Thanks but I have done all that and creat a new emial different from the agent email and yet they said they will get back to me.
How long will take and will they contact that agent that I used.

Please I used an agent previously to apply for B1/B2 Visa and now I decided to do it on my own. I am done with the application and I have submitted my form and tried to book appointment but they found out that my data is in their database with the agents email address. When I went further in my booking, it got to a point they said they asked if I would like to switch to my new email and I clicked confirm, they said they will get back to me.
The question now 1) is the confirmation through my mail or they will contact that my agent to confirm 2) How long will take them to confirm before I will book for my appointment.

Also female form does not include previous travel history.

I found out that my B1/B2 for for US visit visa is different from husbands own or am I the one not doing the right thing.
Firstly, My husband was asked of his previous education background but noting like that in my own
Secondly, My husband was asked if he has a travel history and noting like that for me o
Thirdly, I didnt see anything on preparer of application
Fourthly, the agent I used previously in 2016 filled No on other names used but I filled yes now and put my maiden name, is that right.
Please my great people I need your advice.

In addition to what OmoBende24 adviced, if you insist that you must go with your family the only option to convince VO that you will come back after your vacation is to get admission here in Nigeria, go with the evidence OF ADMISSION LETTER AND SCHOOL ID should incase he requested for it. But do not forget to mention that you have gotten admission since you were denied visa to study in US.

1. is it okey to make my wife principal applicant since i have apply for f1 before and been denied but my wife and the kids has never apply before.

Guy or babe did you applied for visa or you started application without submission while waiting for uncle invitation letter? if not you should have go for your interview without the letter rather than wisting 64k . Well to my experience VO hardly check invitation letter during interview .
Blue paper signify visa refusal but at times come in white paper.

Gurus pls give your opinion.

I mean my online application will expire today. After 30 days the online application expires if you have not submitted.

Thanks all. Actually we have gotten over the denial yesterday. The crowd I saw at the embassy make me Shiver and na so the blue papers dey fly everywhere. Even so many white people collect from the share of the blue papers. A lady I believed from presidency got denied, reverend father denied even chiefs with all sort of beads denied. But we naija sha no dey try, some can't even answer some elementary questions. Those america guys no get joy at all. I wish anyone going there best of luck.

The VO is not interested in those proofs, just hold them incase they ask.please don't try to make them to check those documents. Read through transcripts on this thread to have a feel of how the interview normally go

3x in less than two months Pls clarify on this one. Cos DH and i applied in August 2017 and november 2017 for vacation and were denied. That was before i started thinking of having my LO in the US.
I'm 20weeks pregnant now and waiting to apply again late january. I just want to get all the details needed for a birth visa before applying again. If one can apply 3x in less than 2 months then I've been wasting time.

By gynea case I'm assuming you meant some other gynea case apart from giving birth. Go to www.healthgrades.com you'll find doctor's and hospitals that are available to you in the US,you can then limit your search to a particular state.
Yes, i think it will be a plus to get a referral from your nigerian doctor

The form to fill is online on the embassy website. It's called a ds160
I don't have a link. That's where research comes into play. You shouldn't sit and wait for a link. You know where you wanna go To. Start from there. Search for doctors in that area code or near, putting in consideration transportation cost and time. Check the websites and get the doc's nos or email. Get a quote and letter from them.
Though this is not part of what u asked, getting gynae care in the US in my opinion ain't all that and it's expensive for no reason. I once paid 36k naira for an ultrasound scan. Hisssss

Merry Xmas and a prosperous New year gurus in the house. Honestly am yet to get an exact word to express the excitement in me for belonging to this noble group. This group has opened my eyes to so many things and I have learnt a lot and still learning. If some tells me I can get a visa on my own without agent, in my widest dreamiI will never believe that after I have tried twice with agent and failed.

I have read through and it seems this forum is only for giving birth, what of women that are still believing God and will like to try their luck in US?

Like I earlier said, I got a UK visa through this group after several trial with agents. I was given 6 months visit visa which will expire by march. I have also traveled and came but have INTEREST TO TRAVEL TO US WITH MY HUSBY ON MEDICAL GROUNDS before my UK visa expires.
CONCERNS
1. If I apply with my husby using the above reasons what are my chances of getting a US visa considering the fact that my husband has been denied US and UK visa for a different reasons which is tourist visa-vacation.
2.The link and requirement for medical form if NO 1 question is considered INCLUDING CONTACTS FOR MEDICAL DOCTORS FOR GYNEA CASES
3. If the reasons for the initial applications (vacation) is different from this current one (Madical) , will it raise an eye brow? considering the fact that I have a valid UK visa which I used for less than a month and came back to resume work in Nigeria.
