blessedmum11:1. There’s no way for you to have known you would end up having a Csection. Recovery may be a bit more difficult given that you laboured, dilated and eventually had CS. For my daughter’s pregnancy, she was occiput posterior and I had high blood pressure. My doc put the decision in my hands and I chose CS cos from research and people’s experiences, I may still have ended up having a Csection after enduring back labour. No doubt for this baby, I’m going for another CS cos I took in when my DD turned 1; no chance of VBAC, not like I would have opted for that though  2. They administer epidural before 8cm, not later. Infact, a friend requested for hers at 8cm cos as at 7cm she wasn’t feeling the brunt of the pain yet and declined when they offered. They refused her Modified to add that the only complaint people give after being administered epidural or spinal (for CS) is back pain. I’ve never gotten that till date Don’t beat yourself up. You’re alive and healthy, so is baby; that’s all that matters. Don’t let guilt creep in...may lead you to PPD. Plenty Hugs to you and yours 16 Likes |

rvpbae:Dont take more than 3 times in a day though. I used to take a sachet maybe at night or in the morning. Some days, one sachet morning and another at night.

CreamyBee:Congrats on the birth of your LO mama. Please don’t let anyone stress you over your tummy, 7 weeks is a tad too early to be worried about that. It took your tummy 9 months to get big while growing your baby, they should expect it to take that long to return to status quo; not saying it will take 9 months though I hear post partum belt helps, not waist trainer oh. What helped me however, was ginger tea. I was taking it religiously cos I noticed it was helping with milk production and I was back to prepregnacy weight 4 months post partum (this one pained me cos I lost the new bumbum pregnancy gave me  ). My sister who came for omugwo also made sure I took all those omugwo meals three times daily. You can also get aju mbaise from @Liftedhands. I got from her but ended up not using it cos I noticed I was already losing weight drastically. All the best mama but please, don’t let anyone make you start thinking. Ronnygold:Out of the nose or where? If it’s the nose, there’s no cause for alarm, it’s spit up missing it’s way into the nose (some babies take a while to differentiate their windpipe from their oesophagus)...Just make sure baby is not overfed, burp baby after feeding and keep upright for a while afterwards. It happened 4 times from the day my DD was born till she turned a little over a month old |

Congrats mama. No two pregnancies are the same. Maybe this one decided to come without symptoms. A friend of mine found out she was pregnant at 6 months; she was “seeing her period” and had no symptoms whatsoever. Funny thing that happened is that immediately she found out, all the sicknesses and weakness fell on her and then her bump shot out within a few days Enjoy it and fingers crossed for a positive feedback at the end of the 4 weeks Blissfulfruit: |
