@babs787

To the best of my knowledge, only Surah At-Tawba dnt have Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem at its beginning, n hv done thorough searcg n saw that all the chapters apart from Tawba started with a single Bismillah n none had double.

Can u please bring up your own reaserches n lets see which of those r different from mine?

Salaam, just learnt of this n decided 2 share it with u. Enjoy:

Once a man was walking and he read this written on a wall:

'Qul huwallahu ahad * Allahus Samad * Lam yalid wa lam youlad * Wa lam yakoun lahu koufawan ahad”

So he sat and read it, while he was reading it a man was watching him and came to him and said ‘Do you know that you have at least got 470 hasnas just for reading this?’

The person who wrote this on the wall also got 470 hasanas; even I got 470 hasanas just for writing this mail; even you got (who is reading this mail) got 470 hasanas

so press forward and let more people get 470 hasanas don’t forget each time someone reads this mail and gets hasanat , so do you.

Hadith

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: "When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, that man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased.

When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, "He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise ".

Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, "I am the Qura'an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief."

When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala'ul A'laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk.

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: "On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qura'an, neither a Prophet nor an angel."

Please keep forwarding this "Hadith" to all , because

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said:

"Pass on knowledge from me even if it is only one verse".

May Allah bestow this favour on all of us.

Religion / Muslims: What To Do @ The Latter Part Of The Nyt? by chilla(f): 11:00am On Jan 21, 2008
Salaam all,

The Holy Prophet Mohd (SAW) had urged us to sleep the early part of the nyt and wake up @ the latter part 2 woship the Almighty Allah. Worships cld not necessarily be Salaat especially ladies who can be off @ their individual periods. We can be busy with Dhikr, recitation of the Holy Quran etc.

The Prophet said 2 get the latter part of the nyt, we should divide the nyt into 3, count the number of hrs we have from sunset to sun rise. Lets assume the sun sets @ 6.30pm (Kano timing) and rises @ 6.30am, we hv exactly 12hrs, divide these hrs by 3, which gives u 4hrs each. Count four hrs each n pick the last 4 hrs 4 ur Ibadat. The recommended timing will now be 3.30am. to 6.30 am. These are very important moments in our lives where anything mentioned on a clean slate is answered without any hindrance. The only battle is Ash-Shaytan( The Cursed one).

Anybody who wishes to wake up @ that part of the nyt should recite the first and last 10 verses of Suratul Kahf b4 retiring to bed.

The Almighty Allah pleads with us to get up n worship him during that part of the nyt. Ya Ikhwanil Muslimeen, thats to show how loving the Almighty Allah is, wat do u do to thank him FIRST for making you a muslim and for making you who u r today.

Allah is oft forgiving n ever merciful.

Suratul Hadeed Verse 2

He(Allah) is the First,  the Last, the seen, the hidden, and to him belongs everything in the world.

I hope the verse above has proved that the Almighty Allah is the First (ALPHA) and last( The OMEGA).

Islam is the only TRUE way of life.

Mukina, this is a lovely thread, may each verse recited here be your reward for being a reminder of the beauty of Islam.

This verse: "Innallahas tafaaki watahharaki wastafaaki ala nisail Aalameen", meaning "The Almighty ALLAH has placed you(Maryam), purified you n placed you again (in high esteem) better than all the women in this world".

ALLAHU AKBAR, this is Almighty Allah's promise to Nana Maryam, the mother of Isah (A.S). May we be among the rightly guided ones amin.

Lets make use of every available moment we have and do good, because if this moment slips away, it has 4evr.
