Just go and get GTB prepaid dollar card, buy dollar and fund it. It's issued instantly even if you are not an account holder.

You are not aware of the reason and not that the reason is not yet declared.

For your information NCC has mandated all telecom providers to use the same codes for all their services.
MTN is only the first to implement it

Deadline to implement is in 2 weeks time. Extension is expected as like everything in Nigeria.

With 3G you can stop the video before it starts to play
With 4G, the video has already loaded and played half way before you can stop

so it gets worse...

With 5G... all contents are loaded before the site even opens
