My Applied school is University of Göttingen. Winter semester, 2023.

Nigeria, this is exactly what is happening in China, India, Pakistan and other countries that have many students in Germany. They are doing this to cut down the number of students coming to Germany from countries that have many students in Germany. The schools are aware and that is why some will tell you that any time you get ur Visa you can come

Actually she has recieved response from the embassy.she made an appeal for her visa rejection due to the fact that her blocked account wasn't ready at the time she did her interview

Please I have an appointment with German embassy on 22nd of May 2023, and I have paid for my Block account through expatrio since 16th of May 2023, but I’m yet to receive a confirmation from them, I reach out to them and they told me it usually take 1-5 days before they can see the money and without seeing the money, they can’t issue a confirmation for me, please can I go to the interview with the receipt of payment from my bank or what should I do?

I funded when Naira was still 470 to 500 then and I have checked,I did mine in 2021.
It was simple bank procedure through my father's account to central bank.Using manual form A.
Nowadays everything is online and it takes time.

I paid through expatrio too.just wait for the 5 days they told you .mine took up to a week and 3 days before it was confirmed.by Monday ,it must have arrived.just be on alert to print it out .

So sorry for that.ib believe they always give reason for visa rejection and the reason being doubt about your purpose.Are they doubting your sincere intention to go to Germany for study? I believe that maybe your motivational letter and oral interview didn't impress them enough.If there is any room for appeal, kindly do so

I did call the embassy today and they said no amount is too low, in other words, the scholarship can come in any amount, as long as it’s from a German organization and I have a blocked account or letter of sponsorship to cover up my cost of living. So literally, the scholarship is just a ticket to be qualified for Category A.

From which website did they got the information that waiting period is now up to 15 months and no longer 12 months.?
