Toks2008:Ehhh What's mine? Haba uncle, u want to disgrace me?? Anyway, you see how you measure in height against that Mandela statue, well, that'd be me against you. Picture it.#your royal "highness" |
What sort of forced declaration/acceptance of faith is this? What's seun up-to here? Do they post the Christianity version of this on Muslim's profile? Yet they visit Christianity threads, comment and walk away! Na by force?? |
Toks2008:Jesu!! |
Toks2008:But u sef Oga u are tall o, chai... |
Toks2008:True, but the snake threads are too much on the front page abeg. Every single one of them hits front page. Anyway, I commend him and I want to believe seun now pays them well for their services. Used to be some data subscription token before, I heard |
Toks2008:Lol, as much as lala likes snakes, I have a feeling an earthworm thread will hit frontpage before lala posts your pose with Mandela. Nairaland and eye service. I miss the days when frontpage topics were determined by how "hot" they were. |
Hmmmmm.... So this one now is news eh? And front page worthy too? Hmmmm... Nairaland Na wa o |
darknez:Lolz, please, the last thing you should do now is to dare me. Dont, Biko, I beg you in God's name. Because I'm tempted to give you my last craze. Leave me o!!! Hmmmm.... |
happy weekend to Manofthepeople jrnbayano skyface00 Darknez - oga, i made an accurate prediction on the 'religion thread', you owe me a bottle of wine. mojounited kamsified |
A phone? At age 6? And someone said a droipad to help him study. Biko, what is he studying that's more than 1+2 and A-Z at this age? I wouldn't advice you get the phone op, but for the sake of peace with baby mama, you can get him something that's not expensive. Preferably the educational gadgets like someone mentioned. But then, baby mama is being over demanding like you said. It's a phone today, what will it be tomorrow and for how long will you continue indulging her? He's your son too, and you have a say in how he's brought up. |
You're in your mid thirties, looking for a 23 (to 28) years old? Good luck sir... |
by taking this post to the right section |
slayking:It is your relationship sir, your choice. However, for me o, except you have a life threatening problem that readers are helping you out with solutions on a thread, or you have a business deal you are about to close online, i dont think any thread here should be more important than your relationship. What am i saying? if its not life threatening, not income generating (both of which do not happen all the time), then its probably not more important sir. Remember, shes your girlfriend today, she could be your wife tomorrow. and if you put nairaland before her.... well, except the relationship no make sense to you sha |
I'm not even sure i understand what the OP is talking about. What exactly do you want oga? Beauty? Brains? Faithfulness in marriage? A virgin? A non sexually active? High morals? Naivety? ....or WHAT exactly? Because i could deduce all of those(and more) from this your long post. I'm not casting aspersions on you or the girl in question o, i'm only saying you sound pretty well confused. Maybe you should figure out what you want first. FYI, you did bore me with your story like you said you would. |
Op, talk to her. Make her understand you and how important a Lil bit of space is to you, once in a while. But wait o, op, your girlfriend doesn't work? How come you return everyday tired and she's not? Besides, nairaland time is fun time. If you are on NL, then you can be chatting with her as well. There's no big deal. Like the poster above said, be careful what you wish for. |
Eazybay:Nigerian politicians are the worst in the history of politics!!! Ordinary and simple management ethics, they dont know. What's so wrong in taking responsibility for your actions? This administration can sabi aportion blames for Africa!!! They'll soon blame nairaland wailers for buhari's ear problem. #waitForIt |
SaulRazor:Which one is "LEAVE" your commander in chief in a sovereign land..... Did we send him there? This shehu man has the guts to compare this outrageous act of the president with some past Rulers'. Tell me, which president has gone on indefinite sick leave this long? abi nah holiday, abi what is this called sef? And which one of them made the kind of campaign promises buhari made and then turn around to blatantly and shamelessly flaunt and/or ignore them the way this administration does? Even at £1000 by #400/£, that brings us to N20mil. You know how many owed workers, retired civil servants, teachers or whatever that money can pay? This man wants to be president dead or alive, and to me, thats a very wrong drive for ambition. He should continue, Nigerians are watching and enduring, when he is tired, he will give up. Yeye fowls wey no fit lay better eggs. |
HisMajesty1:Holy Mary mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, amen. |
Op, you need peace. Deep, inner peace which only Christ can give. Pls, find Christ. He is all you need. |
Lord have mercy?!!! What the hell do men want then? @ 3, 4, 5 really A lady is independent you complain, she asks you for money, ah.... Naija women and money!! She's an olodo, nawa!!! She's intelligent you feel threatened!!! She's classy, oh well, you can't cope. She's naive, wahala dey. I just give up for naija men Biko. |
Hi everyone... A lovely evening to you all. Hope you all had a good day? Our very own Emma (strictlymi) is about to Wed. The wedding has been slated to hold this November in Lagos and we are all invited. He wishes to use this medium to extend his invitation and ask that you accept his sincere apologies for his inability to make this post himself. Do accept this as a formal invitation to the wedding. Kindly get in touch with me via a direct message(or him if you can) for further information on venue and all if you'd like to attend. The wedding, I gather, is strictly by invitation (though not compulsory sha, oh yels) so an early indication of attendance will be appreciated to help them plan their guest list. Thank you all for your understanding and congratulations to him. |
Ha.... Ndia abiakwa ozo... Op, submissive or not, this doesn't look like a very comfortable position for men. However, the adventurous ones won't mind sha. Who cares? After all, the end justifies the mean. |
They force us to go cashless, and then: For every withdrawal, we pay Deposit, we pay Even same bank transfer, we pay SMS alert, we pay ATM card, we pay Token for the transactions, we pay Someone should tell me why I should have my money banked when they charge me for virtually every thing...yet, I no see interest. Gtb is becoming the worst. Some days ago, they debited me 500 naira for nothing. I spent 300 naira to call them(because the stupid customer service kept me on hold for minutes on end), only for them to say I bought airtime from my account sometime last year and I wasn't debited then. So they are debiting me now. Gtb really ![]() Eco bank will keep sending you credit alert and your balance will be reducing Interest Credit = N10 Prev balance = N200 Avail balance = N190 Ecobank 200+10=190 There is God oo!! SalC:I think the people that responded already said it all but since you want personal answers, let me try and add mine. Like syncan said(abi Na uben, walahi these two people...), the sole reason we were created is your number one point. Our struggles and journey in this life is to attain that which God promised in the life to come, and loving God, pleasing Him and doing all he commands is the path God chose to achieve this. Like kamsy said, every action has a consequence or in this case, a reward. The question "WHY" brings about another "HOW". Q: Why did God create me A: (to serve him in this world but ultimately), ...that I may be with him in the world to come. Q: How do I achieve this A: By knowing Him, loving him, pleasing Him, serving Him in this world... So I think whoever is doing this is on point No 2 follows no1. The thought of ending up in a place contrary to where God intended for us is and should be scary. However, I think what's worthy of note here is the fact that we fear the place(hell) instead of He who can condemn us to hell. We fear the thought or idea of the punishment and suffering in hell(which isn't bad cos hell isn't a good place) but I believe we should be more concerned about how we make HIM feel, who created us for a said purpose and even paid the ultimate price for our sake, yet watches us derail daily. Your summary question therefore is valid because it all sounds like if we eventually do make heaven, we won't care to worship God again eternally since we have finally "arrived". Or if there was no option of hell and the choices were: either serve God and be with him eternally, or don't serve him and wander in void and oblivion eternally; I think alot of people won't care. Many will choose to do whatever they like on earth in the name of enjoyment and it all ends when they are dead. So I think our fears are a little bit misplaced and if that's the case, I fear the answer to your question is NO. However, if we can (or do) understand that we please God for an greater purpose other than avoiding hell or just to get our petitions granted, we will come to love God more and serve him in truth and in spirit. Then your answer will be YES. I rambled on for long, don't know if I communicated. Una Good afternoon o |
BreezyRita:Please ignore jor. Some efforts aren't just worth it. That is why we have high rate of molestation, physical abuse on women and ultimately divorce, because some men think they went to the market and "purchased" some commodity, or better still, slaves, to do with as they deem fit . God help and save us all |
BreezyRita:thank you... ![]() |
NotOfThis:Touche. So considering the argument, your point is...? |
What's mine? Haba uncle, u want to disgrace me?? Anyway, you see how you measure in height against that Mandela statue, well, that'd be me against you. Picture it.
I still refer to the Indians. What happens to a woman whose family can't pay her dowry? It goes both ways.
