Wow, OP css is simply the easiest programming language out there. Quite simpler than HTML because u have to apply html in a broad range of languages from php to JavaScript to python. If you want to really learn css, learn the basics of it and go learn bootstrap 4. You'll enjoy it.

I have a video download of one senior lecturer from one of the Universities in US. If you send me your email address, I will send the download to you. It is about 700MB. I think CSS is interesting. Is it complicated? I am not sure. But, I am sure CSS is very very interesting.

Beside this download that I have, there are several videos on Youtube, very very good videos that will teach you CSS.

CSS is not a programming language it's a "description" ot stylesheet language. You use it to describe the properties of the elements in you HTML document.

HTML itself isn't also regarded as a programming language but rather as a Markup Language.

From the technologies you've learning, it seems you want to be a web developer. You'd still have to learn Javascript and understand how the DOM work.

It'll take time to learn all these to the point of being proficient enough to demand money for your work, be patient.

CSS is not a programing language. It is a tool used for writing design rules to increase productivity. It is like html on steroids for design appearance. Just give it more time. Practise until the hard part becomes easy. If you think CSS is hard, you'll be crying by the time JS deals with you.
