I won't support Asiwaju on the pardon. However, the flaws in the clemency show that the President is human, after all. |

FaAbData:Where in my comment did I say he should make cheaper? I don't do this, but since you quoted me, let me react appropriately. Do you understand the power a State has under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria? Under the the Concurrent list, a State Governor can generate IGR, out the allocation from the Federal Government, and he's expected not embezzle or misappropriate all the money in the State. As the Governor of the State, he's expected to deliver on job creation. I hope you that to say that an item is cheap or expensive, is relative? What determines whether something is expensive or cheap your earnings. If Seyi Makinde makes live better in Oyo and he pays minimum wage of 500k, I'm sure the price of fuel ⛽️ in Oyo won't be problem. |
Fulani/Hausa people should be fair to themselves and send their children/wards to schools at tender ages. Their Governors should also make education relatively free. I know they can't afford free and quality education, at least they can make it fair and free up to secondary schools. If they want to tackle insecurities in their region, the almajiri system must either be abolished or reformed, in line with modern realities, by ensuring means of incorporating or inserting western education into it. |
rickyrex:is that so? Please what happens to him msking lives so liveable in Oyo State in the ways of massive human capital investment and job creation, whereby everyone in the State has a veritable means of livelihood, so that they will be able to afford whatever they need, without stress? |
Some people will come here and hail Seyi Makinde, for saying the truth to Tinubu. They won't mind that he's a Governor and it's akso his responsibility to make hunger and poverty defect from Oyo State. |
The Raila Odinga of the Nigerian politics has asked question |
AMINDA:He can contest, he will only finish 2nd, ahead of your Fulani lord, Atiku, the dubai landlord. |
AMINDA:Oga calm down, Northern Nigeria people are not known for ranting and wailing. Leave crying 😢 for towncriers, if not you will have very plenty things to be angry about over Tinubu and his Gov't. |
Who allocated the land to her, where's her documents for the possession of the land? Una go just fey use emotions dey blackmail government. E no dey work all the time. |
Obi don buy market...Abuse is actually right, Obi enjoy being in the news, for no reasonable reason. |
See threats from a Governor. If you remove Alex Oti from this context and put a Governor from the North or South West, you will see ipobs going berserk in their usual hypothetical manner, now it's their man monday, they will defend him or go completely mute. |
FarahAideed:It is not about Buhari or Tinubu. It is about the kind of Islam that the Northern Nigeria Muslims practice. They give birth to children they can't cater for, leave them to roam the streets in their infancies, in the name of Alimajiri, no form of formal or informal education, no skills and they grow into adulthood, so what do you expect from an adult without any means of livelihood? Dey play. My only prediction, regardless who is the President, in 25 to 30 years, the entire North will be completely taken over by state actors. (Call them bokoharam, bandit, lukawaru or something, na you sabi) by that time, there won't be anyone to kipnap or terrorise, because all of them must have become 😉 😀 shekaus. |
Banditry and boko haram are products of northerners, they should live with them |
SeeWahala:What kind of human are you? So it was the criticism of Obi, that the President heeled? And that of Safiya's husband family, Atiku, civil society organisations, even El Rufai, didn't get to the government, except that of Obi? The next episode is will be to equate Obi to God. However, in all if these, Gbajue won't smell Aso Rock. |
But wait ooo, what's Asiwaju giving to these people? Jagaban is just too much... |
He's pained, while I sympatize with him he should not use inflammatory language to describe his Excellency, Governor Diri |
Linzo:I hope you're happy now? |
I love the politics of Asiwaju. PDP should brace up, in the months leading up to 2027, they will suspend more than half of their members, some of who will openly work for the President. |
AMINDA:Their intentions will be to vote Atiku, right? |
CyracksMrBlogger:He wasted words, he should have just explained that Nigeria, Cameroun, Congo and Gabon will pay the playoffs and whoever wins will face winners from other Federation winners and at the end the eventual winner will qualify for the World Cup. I'm not interested in any explanation of coefficients of Eritrea |
AMINDA:In Nigerian politics and elections, politicians are more important than the electorates/voters. It is who the politicians want to vote that will vote, I'm not a baby, the only region I've not witnessed voting/elections in Nigeria are the South East and North East, (I'm sure they can't be totally different from the places I witnessed) elections in Nigeria are not won by transparent votes, people buy votes, suppress vote, intimidate voters, all in bids to to "win". The President has the forces and the resources to deploy,in order to achieve this. |
AMINDA:The President's game plan is not complex, he knows the North being who they're, don't have the patient or comraderie to wait for 8 years without power, (thank God the South are understanding that now.) So they may not vote him in 2027, the way they did in 2023. (Mind you, they voted him in 2023, not because they love him, but because they thought he would die, so that Shettima will succeed him and perhaps the Muslim Muslim ticket too.) Hence, he's courting as many Southern strong politicians he can, so they can help gather figures in 2027, to counter whatever figures the North will concort. Meanwhile, please know that no State will return 10 million votes like it happened in 2015, also the ongoing voter's registration is also another way he's telling the North that ogoro will cancel ogoro. If 20 votes are registered in Kano, 20 votes will be registered in Osun too, so it will be rigging for rigging, State forces and the decamping Governors will support his rigging. Whoever wants to be insane can only express the insanity in their regions. |
Brendaniel:How do I explain how he will win to you now? Let me try, if you will understand. Elections in Nigeria are popularity contest, if you're popular, your chances of "winning" is higher. So wearing his signature cap makes him popular, this infers that he has better chances of "winning". |
I'm waiting to see how Asiwaju won't win 2027 Presidential election in a landslide. |
AntiChristian:AMINDA said the North will teach Tinubu a lesson he will never forget, in 2027. So we are waiting for the lesson. |
The person who explained this isn't good at his/her job. I don't understand what he/she puts up here. Perhaps CAF/FIFA unnecessarily made the whole playoff thing cumbersome, because if it were to be UEFA organised playoff, you will understand who plays who, and the timing, not these kind of difficult permutations. |
Mrexcell:Come back and say this, when you grow up to understand politics. For now, keep eating "mama thank you" |
I love the politics of Asiwaju, with these defections, he wants to ensure that at least 90% of the votes cast in the South and among Northern Christians in 2027 come to him, while he plays the politics he knows how to play best, and get 30% to 40% of the 3 core Northern regions' votes. I won't be surprised, if Asiwaju woos Obi and makes him stay calm in 2027. He's jagaban gor plenty reasons. |
esnbrutality:Don't cry for her for selling her phone, she will get another one anytime fortunes smile on her, again. You rather cry for your people who sold human beings to feed or the carnivores in your region. They deserve your tears more. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/more-news/663931-anambra-govt-intercepts-woman-about-selling-her-sons.html&ved=2ahUKEwivj_2KtaSQAxUKT0EAHVdsB_sQFnoECFMQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3dFd8YkOC_YrnHUpSJ_Zh3 |
I can still remember how President Andry Rajoelina seize power in a 2009. Then I was refreshly out of the University, BBC was my favourite radio 📻 station |
He wants to decamp, if he has not, he's only using the call by a non existing group as the reason for his imminent move. |
