I think we all spend quite a bit on hair and all that stuff. I weak when folks spend $1500 on Brazilian or all those high end weaves. It beats me! Looking and smelling good is standard. That is the reason why we work hard so that you can look presentable. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Of course there are folks out there that go over board with everything. In this case they are the exception.

I cannot tell you for a fact how but I know it starts at home with our parents and elders. Friends and people we surround ourselves with. A woman has got to know her place and be able to balance both. It starts at home I believe. Others opinions might differ.

I think diverse is not really a good word to use when describing the range of NL chics.
I'll stick with the word polar.

On one hand you see the extremely intelligent and goodlooking ones . . . that have the ability to pick out posts and put forward their opinions using flawless communication skills.
The ones that make you return to a thread after you post because of the intelligent posts laced with humour that force you to post a reply.
It's so funny . . . you see yourself thinking 'if she's got a sense of humour and still this intelligent . . . she's most definitely not goodlooking'
And then through Intel connections, you stumble across her pic and voila . . . aesthetically, she can hold her own.
I'll only mention names if I really have to . . . but most of you know them.

And then, there's this other majority . . . brash and uncultured, not exactly stupid, just ignorant.
They litter most sections from Romance to Music, abusing the right to free speech.
And then you see them and you're like . . . 'if you're going to be this daft, then at least be good-looking'.

These ones speak on topic that would need IQ requirements for entry in the ideal world.
They're socially handicapped . . . you wonder what they learnt in kindergatten.
