BascoVanVeli:We are not saying that he was very poor today, he was just average. He offers nothing going forward as a right back and lacks pace, he was easily outpace on more than two occasions.especially when out of position. Ebuehi is faster, is a threat going forward and also recovers faster than shehu when out of position. 1 Like |

THE summary of this match is ROHR HAS KILLED US(this coach is a very stubborn and tactically inept coach).and from the look of things we might get buried against Iceland if he does not realise his mistakes. TAKE NOTE OF THESE 1.From the match stats we had just ONE SHOT on target. 2.We have scored only TWO GOALS in our last four matches. I have said it before and I will say it again IWOBI is the key, but this coach keeps playing the most creative player we have in this team as a winger, how do you expect to score goals? MIKEL is useless as an AM, very slow, no eye for goal, totally useless Ebuehi is better than SHEHU, the fact that this man keeps starting shehu ahead of Ebuehi keeps me wondering what he sees in this SHEHU. Rohr did not learn a single thing from our friendlies. It is very clear even to the blind that 3-5-2 is the best formation for this team but the old man has refused to accept. IF NIGERIA FAILS TO MAKE IT OUT OF THE GROUP STAGE THAT MAN MUST BE SACKED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT 4 Likes |

I SAW A REPORT ONLINE THAT MIKEL AND ONAZI ARE IN COLLISION MODE. THAT THEY ARE NOT IN TALKING TERMS AND ONAZI HAS REFUSED TO TAKE ORDERS FROM MIKEL, THERE BY DIVIDING THE TEAM INTO TWO FRACTIONS, MIKEL SUPPORTERS AND ONAZI SUPPORTERS. https://mobile.twitter.com/sunnewsnigeria/status/1004636843974037504 HOW TRUE CAN THIS BE? |

SerVik:Totally in love with this analysis. We saw what Etebo did in the second half vs England, but it seems like Rohr was sleeping during the match. I have said it before and I will say it again. Ebuehi is better than SHEHU Etebo must start in that midfield IWOBI is the key. in a 3-5-2 formation Uzoho Omeruo-Balogun-Ekong Ebuehi-ndidi-mikel-Etebo-idowu Iwobi- Iheanacho/ighalo |

Eleniyan15:Playing mikel him as a CMF will suit him more, he does not have the ruggedness of Etebo, ndidi or onazi to play in that position. He brings calm to the midfield and sometimes likes holding on to the ball longer than necessary which is not good for a Dmf if the ball is lost it can sometimes result in to goal, just as we saw in the case of onazi against England. (kanes goal) playing him in the Cmf position with ndidi and Etebo behind him will prevent such situations. 1 Like |

MetalJigsaw:That was the height of it all . During the match you sometimes see IWOBI drop as far back as the Dmf to receive the ball from the defence. I swear the thing pain me. When a coach can not see the IWOBI is more creative than mikel. |

For those saying Rohr is hiding something, keep deceiving yourself. At the end of the match what I saw on Rohr's face was a man that is disturbed and confused. Why won't he be, when he still cannot accept that Ebuehi is better than shehu That Etebo needs to be in that midfield That Mikel needs to be played as a CMF That IWOBI is the key. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Martz101:I agree with you to an extent, he always comes out looking for the ball. But in today's match you could sometimes see IWOBI in the defensive midfield area passing the ball around, He was played in the CMf role which made him slightly restricted to moving forward because mikel was played in the Am role My point is that he should be played in a FREE ROLE or the AM role because he will always create those chances and even score goals, things that mikel has failed to do in the last two matches. He is more lethal playing any of these two roles rather than a CMF role or on the Wings. For this team to score goals Mikel must take up the CMF role and leave the Creative aspect to IWOBI. 1 Like |

First of all We need to learn how to defend setpieces.I noticed it against England and today against Cezch. This team will Come home early if Rohr does not realise that IWOBI is the key ingredient to this super eagles team. In the game against England and today against Serbia the creative aspect of our midfield was non existent. And you have IWOBI on that team? I am on my knees Someone please tell Rohr PLAY IWOBI as a 10 or else we will find it hard to score goals in Russia. In a 3-5-2 formation, IWOBI must be part of the front two, with Ebuehi, Nididi, Mikel,Etebo and Idowu completing the 5 in the middle. In a 4-2-3-1 formation IWOBI must be the AM while mikel plays the CMf role I must say this MIKEL is not the key, the closer IWOBI is to the goal of the opponents the higher the chances that will be created and the more goals we will score 3-5-2 Uzoho Omeruo-Balogun-Ekong Ebuehi-Nididi-Mikel-Etebo-Idowu IWOBI - iheanacho/Ighalo 4-2-3-1 uzoho Ebuehi-Ekong-Balogun-idowu Nididi-Mikel Moses-IWOBI-musa ighalo 5 Likes |

I got the message too and I have already proceeded to apply for the master card and made payment too. It is #1550 for shipping of the card to Nigeria. In case you want to apply for yours, make sure you know your postal code, it is very important because the card is going to be shipped from overseas. #1550 cannot kill you. They seem very genuine though. |

EVERTON DOCTORS SAYS ONYEKURU'S INJURY NOT SERIOUS Everton doctors have determined that Henry Onyekuru’s knee injury is not grievous as was widely reported. The young striker will be out for only six weeks and not six months. Onyekuru The player was reportedly examined by Everton doctors and the MRI scans of the injury have revealed that he may not be needing surgery but minor treatment. Onyekuru has been allowed to return to Belgium to recuperate. Onyekuru hurt his knee at the weekend during a league game with Anderlecht at former club KAS Eupen. Initial media reports suggested his season was effectively over and that could also mean his hopes of playing at the World Cup in Russia. 4 Likes |

FIFA FINES NIGERIA FOR USE OF INELIGIBLE PLAYER IN SHEHU ABDULLAHI AGAINST ALGERIA. World football governing body FIFA has sanctioned Nigeria for fielding an ineligible player in Shehu Abdullahi in their final FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie against Algeria on the 10th of November 2017 in Constantine. Abdullahi who played the entire duration of the above mentioned game and even gave away the penalty, which Algeria converted to draw 1-1 isn’t eligible for the game after picking up two separate caution in two separate games of the same competition. He was supposed to be suspended for the game but Nigeria fielded him, and FIFA have now confirmed a fine on Nigeria following the recent meeting of the Disciplinary Committee earlier today. Nigeria were fined CHF 6,000 with FIFA also awarding Algeria three points and three goals, which means the game which ended 1-1 is now recorded as 3-0 in favour of Algeria. However the victory awarded to Algeria, has no implication on the final standings of the group as Nigeria have already qualified for the World Cup, while Algeria were confirmed eliminated before the game. |
