Baggies boss Steve Clarke is trying to beat the transfer deadline to bolster his attacking options and is hoping to bring in the duo.

Renowned Constitutional Lawyer Sebastine Hon (SAN) has urged President Goodluck Jonathan to call the Taraba Deputy Governor, Alhaji Garba Umar, to order, for rejecting the changes made by Governor Danbaba Suntai, saying the attitude amounts to a rebellion and gross breach of the Constitution.

He spoke to The Nation yesterday in reaction to the ongoing crisis in Taraba following Governor Danbaba Suntai’s resumption of duty.

The Constitutional lawyer noted that it would amount to “contempt of the Constitution” to still be calling Umar acting governor “because the substantive governor is back on his seat”.

Hon said: “There cannot be two captains in one ship; it will sink. So, the action of the deputy governor of Taraba State countering the changes made by Governor Suntai amounts to a rebellion and gross breach of the constitution, which is impeachable.”

“I call on President Goodluck Jonathan to immediately call Umar to order”, he said, adding: “No governor worth his salt will condone this type of behavior. The constitution also does not condone it.”

i am very happy for dis. the police are so used to dis everywhere xpecially in ph. dey will escort the whites sometimes the Lebanese and oppress us in our own country. they sometimes beat drivers, they drive one way , abuse traffic laws and so many things. even the army that used to be disciplined has joined them too. we need more discipline in Nigeria especially the uniform men.

I've been driving for 32 years, and been licenced for 25 of those years, and I've never mistaken a parked car for one that's about to pull out into traffic, even if the wheels were pointing to moving traffic. This is why it pays to go through a registered driving school, and pass your driving test conducted by a certified examiner. Because such blunders (like stopping suddenly because you feel a parked car is about to pull out in front of you) can cause multiple pile-ups.

There's very little room for confusion whilst driving, and indecisive driving can be dangerous.
