You say no part of Igboland was sliced off,yet there are obvious indigenous Igbos living in all the SS you can't just wish away.
If Igbos get their independent nation and these their kins in the SS are not joined with them,it will be the loss of people like you and your kinsmen who have been opposing it always,because other Igbos will flood your SS and dominate you due to the presence of their kins there.
Your best bet would be to propose for these indigenous Igbos in SS to be joined with the Igbos in SE.

The presence of those SS Igbos has helped the SE quite a lot..in as much as we regret their continued presence in that phantom SS. Firstly, let me correct something. The creation of States by Gowon in 1967 was done by fiat. It was a product of years of agitation by the ethnic nationalities of the present day SS region that started in the 1940s. [s]In fact, save Bendel(Edo and Delta), all others have been in agitation but were ignored by the Igbo leadership in Enugu. The decree creating Rivers(especially) was a blessing to us and we remain grateful to Gowon[/s].

Secondly, the South South zone was created by the 1994 Constitutional conference to grant a geopolitical zone to ethnic "minorities" in the Southern region. The South South is filled with distict and independent ethnic groups. No part of Igboland was sliced off.

Thirdly, SS is not a war trophy or war booty, the IPOB Biafrans or any other group should not trespass. We are capable of taking our own decision.

Adding the Igbos of ahoada division to Rivers state was uncalled for... The Ijo divisions of degema, brass and Western Ijo were enough to be a "Rivers" state,but bkos of the oil present in ahoada division,Nigeria preferred to have the Igbos as serfs rather than have them bring progress to the most populous black nation on earth. As if stealing ahoada division and Anioma province from the East central state wasn't enough, they went ahead to steal oyigbo and southern egbema in 1976 when it was known that these areas were brimming with crude too
