Hello, do Ali Express have issues in shipping items out ? Been four days now and my items haven't been shipped

go to your post office at ogbomosho and check it might be there .. if not complain to them they will contact osogbo post office for it to be re enrouted

which town is your final destination if is osogbo just walk to your post office your package is there .. Ali Express can't even approve ur refund as it stand like this

I bought a mobile phone on AliExpress on the 28 of May, and it has been stuck in customs clearance since 13 June, overall the device is in transit for 56 days. I have contacted NIPOST and they say the parcel is not in Nigeria, and when I contacted the Nigerian customs they referred me back to the local courier, I don't know what is happening, is there any help I could get.

E be like speedaf get problem in China oo. Cos non of thier parcel is entering Nigeria for a while now .mine has stuck in one place now since days .

Omo buying from AE using NIPOST is now hell.

Ordered for Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Outdoor Speaker since 7th December 2021 and it has been on "Out for delivery Departed country of origin" since 8th December 2021.

I'm just fed up, this is the second time I'm experiencing such.

you ain't the only one I also ordered the soundcore motion boom the tracking number is still on despatch to over sea since 22days now .. I guess something is wrong with Anker store ..complain is too much now with them .
