UNIVERSITY OF JOS ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENT OF MONDAY, 10TH OCTOBER, 2016 FIRST SEMESTER EXAMINATION

All Students and Members of the University of Jos Community are hereby informed that all 2015/2016 Session First Semester Examinations taking place on Monday, 10th October, 2016 have been postponed.

This is due to the unfortunate fire incident which occurred at the Library Complex, Naraguta Campus on the evening of Saturday 8th October, 2016 that affected the Main Library in the Complex, the Faculty of Social Sciences and some Departments in the Faculty of Management Sciences.

This decision is taken pending an emergency Senate Meeting that has been scheduled for Monday 10th October, 2016 by 10.00 am at the Senate Chambers, Bauchi Road Campus. Members of the University Community are hereby urged to remain calm and go about their normal business as the situation has been brought under control.
