My package landed in Akure today after 33 days in transit. You see, I suspected foul play because no update that it landed in Lagos before Akure. It was after I went to check in the Post office today that the update came up. I was actually told that my package wasn't there yet. But in the afternoon, this update came up. It means that the phone has been there for a while.

Lesson? Always disturb them in your post office whenever you feel that your package is in Nigeria.

I just ordered my Oppo Realme 7 pro now. The seller helped me to divide the money in two 2 places and I used 2 gtb ATM cards to pay. Hopefully the phone will be in my hands by Christmas, at least. GTB exchange rate was #380/$.

Well done bro. My site has sharp sand and the water underneath the sand is close to the surface during raining season. In fact, Wells in the area are not deeper that 8ft. How can I go about the foundation on that type of soil?

I don't have the picture here. It is not a swamp or wetland. It just that when it rains, the water is retained on surface for a while. Wells are not deep in the area, any excavation during this period will bring a lot of water.

I have a question to ask please, my site has sharp sand as the top soil and the underground water usually rise to the top during raining season, what type of foundation should I do there? Wells in the area is around 6-8 feet deep. Please I need good explanation on how to go about my foundation.

If your top soil is sharp sand no need to do excavating put your raft on the top soil direct to the level above the road.

My question please, if you dig the ground for up to 6 feet on my site, you will have a normal well full of water. How can I go about my foundation in such a land? Not a wetland really. Please I need urgent answer because work will start soon.
