Nah! dont think so cause with d same "ISP" u can log in with a different user name even u can even log in @ d same time with d same user name with 2 different browser e.g if u using explorer and probably fire-fox or crazy browser u or any other browser it is possible to log in. Am currently usin flock but i can open up a either fire-fox or crazy and still log in @ d same time.
