Enjoy the last few weeks of your pregnancy jare. If your baby is big, there's nothing you can do to reduce his weight, except you want to starve yourself and the baby.

Just eat right and pray for a healthy baby

Yinmu lolz there's nothing you can do mama! It could be genetics! Weda you chop or not baby weh go big will be big.

please ooo mamas, I went for scan yesterday and the baby is weighing 2.5 @33weeks +. now my worry is how do I reduce the weight? because I have been avoiding carbohydrate since i entered 3rd trimester. so i dn't knw where all this weight is coming from.
