These people are getting it wrong in many fronts: 1. They think this is 2013/14;
2. They think Jonathan and not Tinubu is the President;
3. They also think Barrack Obama and not Donald Trump is the President of the US; and
4. They don't know Tinubu started his journey to be the President of Nigeria since 2007.

Thy will have to choose between Tinubu’s victory in 2027 or watch Nigeria slips.

Tinubu does not own the APC even though he has tried, since assuming power, to scheme out other blocs that came together to form the party while personalising the party and turning it to ACN pro max. PDP produced at least 3 presidents. What was their influence on the party after leaving power? However, some of your outbursts and vituperation directed at the President on this platform are needless. I do not know your relationship with Malam, perhaps you are his son, perhaps not, but here is Malam’s most prominent son openly endorsing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Reflect on this for a moment. Do you not think that Asiwaju and Malam could reconcile ahead of the 2027 elections? Consider this carefully, because in Nigerian politics, impossibility is nothing.

People in the South West have a long history of going to the cinema that dates back to the 1970s. It is possible other regions don't have it as much.

No offence, I'm from Ikare Akoko in Ondo State. I grow up to know Terere Cinemas in the 80s Baba Sale and, Jide Aromire used to bring their movies to the cinema around 80s, also Saija Cinema owned by a prominent Politician in the mid 90. I watched my first ever live Champions League live match in Saija in 1998.

Bros, rather than wailing here and shouting fake stats, if you have the resources, or the means to access them go back home and establish a cinema in places like Enugu or Owerri. Don’t go to Onitsha or Aba. na mostly out-of-school people full those places. Though they’re doing very well in trading, they won’t really appreciate going to Cinemas when they can have fun in bars and local joints. However, you’ll have to be heavily involved in serious social media awareness and PR. I hope you saw how Funke Akindele and Toyin Aimakhu marketed their movies, like their entire existence depended on it. That’s why the Yoruba States dominate the stats, we support each other, especially when we are legitimately doing well (the right thing).

It is to keep the likes of Kukah as perpetual praise singers while they continue to hope. Same way Reno Omokri has been confirmed as Ambassador but might never get posted. Same way he keeps the likes of Gbajabiamila and co in perpetual hope of becoming Lagos state governor after Sanwo-olu.

Which Sen. Abdullahi Adam, isn’t he the same man who has declared for the ADC? I wouldn’t be surprised if those who compiled the list simply put it together without first reaching out to the people whose names they included. Nigerian politicians and their handlers are a bunch of lazy people, all they care about is how to steal people’s patrimony and impoverish the masses. That was exactly how the ADC came up with a list of 50 people, some of whom had nothing to do with them and later publicly denounced any involvement, only for Bolaji Abdullahi, their spokesperson, to then go to the press engaging in unnecessary and shameful damage control.

You’re absolutely correct. That is our pitiable reality. It’s not only on Nairaland, even in my office, I can’t fairly criticise the government without being taunted with phrases like, “Isn’t it your brother that is President?” or “Was it not you who voted for him?” On the other hand, if I commend a government policy, it is immediately assumed that I’m doing so because I’m Yoruba. To have a simple, decent conversation about government with such people is almost impossible.
