Am actually going for medical with my husband for gynea case but am having problem with the link provided in this great forum to have access to list of medical doctors and state to visit.PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE LINK?
I have a good job and properties which can serve as a strong tie.
I will also need a link for the form to apply for.
Hope it will also be a plus and wise if a get a referral letter from a gynea in naija.

If you know your want to go for medical, then by all means state it so. That simply means u have to research, get a hospital, have funds available ET Al. Not that much different from gynae cases.
Yes. If you apply for vacation and end up doing medical stuff you may run into issues either at POE or renewal.
Ps: I'm not a guru'. Just my opinion based on stuff I have read over the past 7 years on these forums.
I cannot speak on chances. However my friend after being refused a UK visa got a US visa with her husband the next week. Though if the reason for refusal is misrepresentation, then it may affect bearing in mind that both countries share details when it pleases them

Like I earlier said, I got a UK visa through this group after several trial with agents. I was given 6 months visit visa which will expire by march. I have also traveled and came but have INTEREST TO TRAVEL TO US WITH MY HUSBY ON MEDICAL GROUNDS before my UK visa expires.
CONCERNS
1. If I apply with my husby using the above reasons what are my chances of getting a US visa considering the fact that my husband has been denied US and UK visa for a different reasons which is tourist visa-vacation.
2.The link and requirement for medical form if NO 1 question is considered INCLUDING CONTACTS FOR MEDICAL DOCTORS FOR GYNEA CASES
3. If the reasons for the initial applications (vacation) is different from this current one (Madical) , will it raise an eye brow? considering the fact that I have a valid UK visa which I used for less than a month and came back to resume work in Nigeria.
PLEASE GURUS HELP ME WITH THIS QUESTIONS SO THAT I CAN START MY APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Good afternoon house my interview is coming up in 2months time, and i will be going with my uncle and aunt since its a group appointment (interview) please I will love to know if it's possible for only 1 or 2 persons to be issued d visa out of 5 people if we all go in together for the interview.

The truth is that it is possible for VO to give visa to one or more persons in a group from my experience. All you need do is not to panic, be your self and go through your submitted application to be able to answer all the questions they will ask you.
Bear in mind that as soon as they notice that fear in you, they may fill you have something you are hiding and concentrate more in you but once you are free you may be surprise they will just ask very few and insignificant questions and issue you visa.

The best thing you can do for your self is to be bold.

9)my birth certificate as evidence of relationship with sister.
My documents were just basic. Submit genuine docs and leave the rest to God. If it is his will the visa will be approved.Like you said it's just a miracle. I had been refused twice already so imagine my mind set when I was submitting. But I thank God it all ended in praise.

I also got a visiting visa to UK but I want to know duration for canadian visiting visa, do they give upto 2years for first timer. I really want to visit a friend by Easter next year by Gods grace. Is it wise to apply immediately am back from UK and whats my chances. As for the docs you listed, I can provide all but my concern is that the person inviting me is a friend and my reason for visiting is to see her and her family because it has been a long time. Are these reasons ok or you can advice better? can you suggest of any strong reasons that is not suspicious. Please I need advice from you and other gurus in the house on how best to go about it

Hello all I want to say a big thank you to all those that have contributed in one way or the other on this thread. I've applied twice previously for a trv and was refused both times. The last application before this third time was in Nov 2016. Anyway I decided to reapply again on the 19th of Sept and did bio on the 20th of Sept.. on the 24th of September I was asked for additional docs ( children's birth certificate ). I submitted this on the 27th of Sept. To God be the glory on the 5th of October I got passport request for myself,spouse and 2 kids.

I reluctantly decided to try again by this Sept 2017 to UK for a visit and God in His infinite mercy showed and proved Himself mighty.

The reason i was denied then, i paid in 1m and printed my statement account, they said there is no proof of the money even though it was my money. please now i need help and advise. @Pzone thanks alot for the contribution. To be on a safe side please don't mention about friend being a big boy, infact that will make the VO to deny you because its not a strong reason.
With my little experience I have gathered, I applied and my visa was granted. I will advice to include part of your reason for travelling is that as a banker, your work is very stressful and demanding and that will like to use 2weeks (7 days is very sudden, even if you intend to spend 7days but just applied for 2weeks) from your leave to have some rest in a seren place where you dont want distractions and get yourself prepared for 2018 work stress. In your application, fill that you plan to travel second or third week of January 2018 and you have to apply now. The reason is that when you go to UK website they specify that the EARILIEST YOU CAN APPLY IS 3MONTHS. Though if you apply now and your visa is granted, you can travel immediately your your visa is out which is in the next 2weeks. I applied on the 5th of September, went for biometrics on the 11th of September and got a mail on 27th September that a decision has been made and collected my passport on the 3rd of October from DHL office because of long holiday and it was granted. I had intention of travelling by DEC but with my visa, I can decide to travel tomorrow or anytime. what I understand is that before you apply ensure you go to UK website, relax and go through the requirements, once you are able to meet it they will definitely give you visa. Dont give the VO or ECO impression that you are in a hurry, it will look as if you another motive.
2) Also get letter of introduction, leave letter which will start Jan, Employment letter, pay slip. statement of account (even you dont intend to go on leave but arrange it with your manager) from your employer. Make your application look real ant their should be justification
3) LOE explaining how your account and anything that can be a show stopper to your application in a simple and short english
4) Home tie- If you are married, provide marriage cert. but if not get a family pictures, letter from your parents or siblings stating that you have been taking care of them, they giving their consent for you to travel and have some rest because they understand the nature of your job and will not like stress to affect you but they also expect you back because they dont anyone to fall back to and bla bla bla bla ...........
5)landed property(ies)is any, Pension statement of account
NOTE: Your exact name in your passport should conform with what you have in every of your documents for uniformity and tranparency

Yeah make copy of all your non A4 document to submit e.g receipts , photos etc.
remove staple pins from all your documents.
you do not need to photocopy originals as all documents will be scanned and returned to you.
at the gate show them your appointment letter to be able to go in.
be at the gate 20 mnts before appointment time.

My bags were surprisingly untouched, unzipped and unchecked � at our own murtala Mohamed airport,unbelievable.

Fast forward to port of entry : fear everywhere as we say Ohare na the meanest Poe for USA, everybody carry Ds 160 dey memorize. As we come enter queue, I just set monitor one officer, he looked nice, na so iron enter him queue. As reach there na me d guy come dey advice me about d school, nice school and so on,, no question at all..... As my luggage arrive, I just put am for trolley dey bounce with confidence. To my greatest surprise I come see myself for outside airport, for the second time nobody opened my bag

Hello house In same spirit of filling of application,I have 2 offices the headquarter in Lagos and branch in Delta. My employment letter carries the headquarter while other documents to present at the embassy carries delta branch office, which company address should I fill in the form.
2. The colon where they asked if I have a national ID card and I said No because I dont have though the temporal one is with me, will they use it against me?
3.What do they mean by how much do I have in my savings? Does savings include salary account where I also have money?
4. Where they asked reasons for travelling I chose the option of other so I wrote on the space provided for that I AM ONLY TRAVELLING TO VISIT A COUSIN FOR JUST 2 WEEKS, NO TOURISM. Is that write up ok?

There is nothing like itinerary sample, just list things you tend to do while in the UK and a breakdown of the cost of the trip to you.

If she couldn't provide tenancy agreements and bank statement then book for a hotel because if somebody is inviting you to stay with her she should be able to show evidence of an accommodation and her ability to host you while you are there.

Why are you concerned about the savings account?

Another concern is that my brother is in UK as at last year I applied but I filled that I dont have a family member in UK because he hasnt gotten his citizenship though he has his legal stay. Now I want to fill yes in the colon or what do you think?

1.The documents she submitted was her British Citizen Passport, Energy/utility bill, invitation letter.
2.Is it compulsory that your amount in your account in your last should be same or more than what will be in your recent account. because I run 2 account savings and salary account. My savings has been 3M since last year but just withdraw 1.8M out of 3M, is it safe to use that same account. Though my has salary account FBN has build up to 2.1M. Should I use both account or just FBN. My fear for saving account is because of 1.8 I removed from it recently

I think I understand your question 1 and your concerns with 'cousin' and 'first cousin'. By first cousin, you mean your direct cousin. From my understanding your cousin referred to you in their invitation letter as their 'cousin' and you think it should have been 'first cousin' given your immediate family relationship. However it does not matter. It's not worth asking your cousin to rewrite the invite. Be smart enough to use the same language as your cousin in your application form and any associated supporting letters.

3. What are those documents she included?

4. Submit all your bank accounts with supporting documents to proof the source of money in them.

5. Still ok to submit this month

6. If you are earning enough to justify spending such amount for a short visit then no problem.

7. Ask your cousin

Fourthly, I have applied to UK last year November and I was denied. when I applied I presented my GTB account which has up to 3M and FBN Acct and now that I want to re apply I intend to present only my first bank account in which I have 2.1M because I pulled out I.4M from my GTB for a business. Do I present the remaining balance in my GTB which is like 1.6M together with my FBN or should I present only FBN but my fear is that since I have presented GTB in my last Application, I do not know if they can use it against me if I didn't include it to the recent application. PLEASE ADVICE!!!!
Fifthly I intend to travel December and I have not submitted my application, from UK website I learnt the earliest to apply is 3months. should I go ahead with the application or what do you think?

Fourthly, I have applied to UK last year November and I was denied. when I applied I presented my GTB account which has up to 3M and FBN Acct and now that I want to re apply I intend to present only my first bank account in which I have 2.1M because I pulled out I.4M from my GTB for a business. Do I present the remaining balance in my GTB which is like 1.6M together with my FBN or should I present only FBN but my fear is that since I have presented GTB in my last Application, I do not know if they can use it against me if I didn't include it to the recent application. PLEASE ADVICE!!!!
Fifthly I intend to travel December and I have not submitted my application, from UK website I learnt the earliest to apply is 3months. should I go ahead with the application or what do you think?
