in another country.

They're helping by treating us bad, we should look inwardly and ask ourselves deep questions first rather than slinging mud at our opponents

But something happen in 2011 the killing of NYSC

Where will they see corpers to kill? Most corpers from the south reject postings to the north, unless they'll kill their fellow northerners. Besides, the JTF has dealt with them terribly.

Politics / How Long Will It Take The North To Recover From The Bokoharam Crises? by chei: 9:54am On Jun 27, 2013
The Boko Haram insurgency has damaged the social, economic and political health of the northern zone. Violence and insecurity are the biggest threats to investments, economic and social development.
The north as statistic indicate, are the poorest zone, the least literate and least healthy. To add salt to injury, the insurgency surfaced and they ranked the most insecure in the country(arguably).
Other areas in the country that had similar problems were able to rise again due to the resources they had.
Warri, Port Harcourt, Aba are examples, but they still lost alot due to high level of insecurity and violence that staged them. Plateau is yet to recover from the aftermath of the violence.

It will be a difficult task for the north to recover from the huge loss they've suffered. Out of my magnanimity, I'll give them 8 years.

What say you?

This is a talent development and job creation program from the government. No matter what you think, this program will be highly beneficial to numerous youths around the country who are looking for a breakthrough in the entertainment industry.
Anyone who is against the program will be doing so mainly because he's not a beneficiary or not close to a beneficiary or just plain pessimistic.
We should learn to complement and support Government's effort towards curbing unemployment in this nation of ours.

You don't alter a faltering society negatively to suit the aspirations of a select mundane few. The repercussions of these laws will have long reaching effects on the American society in the long run.
Although same sex couples are still a minority and will forever be a minority, the acceptance of this anomaly will provide a tunnel for other anomalies to be brought to forefront for public and legal acceptance which cannot be contained by the society.

Politics / Re: We Should All Be Feminists- Chimamanda Adichie by chei: 3:24am On Jun 27, 2013
Feminism is not about gender rights, its about women rights. They don't care about men or their feelings/thoughts and welfare.
All societies are governed and ruled by men because we monopolize power and violence. Some societies chose to give their female folk certain rights and priviledges while some chose not to in respect to what suits their idea of an ideal society or due to their respect to certain traditions and religion.
Feminists have certain behavioral and attitudinal issues. Feminists view the male gender in a negative perspective. They often believe men are toys who can be coaxed or coerced to obey their will and choices at any given. Women cannot forcefully take anything from men. Never. Women are not naturally forceful or violent creatures.
It is only through dialogue, compromise and understanding that we can all get along just fine.
Feminist should be subtle in their demands or they'll provoke the ire of men.
