Angel TV is free there playing Euros and you are trying to open TV3 that doesn't play Euros.

brother, i try to hit Sport24 on East, I hit only Tchad TV with 52% only. I try more and more to increase this signal but Nothing changed. LNB is Super California with 15°K.

I am from East Africa, I have Sport24 on other 1.8m with Super California 17°K very stable. but this on refused to get it. that is way I thought is because is old dish.

52% on Tchad is poor signal, try swap the lnb and if it doesn't improve then you can try repaint or foil the dish for 'slightly' improved signal but from my experience what makes dish misbehave is bends. Your dish is losing paint but not rusting in my eyes unless the picture is deceiving me. Most times even rusted dishes still perform well, we repaint to prevent rust which damages the dish pan.

If you have another cband lnbf, try it first or buy another one, it won't be waste afterall you will even need a backup lnbf.

If it not showing any signs of attracting signal, then it's bad not weak. It's when it drops signal quality.

@ManirBK,i tried adjusting my dish with the sp24 tp just as you said but proved abortive,before it totally went off,the tp was flashing green and red,my lnb is supermax,my nta is 85%(it even gains 1 or 2 %) at night),i must say this is really funny,i lost my afn too!

Then, you need to change your lnb. Note: Everybody who tracks satellite himself should endeavour to have spare LNBFs because in most cases the first and easiest thing to do is change the lnb if nothing happens then you can proceed with other troubleshooting.

i'm still battling with this SONY Package for 68.5 E ooo @ Chinedu7, I once tracked it before and it took me not less than 30 Mins now it's proving stubborn, Any clue. I tracked MTYV frequency 12522 V 27500 with 98% quality, replace it with my C-Band not even a pop of green with LNB skew @ 9'0 Clock and twisting.... abeg house make una help me out

With 3.8m you shouldn't be struggling to nail IS20 cband. The problem you are having is what I call big dish syndrome. You need to understand that the bigger the dish, the more detailed the position becomes. Example : 90cm is highly capable of nailing 5e and 7e together with one lnb, but as you go higher with 1m, 1.2m and 1.3m it becomes impossible to get 5e and 7e together eve though they are bigger dishes. This explanation is simply why you are struggling with IS20, with 3.8m if you replace Ku-Band with cband you won't see any signal, which you would have seen if it's 1.8 or even 2.4.
Having made my point, this is what you should try, after replacing the Ku-Band with cband, try to move your dish up just few inches, track with this TP 4065h 19850, you must hit green unless your lnb is bad or you put dielectric Plate in it.

1. I have Sport24 (East Side) on the east side eversince inception but just two months ago, i noticed my signal just drops 64%/61% to 31% within time intervals, started skipping and the weather is intact. What could be the problem?

2. If i'm to nail Intelsat 66.0 E/ 68.0 E should i remove the di-electric plate from the C-Band Lnbf after tracking IS 20 68,03 KU? Thanks

Check if other channels on 66'e retain their normal signal strength, if so then it's not a fault but just low coverage from the SPORTS24 TP, again if it happens that other channels dropped signal as well, then you may need to adjust your dish. I personally don't think 66'e dropped signal because I still see the same signal strength I saw since day one on my setup.
To track 68.5e, you must remove the dielectric Plate.

My Jack can't reach ses6 because it's not super heavy duty. So, I have actually not tried it. For cband lnb skew, I always use 9 o'clock, though it depends on the sat I want to prioritise in the setup. For Ku-Band 9 or 3 o'clock, again it depends on my priority. I am in Onitsha, so my MTN on 66E is poor, it difficult with 2.4 here.

Go to dish settings, put off diseqc 1.0 and put on diseqc 1.1. Now you will have option 1 - 16 to choose from but for 8-in-1, you can only use option 1-8. Thanks

@Chinedu, your contribution is super and more grease to your elbow. My question is, do you have to remove the jack to do this or is there a way to carry out this adjustment without removing the jack? Presently with my 3m Dish I cannot get Apstar 76.5e with the following dish setting 1. Ku Band LNBF (middle) as primary, C-Band LNBF (without dielectric plate on top) for IS 20 @ 68.5e for Sony Entertainment, IS 17 @ 66e for Sony Kix etc. & C-Band LNBF (with dielectric plate placed below) for Citizen, Sport 24 etc but my problem is that I cannot get Apstar so pls help out.

Yes, for an already tracked dish, you can do adjustment with Jack on the dish but for maximum flexibility you need to remove your jack. If your Apstar is missing, it could be as a result of two things, 1 your dish alignment isn't good enough, 2 the position of the Cband lnbf is not central. If you find it difficult, then you can try to bring the cband lnbf closer to the KU band lnbf.

@Chinedu7, compliment of the day.l was able to track the 2.4m dish to certain extent except for the fact that, when l used the C band lnb with plate. as primary and the one without the plate as secondary on top of the primary akin to your pic.l was unable to get apstar , the maximum signal strenght l got was 73% on 4064H 19850 no matter how hard l trick the lnb.ln view of this l decided to use the lnb without plate as primary although l got LSO 20 but could not get Sony @66e and of course the celebrated apstar.Please from your wealth of experience what do think l am doing wrong or rather what is amiss with the whole set up.

From what you just said, it means your dish is not balanced. Before you can get this right, you need to first balance your dish with Ku-Band in the middle as primary. Track 20w and Mark the pole, track 16e and Mark the pole, take the dish to the middle of the two marked positions, after that lock the dish. Now finally attempt to track SES 5E, don't adjust the locked base, only adjust vertically you will get SES 5, and when you do you can check both East and West positions if the still there, you can now attach the C-bands and no position will disappear.
