Wickedfact:Oloye is still very relevant, he is only observing. His only problem is where he comes from. He is both — and neither — Fulani nor Yoruba, which makes his political career very complicated. It is almost impossible for him to become President. I’m sure he knows this, that is why he remains calm and quiet |
I prefer Saraki becoming the National Leader of the PDP, than Wike, Atiku, Balance Mohammed or Seyi Makinde |
Ofunaofu:Though you may sound silly, that will not stop me from educating you. For your information, the Igbos did not reject Olu Falae or Ojukwu because they chose competence over mediocrity. Rather, they chose the PDP and stuck with it for about 23 years. They only left the PDP in 2023 and moved to what some call “PDP-lite” (LP) because they genuinely felt it was their turn to produce the President, and the PDP seemingly wanted to deny them that opportunity. What empirical evidence do you have to prove that Obasanjo was more competent than Falae or Ojukwu? |
jmoore:I'm old as your dad, if he not in his sixties. |
Where is your source, bloody liar! |
Saraki, the smart guy, Christian in the UK, Muslim in Nigeria |
Poor journalism. A good reporter would have explained what NERD means in the introduction before telling the rest of the story. |
The ban is plausible for footbaa and even the general public. Adama is big for nothing. |
A Party that is being led by people who are used to doing things anyhow, is the party are banking on to rescue them. Lolss |
excomarow:Which Nigeria are you talking about, because the majority of the Nigerians I know are supporting Asiwaju. |
Ofunaofu:Keep consoling yourself, it is a psychological experience of facts denial. Perhaps it was your supposedly Agbadorians that put words in Oyegun Odigie's mouth... |
They will condemn tire, it is only Obi that know why he joined the people who are not his mate in politics and not remain in Labour Party where he won't face any form of competition |
So why was he appointed as an IG when he would retiring in few weeks. |
Good idea. They were mere tourists to Israel in the first place |
Mu.mu. talk. Anyway she is a "political activist" without any verifiable means of livelihood outside activism, just like Randy Peters. They know how emotional igbos are about igbo presidency and they took advantageof their emotions and are cashing out on their emotional frailty. Bad people ![]() |
Jeremiah Useni duped Nigeria, Mike Ozekhome duped Oseni . This is what we call "ole gbe, ole gbaa" one thief carry am, another thief collect am. ![]() |
He should feed well, because those with assets will still die |
OP, edit your post, change the "miraculously " to "mysteriously " |
mrvitalis:Why are you crying on their behave, did they send you? |
They said by-elections and even State elections don't matter ,their target is Aso Rock. |
Amotolongbo:Then this quote must be peculiar to Nigerian big men, because in a normal corporate setting, especially in publicly listed companies, ownership determines control. If a company like the Dangote Refinery were to open up its shares widely to the public, and no single individual retained majority control, then technically a shareholder or a coordinated group of shareholders could acquire enough shares (over 50% or at least a controlling stake) to influence or even take over the company’s management and board decisions. However, in reality, that may not be possible especially in environments like Nigeria, because major conglomerates are often structured in a way that preserves founder control. |
So it is now that Deji is realising what we already knew since last year. |
Jilo83:Na lie! Wike worked for APC, infact he told all PDP candidates to step down for their APC opponents...don't come and try tell me what I know better than you |
If anyone here has Dr. Bukola Saraki’s contact, please call him and advise him not to leave the PDP. The party cannot die, at least judging by its performance in the FCT LG polls. He should stay in close touch with grassroots politicians in Abuja who workedto get these incredibleresults, and the PDP will become stronger again. |
AMINDA:Leave Delta State, theyre politicians, they will definitely take care of themselves. Worse than that happened in Ondo State in 2020, where 2 State Excos emerged, the NEC of the party waded in and harmonised the list and the party became stronger 💪 thereafter. Have you heard another party winning any election in Ondo State since 2019? And talking about the outcome of 2027, may God keep alive. I went through your profile and realised that it is not a crayfish account, please don't take it down, after the results of the election are announced, so that we can compare whichever note we may need to compare. |
AMINDA:I love and enjoy this your delusion that by-election victories don’t matter, even though the winners enjoy all the privileges of the offices they were elected to occupy, while the losers groan in defeat and are often left in financial ruin, especially when they are not Atiku, who has amassed enough wealth to spend lavishly during every election cycle. |
I thought Kano booed President Tinubu and his APC entourage the last time they were in Kano? So what happened to the bamaiyi shouting? AMINDA, come here, please you have questions to answer. |
It will take serious political maneuvering for ADC to survive the aftermath of the FCT LG polls. I watched a few X (Twitter) Space discussions about the party, and the divisions between Obi supporters and those backing Atiku appear too wide. I doubt those groups can effectively work together. Obi supporters were openly insulting members of other groups and calling them names. Beyond the online exchanges, this reflects a deeper ideological and strategic disconnect within the coalition. A political alliance built solely on opposition sentiment, aimed at removing Tinubu at all cost, without even knowing the actual cost or without a clearly negotiated power-sharing formula and unified policy direction, is bound to fail. If the leadership fails to urgently reconcile these factions and present a coherent front, the cracks exposed at that thrir X Space will widen ahead of bigger electoral contests. |
Overall, which candidate wins the LG; APC or ADC? |
AMINDA:I can tell you that, given the current political atmosphere and prevailing mood, Asiwaju will have more votes in the 2027 election than he had in 2023. |
AMINDA:As it stands, things are not looking good for the ADC. I think you should calm down and come up with whatever excuse you plan to give for the party’s imminent failure. You are free to blame Tinubu or claim that the local government elections are insignificant. Perhaps the Northerners that will deal with Tinubu and APC only live in Kaduna State and Kano metropolis. |
