The Biafra Zionist Federation, BZF, has announced the split of south eastern states from Nigeria,  as an interim government has already been formed to run the affairs of Biafra.

Self-acclaimed President of Biafra, Barr. Benjamin Onwuka, who was arrested in Enugu in 2014 after his group stormed the Enugu State Broadcasting Service for the purpose of declaring Biafra Republic, made this announcement during a press briefing  and also disclosed that the interim government will last for 30 days and will take off tomorrow.

Onwuka who declared himself President of Biafra, Onwuka, also named Prof. Pat Utomi as the foreign minister.

He said: "I am the President of Biafra; we have formed an interim government that will be in place till the next 30 days. The interim government will take off tomorrow, August 1 and last till August 31, 2017, that is 30 days.

"America is behind the Biafra people because former President Barrack Obama already endorsed Biafra before he left office and President Donald Trump will not go against it considering that it has formed part of America’s foreign policy."

Daily Post reports that Onwuka named; Prof. Chukwuma Soludo- Central Bank of Biafra, CBB; Prof. Pat Utomi- foreign affairs; Mrs. Aruma Oteh- finance minister; former Personal Secretary to Late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu- petroleum. Others are Amarachi Ubani- information; Ohanaeze President, Chief Nnia Nwodo- Ambassador to US; Prof. Jerry Gana- transport; Labaran Maku- aviation, a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN, Mrs. Mary Okafor- trade and industry; Benny Lar, Secretary to the Government of the Republic; Gabriel Oluwole Osagie- education, Prof Barth Nnaji- energy; Philip Effiong Jnr.- health as members of his cabinet.

Onwuka also announced that the Israelis would hold the positions of defence, agriculture, internal affairs, Inspector General of Police and Air Force, adding that they would also take 25 percent of the civil service job in Biafra.

He said; “Israel will be key players in this government because there is so much corruption in Nigeria; so, they are coming to help us clean the system. They are coming to sweep the system. They will challenge agro-revolution and also abolish corruption very easily.

"Same goes for America; their companies will be in control of our oil industry. This is to reward them for what Obama did for us; Obama saved us even when we were in detention; they already passed death sentence on us even without our knowledge, but Obama’s intervention saved us."

Onwuka called for all Biafrans who work in the Nigerian armed forces to withdraw and join the Biafran security forces.

He said: "I am also calling on the avengers, the militants to come out from the creeks and join us to defend and protect Biafra. I’m beckoning on Asari Dokubo, Tompolo, Ateke Tom to come out and join us. I am calling on all our boys in Biafra land to come out. I’m not afraid, the US is with us."

He also accused the Federal Government of Nigeria of "Islamizing the Biafra Republic" and vowed to resist such.

"The Biafra people will not allow themselves to be Islamized; 1967 will no longer be allowed to repeat itself. Apart from removing the Christian Religious Knowledge from the school curriculum, they have also banned history. This is to prevent our young ones from knowing all the things that happened in the past. This is entirely war on our people and we are not going to take it. Where there is religious conflict, the offended side will always win; the same thing will happen here", he said.

Few days after a University graduate was caught sexually molesting an under-aged girl in one of the communities in Abia State, two men have also been arrested for same rape offence.

According to Facebook user, Chibuihe Obi, though the men who raped his 13-year-old niece last night have been arrested, however he's still looking for places or persons to take up the case.

Here's what he wrote;

"Can someone, please, refer me to the right place or persons...

i just got a call now that my niece who is barely 13 was raped last night by two grown up men

they've been arrested

Ifeanyi Okeke, a Nigerian banker now Vice-Chairman of Celdon Group Limited who was blessed with three kids after he was told his wife won’t be able to bear a child by doctors, has taken to social media to share his testimony.

According to him, his prayer point then was ‘God please takeaway these wealth and give me children, even a child give me whether male or female.’

He remained positive and eventually got his miracle, here’s his story;

‘BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PRAY FOR BECAUSE GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS – What was my Prayer Point: God please takeaway these wealth and give me children, even a child give me whether male or female. Dated March 2008.
In March 2008 I had been married to my wife (my Blessing) for eight years without a child. Eight years is not eight days or eight weeks or eight months. I mean eight years, enough to graduate and bag a PhD and be called a Professor.
I was blessed with a flourishing banking career. About the most popular banker in town already an Assistant General Manager (in-waiting). Nothing was more frustrating to me as going home to my wife with the news of a new promotion, a new car for her or a new house I intend building because of the response which will give me: what is all these worth without a child together.
It was in this frustration that I went into my room on that fateful but equally blessed day, went naked, knelt down, raised my hands up to heaven and made the radical prayer request.
To put things in perspective, in October 1999 we were both serving (NYSC) (having been dating since 1997) when I proposed to her. March 2000 just one month out of NYSC we got married (paid her bride price). Yes we got married, TW and Church wedding were ceremonies that followed later. I got a job April 2000.
On June 26, 2000 we got into a night bus together at Ido park, Lagos on a journey to Kano as I had completed three months training and was posted to Kano Main branch of the elsewhere Universal Trust Bank (UTB) as a Credit and Marketing Staff. We arrived Kano early morning June 27 2000 and moved into a one room she lived in as a CORPER which shared toilet, bathroom and kitchen with with another CORPER (Helen MO, tagged).
It was about October in 2004 that a renowned Consultant Gynecologist and Head of Gynecology & Obstetrician Department of Teaching Hospital in Nigeria after a laparoscopy procedure on my wife, had given his verdict to myself and wife that she will not be able to carry a child. In his opinion, even if she is able to conceive either naturally or assisted, her WOMB could not carry a baby. He further advised that I discuss with my wife to marry another lady if I want to have kids. Story for another day back to my answered prayer.

Yes God granted the two petitions I made in March 2008 but the second one came first “give me even a child”. In January 2009 our first child, Angel oluebubechukwu (Miracle work of God) was conceived and was successfully carried to term and delivered September 2009. About the time of her delivery God was already in motion to grant the first “takeaway all my wealth” as the stock market crashed with all I had worked for. At this point I was a Deputy General Manager in a top bank. One year after different circumstance had led me to leave my job.
Well I got another the next month at the same level in another top bank. Four months after God decided it will not only be a child but children so my wife conceived again, this time twins, CHIMZARAMEKPERE (My God has answered my prayer) and CHIMDERA (Once my God has written or ordained) carried to term and delivered November 2011. Two months before their delivery God completely answered the first prayer as in a circumstance beyond my control but by mutual consent I left my top banking job.
What would you say: YES GOD granted my prayers offered to him kneeling down naked with my hands raised to heaven.
A month after their delivery I couldn’t afford to buy pampers. Three/Four months later I couldn’t afford to take then to church for dedication. One year after I couldn’t buy even a cake to mark their birthday.
What did I do: I ran back to God naked, knelt down with hands raised up to heaven. I pleaded with God and said: Yes I told you to take away my wealth and give me children or even a child but I didn’t ask you to takeaway so much that I cannot afford to feed them. God said: my child I granted your request exactly as you asked. This was in 2012. Well I believe God has a reason for everything under the sun.
We went through struggles through for two years. By late 2014 through the special intervention of the Mother of Perpetual Help (Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God) God looked back with a smile and started the restoration process. It’s been three years of God’s divine restoration project in our lives.
Yesterday when I took these shots of my kids the entire memory came back so I decided to share with you. These kids I will not exchange for all the wealth in the whole world.
Friends, please bless God with my family. But beware what you ask from God because he answers prayers.

Arrested 26-year-old fraudster, Hakeem aka H Funds, who disclosed he dropped out of school in 100 level to embrace cyber fraud and eventually going into Yahoo plus which involves rituals, has also dropped some mind blowing confession.

According to Hakeem, he has been able to use voodoo, otherwise known as ‘Yahoo Plus or Science’ to get money from unsuspecting victims, buy cars and build a house.

He said;

“After spending lavishly, we sometimes go bankrupt. So, we have no choice than to use metaphysical powers to hypnotise our victims online. The act of using voodoo is what people nicknamed ‘Yahoo Plus.’

“I use it so that the victim, otherwise known as a ‘client’ will fall deeply in love with me and obey my every command. At least, I have been into dating scam for a while now and I can boast of two cars and a house.”

“I use voodoo for dating scam. I use it to spellbind my online victim and make him or her easier to control. There are different kinds of voodoos; one is to use the image of the white client, another one is to make incisions on our hands, place our legs on a tortoise or take the client’s name to a cleric or native doctor.

Sometimes, we take our phones and computer to the shrine. The type of Yahoo Plus I do is to take client’s name to the shrine.”

25-year-old Lanre, who also confessed to defrauding unsuspecting victims online, however said he wouldn't have succeeded in internet fraud alongside his younger brother, if their mother didn't step in. According to him, after buying a car through his first scam proceeds, his mother took them to a herbalist and introduced them to the new level of cyber fraud.

He said: “Although my father is late, we have been successful in this cyber fraud business because my mother supports my brother and I. My mother took my younger brother and I to a woman’s place. The woman took us to a river and bathed us. Asides that, I do other sorts of rituals like ‘Oshole.’ Once you have done Oshole, you will succeed in every kind of internet scams.

I must confess that I have achieved a lot by God’s grace. I haven’t seen any repercussion because I do go back to the herbalist’s place to renew my voodoo.”

Another internet fraudster, who gave his name simply as T Money, said that he had been using black magic for his cybercrime for long.

27-year-old T Money, a 200 Level dropout said after he abandoned his university programme, tried his hands on several menial jobs, but failed to succeed in any, he decided to go into cyber fraud. He went further to disclose why he went into the occult world of Yahoo Plus.

He said: “When I started the internet fraud, I couldn’t earn much. I only earned enough to buy clothes, some pair of shoes and an IPhone.”
According to him, while his friends were hitting big money and living lavish lifestyles, he was counting pennies.

He said: “I became intrigued on how my friends were making good money. I asked questions and got answers. It was the answers that led me into Yahoo Plus. It is what most of my friends do. I went to meet an Islamic cleric.

“I was into dating scam when I first started. The dating scam was not really fetching huge amount of money. I began using Yahoo Plus because my friends were making it big and buying cars. Once they make big money, they will go and lodge in hotels. I desperately wanted to belong. I wanted to know what it feels like to be rich. I had no choice than to meet the cleric whom I paid money for the ritual. Look at me today, I’m doing fine.”

A cyber fraudster, who introduced himself as Sir Cash, 28, said there were different categories of Yahoo Plus – ‘Oshole’ and ‘Irapada.’ According to him, the two are used to enhance internet scam operations.

He added: “There is another Yahoo Plus. It is very bad and dangerous. It entails using the ‘glory’ of innocent girls. You rub something like oil into the private part of a girl before having sexual intercourse with her. She either becomes sick or will never amount to much in life. We also use prostitutes. Most of these rituals have repercussions. One must be very careful.

“Most of us do a voodoo called ‘Oshole.’ Oshole has little or no repercussion and most of us use it. The way Oshole works is that it compels the victim to pay money.”

According to Sir Cash, there are various repercussions to the use of voodoos on girls. One of the repercussions is insanity.

He said: “There are some of our guys, who after using the voodoo get richer, but also forget to return to the shrines or clerics to renew their voodoo. That’s when problems start.”

A Zamfara State traditional ruler, Umar Kabir Danbaba, who was arraigned before Justice Nasiru Saminu of the Kano State High Court on a one count charge of Cheating, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) today July 28th, 2017, has bagged a one year jail sentence after found guilty of the charge.

The suspect who wore a sad face as he was led out of the court to prison, reportedly obtained the sum of N1,470,000 (One Million, Four Hundred and Seventy Thousand Naira ) from the complainant for the purpose of securing and allocating mining site in Zamfara State, but instead diverted the money to his personal use.

At least 40 Ministry workers, properties worth millions of naira were on Friday thrown out of offices in Calabar, as a court bailiff carried out an eviction order in the Cross River State Office of the Federal Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs while it was still raining, following N7m rent the owner of the building located at Parliamentary Road in the state capital was allegedly being owed.

It was gathered that some of the properties thrown out in the disgraceful scene include television sets, printers, computers, air conditioners, documents and other vital office equipment were left unprotected in the rain.

An unidentified baliff from a magistrate’s court in Calabar, who carried out the exercise as early as 8am, said the court order was carried out because of the failure of the ministry’s headquarters in Abuja to pay rents over the years.

The bailiff carried out the eviction order in the presence of security agents despite the downpour.

He said, “We never anticipated that there would be rainfall. We had no option but to carry out the court order because the tenants defaulted. They could not dispute the fact that they owed over N7m rent for some years now and they have not shown any seriousness in offsetting the bill; that was why this order was sought.”

Punch reports that effort to speak with the coordinator in charge of the state office of the ministry, Mr. Francis Ukpo, proved abortive as he was said to have gone to the federal secretariat along the Murtala Mohammed Highway to secure another office accommodation.

But an aggrieved member of staff, who was drenched, lamented that running costs for state offices were being paid into private accounts instead of the office account.

“There are a lot of sharp practices taking place in the ministry. We have been having issues in the running of state offices lately. You cannot imagine that running costs for state offices are being paid into private accounts."

The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, who was prosecuted alongside others on treasonable felony charges but granted bail afterwards, has filed a motion to fight the bail conditions granted to him by the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Punch reports that in his application filed on July 1, 2017, Kanu stated that parts of the bail conditions prohibiting him from being seen in a crowd exceeding 10 persons, granting press interviews and holding or attending rallies, violated his constitutional rights.

However, the IPOB leader reportedly breached his bail conditions before filing the motion, as he had granted press interviews and even recently led and addressed rallies of huge crowds against the holding of governorship election in Anambra State.

The trial has been adjourned until October 17, as the prosecution is yet to file its response to the motion.

An ex-Lagos Bus conductor, Mike Olu Akinlabi, has taken to Facebook to share an amazing story of where he came up from to become a PhD holder.

According to him, it all started 20 years ago and all he had was a dream. Here's his story;

"20 years ago, the only thing I had was a dream. Though I had beautiful dreams, the physical resources to meet my heart desires were beyond my reach. I was homeless, worked as a motor boy or bus conductor (Nigerians will understand this)…. Despite all these challenges, I dedicated at least 2 hours each day to develop myself. I was told several times to quit trying. I was told to stop dreaming….

To keep the story short, in 2006 I had my first degree and I graduated top in my class. In 2010, an MSc; in 2011, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge; in 2016, a PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University Australia.

Following the open letter ex-Zenith Bank worker John Okeikhan Edobor, wrote his wife Ivie Edobor after jumping bail and eloping with his mistress to United States, who eventually dumped him after his Visa was revoked (facilitated by his wife), it has been revealed that the estranged husband was able to travel to the United States with forged divorce papers. 

Lailasblog had a chat with a close family source who pleaded anonymity, and damning revelations were bared. According to the family source, John's Visa was revoked after project Alert wrote to the American Embassy on behalf of Ivie Edobor, attaching the case file and other documents to back it up. Ivie's family reportedly became suspicious when John, who was dragged to court in a domestic abuse lawsuit stopped showing up in court since March. 

Lailasblog also gathered that John has moved from the apartment he was staying, and the number he was using in US has been disengaged. 

When asked if they will go on with the lawsuit to get justice, when John is deported to Nigeria even with his public apology, the family source said; 

"He must be brought to pay for his crimes. Imagine having a criminal case ongoing and all he could think off was to jump bail and eloped.
He lied that he was sacked with no money, but we later found out he was given an option to resign and paid full benefits by the bank, yet he ran off leaving his wife he severely injured with an unpaid hospital bills of 2.7m  and 3 kids to feed"

Digging deep to find out if the fake divorce paper claim was true, Lailasblog found out from a reliable source in the Surulere magistrate court, that the divorce papers was really forged. According to the source, Ivie was the one who filed for divorce and yet John had a certificate forged which he reportedly never served his wife. It was also gathered that the 'so called registrar' that signed the divorce papers,  had long retired from the magistrate court. All this was done so John could marry and elope with his mistress. 



When asked if Ivie knows her husband's mistress, the source said;

"They had been seeing even before he got married to Ivie. He even sent Ivie their picture in a compromising position to spite her, knowing that she had gone into depression. The photo has also been presented to the judge as evidence. 
She was an older woman with loads of money. He also posted their photos on Facebook, sent it to Ivie's family members saying he had moved on. He isn't sorry he is just looking for sympathy"

On the apology letter John wrote his mother in-law, the family source had this to say; 

"As soon as I saw the letter to my mum  on Lailasblog, I knew the story was real because he wrote that letter to Ivie's mother in July 2016, pleading with his mum to make his wife drop the case. 

The letter wasn't written recently, Lailasblog asked; 

"Nope. He wrote the letter in July 2016, While Ivie was still in hospital battling for her life and the case had already been charged to court. John isn't sincere, once he doesn't get his way he changes like the weather".
Well in his apology letter to Ivie, he said he was sorry he messed things up after Ivie gave him all, what do you have to say about that?

"He was given a chance. Ivie didn't speak up about the June attack till September, he had all the time to make amends.  His people even went to see Ivie's dad while she was still in hospital to plead on his behalf, yet he did the direct opposite. He left hospital bill unpaid and taunted her for taking the case to court. He even told the hospital to keep her that he had no money to pay after dropping 500k out of N3.2m bill. God really saved Ivie because her leg would have been amputated, but now she has titanium rods and screws in her leg permanently. She's pushing through the pain and learning how to walk"
What did he hit the leg with that got it that badly damaged?
"A wheelspanner was used in hitting Ivie's leg continuously. That's the front and side view stay of Ivie's leg (see photos attached). She suffered ptsd post traumatic stress disorder, and can't sleep unless she's sedated. She still have nightmares of that night till date. He was a cult member in school, maybe that's what he is still practicing. However Ivie is just glad to be alive to watch her kids grow. He must be brought to book so other wife beaters will know it's no longer business as usual."

What has his family done about the issue so far? Were they on his side?
"The family was divided but his immediate family supported him. They even covered the fact that he sold off his things, moved out of his house in Lagos to the village and then traveled. 
They were appealing a bit early this year but as soon as he traveled, they stopped showing up in court. 
At our last hearing, a bench warrant had to be issued by the judge for his surety to be picked and remanded till John is produced"
Who is his surety?
"I don't know.  I was in hospital when he was charged to court initially. The next court sitting is on the 8th of August 2017. Oh by the way, Ivie has been teaching her kids to understand that not all men are like their father."
Was John always violent when he got married, or did something make him change?
"He was verbally abusive, even physically abusive on some occasions. The fact that Ivie had 3 girls was topic of discussion every other day, but not as extreme as last incident that left her disabled".

Speaking with newsmen at his official residence in Umuahia, the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Barr Chikwendu Kalu, condemned his overzealous security aides and also denied ordering them to shoot two Federal Road safety corps officers, at Aro -Ngwa axis of the Enugu Port- Harcourt express on Saturday.
According to Kalu, he only sent the police orderlies with his younger brother to find out who accosted his wife on her way to Aba, only for the ugly incident to happen.
“I received a distress call that while my wife was on her way to Aba with her friend and orderly, some officers of the FRSC accosted her car, ordered them to come out of her car and started hitting her car with their stick, and finally dragged out her chief details, who is equally a woman out of the car” he said.
When I was informed of the incident, I sent my details to find out who the people in question were, because we thought the people on that uniform may not be right people, it was in the course of doing that the incident happened.

I was informed that somebody sustained a gunshot injury and we been on top of the situation, trying to find out what really happened. But I want to say that with every sense of responsibility and humility that I’m well informed about the importance of human life, and equally aware of the provisions of section 33, sub-section (1) of the 1999 constitution as amended that forbids taking away one’s life, I’m equally aware of the sister provision of section 33 sub-section (2) of the same constitution on the mode a human life could be taken.
I strongly condemn any over zealousness on the side of any security personnel be the person a member of the Police, Road Safety, the Army and Department of States services. I think I will be the last person to encourage it because it doesn?t augur well with State and the Country at large.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Lagos-based prophet and General Overseer of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, revealed that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu may die in the struggle of actualizing Biafra.
 
He further disclosed that God revealed to him Biafra may be achieved in the nearest future, and that Nnamdi Kanu’s life was at risk because of the way he talks. According to him, the IPOB leader had already taken some steps that will fail him.
 
He said; "Nnamdi Kanu’s life is at risk especially because of the way he talks, his misuse of words. Forget about all he is doing, let him continue to pray to the dead souls. Kanu will not lead Biafra. 
 
"Biafra vision may be actualized in the nearest future, he will not lead the Igbo to actualize the vision. He is taking some wrong steps that will fail him to actualize his dream as a leader of Biafra. Then the Igbo should not expect the Presidency in 2019. Their time has not come. 
 
"I am talking as a prophet not as a politician. Kanu is still going to face a lot of challenges and if he is not careful enough, he may miss it. He must be careful so that he doesn’t lose his life in the cause of this struggle. He needs to be extremely careful and watchful.
 
Speaking on the Anambra election where Nnmadi Kanu declared that there would be no election, the cleric said;
 
"There will be election in Anambra although there will be crisis. If the governor remains steadfast with his party APGA God can help him to sustain that seat but he if he attempts to take wrong steps, he will see the other side of the voters. In a nutshell Nigeria is sitting on time bomb.
 
"No party can do it. That is why I said Buhari should leave the issue of corruption because if we continue to play money politic, the fight against corruption will continue to be a mirage, even the EFCC cannot effectively fight corruption under the current arrangement until we stop money politics."

Nigeria's King of Memes, Odunlade Adekola and Bolaji Amusan a.k.a Mr. Latin were attacked by armed robbers who laid seige at Ilishan-Sagamu road, while on their way back from a Glo Show held at Ijebu-Ode yesterday. 

Speaking exclusively to Premium Times, Mr. Latin said; 

“we left Ijebu-Ode after the show and heading to Abeokuta, when at about 7.30 p.m. we ran into the armed robbers already stationed themselves on the road,” he said.

According to him, Odunlade who tried making a detour after spotting the road block the armed robbers laid was shot at by the bandits who targeted his car's tyres, bringing the Toyota Avensis he was driving to a halt. 

Mr. Latin further disclosed that they had to abandon their cars and run into the bush where they stayed for two hours, leaving the robbers who carted away valuables including money and mobile phones from their cars. 

“We ran as the robbers pursued us with guns. We were in the bush for about two hours, before we later regained freedom after the robbers left the scene,” Mr Latin stated.

However some vigilante members later came to their rescue, and they were taken to Ogun State University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu for medical treatment.

Mr. Latin who thanked God for sparing their lives, said the matter has been reported to the Police.

The Imo State Police Command has paraded a 20-year-old mom, Chioma Fidelis, who confessed to exchanging her two months old son, Favour Fidelis, for half a bag of rice, six chairs, cement and N200,000 cash alongside her accomplice, Chidimma Unakalamba.

Chioma from Ehime Mbano LGA of Imo State, who got pregnant out of wedlock, claimed that her baby was suffering from Kwashiokor and there was nobody to take care of them.

While being interrogated, her accomplice Chidimma Unakalamba, reportedly confessed to selling the baby boy to a couple, Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Anyanwu, who allegedly were in dire need of a male child. She said the baby was sold for N600,000 to the couple.



However a mild drama ensued when the couple insisted that they paid N700,000 for the child. Unakalamba then admitted that she deducted N137,000 she spent on the child’s medical bills, and that she gave the mother N200,000 and pocketed the remaining.

The baby has been recovered.

Two German tourists have been left dead, while four were severely injured after a suspected ISIS terrorist went on a horrific stabbing spree in Egypt. 

The killer swam from a public beach to the tourist resort in Hurghada before knifing victims. He targeted only women and shouted at locals "stay away, I don't want Egyptians".

Astonishing images showed how the attacker was captured at the scene and was pinned down and wheeled away in a luggage trolley.

Initial reports were that the two women killed were Ukrainian - but Egypt's Security Minister later said this was an error and that both were German.

Three of the injured were from Serbia and one from Poland, according to reports.

The motive for the attack is now under investigation, Egypt's Interior Ministry and security sources said.
But the attack bears similarities to the atrocity in the Tunisian resort of Sousse which left 30 British holidaymakers dead.

ISIS gunman Seifeddine Rezgui slaughtered the tourists on a beach at the Imperial Marhaba hotel in 2015.

There remains a large police presence at the hotel and on a nearby beach following the incident, local media reports.

The head of the consular department of Ukraine's foreign ministry, Vasil Kyrylych, declined to comment pending official information from Egypt.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office released a statement after the attack, but has not advised against travelling to the Red Sea resort of Hurghada.

It read: "There was a stabbing incident involving tourists at a resort in Hurghada reportedly causing injuries and fatalities.

"If you’re in the area, you should follow the advice of the local authorities and your travel company."

The attack came hours after five policemen were shot to death Giza when suspected Islamic militants opened fire on their vehicle early in the morning.

Three foreign tourists were also stabbed at the same resort in January 2016 by two suspected ISIS militants.

The attackers, armed with a gun, a knife and a suicide belt, launched the attack at the after they landed on a beach, security sources said.

Egypt's security forces are fighting an Islamist insurgency in the Sinai Peninsula and militants have carried out attacks in the past on the tourism industry.

A Togolese, Sabi Burno who was allegedly caught having sex with an 11-year-old Lagos Primary school pupil Mistura, in a container on Ibikunle Akintoye Street, Apapa, have been arrested. While Mistura and Yinka attend Methodist Primary School, Randle, Apapa, Mary is a pupil of United Christian Primary School. 

A landlord whose house was beside the abandoned land where the Togolese's container apartment was kept, noticed Mistura who lives with her grandmother loitering in front of the container at 8a.m when she was supposed to be in school. 

He said, “He has been taking advantage of the girls since he got there about a year ago and I think no one suspected anything. But this morning, around 8am, I was in my house when I saw this girl, who was supposed to be in school, loitering in front of the container. 

She was in her school uniform. Not up to three minutes, the Togolese asked the girl to go in, while pretending to be sweeping. Within a few minutes, he also went in and shut the door.” 

According to Punchng, the landlord said he rushed to Methodist Primary School to report the incident. The school’s head teacher sent a teacher with the landlord to the scene. Burno was caught in the act and was held by the teacher. 

Policemen from the Apapa Police Station, were alerted. The girl was taken to her school and some female teachers checked her private parts and found semen. During interrogation, Mistura confessed that it was not the first time the security guard slept with her. 

She mentioned the names of her two friends whom Burno had been sexually assaulting as well. Yinka and Mary were invited for questioning, and they confessed that the suspect had been defiling them as well. 

“Yinka said the man had slept with her for more than 10 times. The other girl said he had slept with her twice. A classmate of Mistura and Yinka told Punchng that the two girls always flaunted money in the classroom. 

The three victims have been admitted to the General Hospital, Apapa, for medical tests.

For extorting N50,000 from a Nigerian man they tagged a 'yahoo boy', the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has sacked four policemen attached to Ijebu-Ode Area Command in Ogun State.



The Police officers found guilty of this charge include; Inspector Mufutau Olaosun, Sgt. Adebayo Temitope, Cpl. Bakare Taiwo and Cpl. Adesoye Ayokunlehin.

In line with the fight against corruption and ensuring adherence to the “Change Begins With Me” campaign of the Federal Government, the Nigeria Police Force has approved the dismissal from service of four police officers attached to Ijebu-Ode Area Command in Ogun State. They are (1) AP. No 122800 Inspr. Mufutau Olaosun, (2) F/No. 366127 Sgt. Adebayo Temitope, (3) F/t. Adebayo Temitope, (3) F/No. 455593 Cpl. Bakare Taiwo and (4) F/No. 455554 Cpl. Adesoye Ayokunlehin who were charged, tried and found guilty in an Orderly Room conducted at the Area Command Headquarters, Ijebu-Ode for two offences against discipline as provided for in Paragraphs E (iii) Discreditable Conduct and C (ii) Corrupt Practice under the First Schedule of Police Act and Regulations Cap. P19. Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

THE CASE AGAINST THE DISMISSED POLICEMEN
On the 12th of June, 2017 the Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU) received a complaint via WhatsApp number 0805 700 0003 which states thus;

“Good morning sir, My name is (Withheld), living in ijebu ode, on Wednesday afternoon I went to withdraw money from the bank and am been sent by my boss when going back to the office some policeman car just double cross me and collect my phone telling I stole the phone I should follow the to the station and the took me to igbeba police station here in ijebu asked me to do frog jump from outside to a room, which I did to afford being beating. After gotten there they started calling a internet fraudster which I told them am not that am an (withheld) and they started beating slapping me and forcing me to write a statement which they are the one telling me what to write and after that they collected 50,000 from me( from my boss money which I went to withdraw before ealizing me. Sir that’s my story. All this are not good and policeman are meant to protect us but this nowadays police officer have turn this to another thing by using their power to ride civilians, maltreating and harassing civilian. The officers name who headed the squad are been called which I overhead are name: one is Omo Alaja while the second is called AY but don’t know the name of the other 2 officer. Please sir you have to stop this kind of officer because they are taking this to far”

The complaint was immediately registered, Tracking Number #PCRRU451591 issued and investigation initiated. The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Igbeba Division, Ijebu-Ode was mandated to commence an enquiry straightaway. The policemen were identified and it was discovered that they apprehended the complainant on 7th June, 2017 without any reasonable cause and extorted the sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) “Bail Money” despite the #BailisFree campaign before he was eventually released same day. The extorted N50,000 was subsequently recovered from these unethical policemen who were armed in plain clothes on the day of the incident. Their action is contrary to the directives of the Inspector-General of Police and unacceptable.

Necessary disciplinary measures were initiated against the erring policemen, they were found guilty as charged in an Orderly Room trial after the presentation of witnesses and exhibits. Punishment of dismissal from service was recommended by the Adjudicating officer and proceedings reviewed by the relevant Nigeria Police Force (NPF) authorities. The punishment of dismissal from service has been upheld with immediate effect and all NPF uniforms and accoutrements including warrant cards (ID cards) issued to the men have been retrieved with all dismissal procedures completed. The complainant was also handed back his N50,000 with an apology a day after he lodged the complaint. The elated man after receiving his money thanked the PCRRU, he said “Great job you people are doing right there, thank you for the prompt response”.
Furthermore, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Ibrahim K. Idris NPM, mni while reiterating his stand on zero tolerance for corruption vows to “flush out those tarnishing police image” from the Force. The IGP also impress it upon the PCRRU to ensure that all allegations of professional misconduct against the police are promptly investigated and officers found wanting in any proven case be made to face appropriate sanctions as stipulated by relevant laws.

Members of the public are advised not to resort to self-help when faced with case of police misconduct, but are enjoined to report such to the PCRRU for resolution. it’s been a long time this struggle started, as far back as 2011.
with the setback of the trailer accident that kept u off for almost 2years in the hospital alone, without friends or family fighting for your life, the pain of starting all over again when your peers were convocating, who would have known u had to bear the pain of using colostomy bag with your stomach open throughout your study year(some people just got to know now) and still read your book(medical students will understand this more) but you fought on.

“I am holiness preacher. Cut me to a thousand pieces, each of the pieces will still shout be holy. And you would say; you too, don’t you go to extremes sometimes? Extreme?

“All that the Angels are crying from eternity to eternity is: Holy Holy Holy is the Lord. I am a holiness preacher because I discover long ago that holiness is the master key,” he said.
