I scored 222, the course I chose is geography, subject combo : Geography, Economics, Biology, English. I chose UNN as my first choice and on their site they said, geography, English and any other two subjects preferably social science. I know some have gained Admission using a combo like this.... My question now is can I be considered?. I'd definitely buy the change of institution /course. Cos I'd like to change my second choice to a school that out rightly accepts a science subject for geography..... Please I need advice

He found nothing, then he asked me to put on my shoe and go. I went on to the second obstacle, which was the checking of printout, my dear nairalanders you people needed to see one guys printout like that, place wey face suppose show, we no see any face Na just dark shadow dey there like wetin small pikin use black crayon do.
I no just know how person face no go show at all on top paper. The invigilator was telling him young man stand aside I'll checks yours later, the guy in question was defending himself that that was how he was given d printout, I felt for him sha but if it was me I would have reprinted at another Cafe before coming. From there we went into the exam room. (Tbc)

I left home by 11:30a.m, and got to the venue around 12:35pm. The surrounding was okay, the school looked good, I saw some jambites sitting on grasses, chairs, parked cars and anywhere seatable. I looked to my left and found a vacant car, the car fine sha( oh God when I go get money buy this car, cos e fit even be my fellow jambite Park an sef,'' I was talking to myself, and totally forgot, many eyes were watching me. I composed myself immediately I got to my senses, I sat on the bonnet and was just meditating and all that, am not a fan of reading on exam day.

1:45pm, then I heard a bell ring.... Back then for school we no dey use ringing bell play, is either break Don reach, assembly Don start or its time to go home. So I figured, it was time for those who wrote in the morning to go home.

Within ten minutes, those of us outside were ordered to queue and climb the stairs leading to our exam hall.

while we lined up to go in, cos it was a two storey building, at the top floor that's where d exam was held. So we all lined up, and the line was moving at snail-like speed, we that were behind usually peeped to see what was going on at the front line.

So, I noticed that those civil defence people were conducting a search on each person, from legs, up to the mid section (I swear they should be charged for assault, perverts.)then the upper body.

Alright the search was going in earnest, I noticed they even told those wearing shoes to pull it off. (I nod my head, I said confirm). Me wey were boot, abi Na canvas I just jejely pull am even before it got to my turn, come see as some girls and few guys like that they look me, I no kuku send. It's simple logic Na, is it not better I removed it than waiting till I am told?.

I held my boots, canvas, whatever it's called and proceeded to get searched. The civil defence man saw me, and was like Han Han, Mr man you have already pulled off ur shoe, e dey heavy you?................

I got am email on the 10th of may that JAMB was scheduled to start on the 13th, and that we should go for reprinting.... mehn I was filled with joy, nervousness and anxiety all at once. So finally, after all this their shakara , them Don ready to start the exam' I soliloquised. ..

I thought about the reprinting and made up my mind to go, thank God it can be done in any cafe, since JAMB they select center like pikin wey just come back to village dey select local food.

Before I went, I prayed that my exam shouldn't fall on the first day, cos I no go like to open floor and you know first days Na him bad things dey occur pass, luckily and '' divinely'' my prayer was answered mine was scheduled on the 16th, come see mini azonto wey I dance.

Before you say jack, 16th Don reach, I was to sit for the exam by 1:30pm. So I decided within me that this is an exam, and Nigerian time is a no no. I wear my blue Polo wey I Don dey keep since last month, wear am on top my black trouser, come wear my black, Blue canvas abi Na boot. I no even know d name, I just dey buy things I no dey check name sef.

This might seem too long, but I'll post it in stages.

Alright, a little intro here. I've written JAMB four times since when I was 17, and I've passed all four times but bad decisions here and there made me forfeit admissions each time.

I didn't prepare much for this exam as I was very much occupied hustling here and there, the JAMB Registration stuff didn't help matters either, something that took us hours then was now taking days.

Well, I made up my mind not to register till a week before the deadline, as a sharp guy wey I be(yes I dey praise myself) I waited till that easter period, on Monday actually, when people were still enjoying the festive season. I got up early and rushed to my center and as expected there were few people waiting for registration, fast forward three hours later and I was through with mine, my friend was surprised because he spent close to a week just to register, he'd leave on time yet won't make the first 200hundered on ground. I just shook my head, when he was narrating his ordeal, I was mentally picturing the things he said, me queue up like person wey one vote? '' Stand under hot sun from morning till evening or night sef as the case may be, just to register for exam wey I use my own money purchase, abeg I no fit.'' Hence the reason I waited till good monday(yes the Monday was good). Tbc
