Were the EU observers found in every polling unit ?

Whatever their report is drawn from , is highly selective and can only be seen as a sample and not conclusive evidence.

As I said earlier, your useless Obi refused to mobilize LP agents across the country in a presidential election.

Over 70k polling units in the north did not have an LP agent present .
