If the use of BVAS is not in the electoral act as claimed by the senate President(Lawal),why did Inec ask the court to allow them to reconfigure the same BVAS to used for the governorship/HOA election that made the elections be shifted.

No doubt he is the Senate President in waiting...Have you seen how painful it is to steal someone's belonging?but you and your Party just stole some people's mandates.you and your party should return the stolen mandates if you want your phone back or you go to court...law of karma.

The Election would be shifted because of time.INEC said they needed five days for configuration of the BVAS and tomorrow is thursday.

The election was not properly rigged by INEC they just announced the result and asked the lossers to go to court as usual.They ignored the BVAS in most places and announced a manual collected results.It's only the data in the BVAS that will review what happenned during and after the conducts... If manual collaction of result was not done,how did they announced the results before uploading the result instead of announcing the figures from the BVAS after uploading of the results.The rigging job was not well done by INEC because of time.

If truly election is rigged Tinubu will never lose Lagos and Osun. I can't say the same of Enugu, Anambra and Abia, where labour party scored over 90%. Some people like you argued and even cursed me when I told them INEC will declare Asiwaju the President Elect of Nigeria without having 25% in Abuja.

Abuja does not matter, in the eye of the law is a state.

A candidate need at least 25% of the vote in 24 out of the 37 state. Asiwaju have 25% and above in 30 State.

What is the 2/3 of 37 if Abuja is regarded as a State? and why always mentioning of 24 as 2/3 of 36 state instead of 2/3 of 37 state as your constitution regards Abuja as a state?Mind 2/3 of 37 is more than 24.

PETER OBI is not a politician but a revolutionist...i have never seen this kind of movement(OBIDIENT) in Nigeria political space since i was born.A movement which was created in less than 6 months with nothing is now a big threat to those in power with structure.

Please APC should be fast about it so that the whole elections would be reviewed by the court.There is no way APC can get upto 5% of all the votes in the south east as far as Peter Obi is the Labour Party candidate infact PDP and APC TAMPERED the votes given to Labour Party by the good people of south east IMO AND EBONYI State governors are aware of what im saying.so please be fast about it ok.

You are late.ask yourself is it that they did not upload the result on that saturday evening after the election.they changed the results and uploaded them thereafter.they rigged the election when they told us the network was bad and the were unable to upload the results after the elections.so when is the network not bad like after the collation and the announcement of the results.

I'm so happy to hear this good news from you after the insults from INEC.You have a very good criminal case against INEC PO in your unit with those evidence you just mentioned such as the video recording of the votes counting and results anouncement after voting in your polling unit,changing of the results and other evidence.It's clearly stated in theconstitution.The determination of the matter would be in your favour thereafter you can as well proceed to the court for civil version of the matter for demages from INEC because they are liable for deed or misdeed of their staffs.
