Check the uploaded Presidential Election results,the time, and the date when those resultes where transmitted is known while on the new sitehttps://cvr.inecnigeria.org/results shows no time and date. the electoral act says that the PU results should be uploaded immediately after counting of votes(at the real time).so the time and date when the uploading of the results is important.

Vote Labour Party from top to botton and also wait for the results of your polling unit is uploaded by the INEC Presiding Officer in your PU

One of the many grouses against Yakubu is that, more than a week after the February 25th election, uploading of results on INEC portal was yet to be completed even after he hastily declared APC candidate president-elect.So where did INEC manufacture the results he declared on the 1/3/2023 from?

They said iNEC is an independent body and can do anything they like without minding any body....my question is that since the election results were not uploaded when needed,what is now the uses/functions of the BVAS and why was it bought by INEC.The same INEC,still went to court and asked the court for an order to reconfigure the same BVAS that the real function was ignored during the presidential election.Secondly,if BVAS was used as the reason they went to court for the reconfiguration before the Goverborship/HOA Elections,where did they get the result that was declared after the Presidential election?because up till now about 12,600 polling unit results are not yet uploaded and also,before the results was announced on 1/3/2023,the uploaded results by BVAS was not upto 45%. where did INEC get the declared results.
