Hello ma'am. Depends on the brand you buy and dosage written on the pack. I used the Vitabiotics brand, (Wellwoman plus) that includes Omega 369. So i took a capsule each of Wellwoman and Omega 369.

Hello Doc. @2ballz please I want to go for hormonal profile test when my period comes. However I went to inquire abt the price only to be ask if it's two or three. I just told them LH, FSH and progesterone, hope I'm right?

Hello. Pls I have been on educational qualifications for more than a week now, it saved my higher institutions and FSLC details but have refused to save my SSCE details.
I moved on to working experience and even uploaded all my documents and I'm back to that stage 3 it's still thesame. Can u pls help me with that stage?

Yes. I registered two missing results last semester as course and exam because it wasn't a failed course. If it were I would have registerd them as carryover.
