please I need help!! My brother made a visa payment for me. I copied the payment link to him and he paid using a US card but it hasn’t reflected on my portal. I created the first ticket, they gave a generic response, I don’t think the person that attended to that first ticket has any idea on how to resolve the issue. I created the second ticket, they said they have escalated it. It been 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard from them. At this point, I don’t know what else to do, I have mailed the consular office, the Nigeria AVITS or whatever, still no response. What else can I do?? I need help
