Hi Real Estate Agent/ Property Consultant, I need a two or three bedroom apartment at Ogolonto area of Ikorodu for rent. Not too far from the Busstop. I'll appreciate a neighbourhood that is not so noisy and littered with filths. My budget is N180,000 for two bedroom or N200,000 for three bedroom. Water, parking space, security, nearness to good schools and far from noise merchants (music cd sellers etc) and bunkerers - should be available. Kindly buzz me on 08023189838 or shoot me a mail info.kitemark@gmail.com Regards. |
deewhone:@deehone: This kind of loving kindness is what opens the heavens perpetually for some people till they enter the grave. Their children and grandchildren will be blessed regardless of their religion because SOMEONE did something that touched the heart of God and then the Almighty reciprocates. In like manner, SOMEONE, too will do an evil act and such action will put into trouble the family and generations unborn. |
Catalyst4real:You are 100% correct! There's a young boy in my neighbourhood whom his aunt sent to Covenant University. This chap's challenge is not money because his aunt is well loaded. The boy's challenge is, "he always want to hangout with boys". I talked, my pastor talked yet every word fell on deaf ears. He dropped out in his third year since he couldn't cope with the rigours academics demand of him and now he's working with Coca Cola as a sales representative. Only God knows how much he's been paid...definitely not much. I gave him a book that i cherish so much to read, he misplaced and he keeps giving me stories. So, some misuse opportunities while some will have to fight through the eye of a needle to breakthrough in life. At times, some things can't just be explained in English. Cheers! The truth is most of these Nollywood actors and actresses have spiritual spouse issues. Unfortunately, they are not ready for deliverance. |
Good one. I think Nigerians should begin to go for military training the same way Israelis do. |
That's the only way you stay updated. Anything outside of this is a child's play. May be i should take a pic of my office with books and upload as well (lol) |
femi4:May you not regret what you've just typed out of ignorance, sincerely. |
midolian:The guy too wan blow before December |
zinachidi:Ki lon wi? Me, i don't understand. Maybe somebody should explain to me. |
SIN cerely speaking, the only thing i see in that picture is the ILLUMINATI signs by those chaps. If you like hide your hand under the plastic water you are holding. It doesn't change anything. And, the next thing you'll hear in their song is the calling of Jesus. God is not mocked, Brethren. REPENT YE ALL! |
I think it is time these people stop living a vain & fake life. Jesus Christ is coming and human beings dey look say no be dem dem dey talk to. Ok oooo! |
Mushin! A terrible stronghold of the devil. If you do a research on Mushin and the activities that happened in that area many many years back (say 80 -100 years) you'll understand why that neighbourhood is like that. Unless God breaks the hold of darkness in that area, i don't see any meaningful progress bursting forth. My Church used to be there, so i have a fair idea of what i'm saying. To the deceased, the question that comes to mind is, "where will he spend eternity"? |
@ oyendada: Sorry too late. I've pitched tent to GLO. Mind you, as at the last time i subscribed to Visafone internet bundle, i paid N2000 for 1GB. Perhaps, your information is a new development. GLO - N2500 FOR 4.5GB. Sincerely, not a bad deal for a rational consumer like me. When Visafone steps up, maybe, i might have a re-think. But now, permit me to enjoy this bundle while it last. Regards. Dele PS. Don't bother to ask me about the speed. |
Fixamm:Contribute meaningfully to the thread and people will gladly check up what you are selling. Whenever i see, hmmmm! in your post? It displeases me. Start contributing and someone like me will check up what you are selling or better still, give you a referral. I hope this helps. Regards. Back to the topic. It is clear they are trying to extend their tentacles and knowing fully well that Lagos is no man's land with porous security structure, all they need to do is to pretend like they are selling water (truck water sellers) and then they'll strike. But by the Grace of God, the saints that are praying 24/7 in this state will continue to foil all their plans with the Power of prayer in Jesus name. All hands must be on deck and everyone has to be security conscious. Once you identfiy unholy or unnecessary gathering of these northerners in your neighbourhood, kindly call the OP MESA to start patrolling. The presence of security personnel in the neighbourhood should discomfort them. This time around, it is hard to trust anybody. |
Whatever is built on a faulty foundation collapses. You're not confused. It is an intentional act. REPENT and don't go any further, in the event you are called which i doubt. |
HeartRobber:There's nothing like "Blood of God" It is "Blood of Jesus". Be bold about it and sound it out LOUD & CLEAR. (Psalm 91) is a must read everyday. God bless us. |
khalhokage:Thanks. I'll go to their office tomorrow at Adeniran Ogunsanya to make further enquiries. |
Hello friends, i need counsel. Thinking of dumping my Visafone internet modem for GLO. Currently, Visafone charges N2000 for 1GB (30 days period) which i've been using for sometime now. I saw GLO advert which says N2,500 for 4.5GB (30 days period) which is quite tempting. Visafone is fairly fast. Don't know much about GLO. Is anyone currently using GLO? What is GLO's speed like? I work from Surulere, Lagos. I'll appreciate your kind advise. Regards. |
This is what happens when people lack self control and can't manage anger. Too bad. |
Beedemi247:If you want anyone to take you and the products you are trying to sell via this forum, endeavour to contribute meaningfully. That is a sure banker strategy for selling products and services via forums and not your normal "hmm". It shortchanges. Hope you'll learn from this. Regards. |
O Jesus i have promised to serve Thee to the end |
Hello All, i think it is necessary we take this to heart as many estate agents just come on this platform/forum to write about the property(ies) they have for letting out without posting pictures to back it up. Please, real estate agents, always add property pictures to your marketing. It adds bite to the properties you have for sale or let. I hope this makes sense. Cheers. |
I'm sure a client of mine should be interested in it. Can it fly for N22m? Hope no security issues - frequent armed robbery attack in the neighbourhood? How motorable is that area? Can you paste pictures of the path that leads to the main road? Do that and i'll convince my client to look at this property. Regards. Dele |
Do you have or know anyone who is selling plots of land in an estate in somewhere like Agege, Surulere, Ikeja, Ago Palace way? I've a client that is interested in owning a plot of land. Kindly send me a mail - info.kitemark@gmail.com Regards |
POST PICTURES !!! THIS WILL AID YOUR MARKETING |
The OP is asking for an assistance and the two posters at the top are sounding gibberish. OP, why don't you Google it, perhaps an idea might just pop out to you? Sorry, i don't know how to help out else would have assisted. |
You post an ad like this and yet no picture to buttress it? Go and paste pictures - it helps your marketing. Stop being a learner |
Can i see a sample of what you've done before? Post the link here and tell me all the costs attached to it. I'll do one in a few months time. Kindly treat as a matter of urgency 08023189838 - u can whatsapp me |
