Goodmrn house, please I need help oh. My husband's ECA with wes is pending because of Waec., We have paid all necessary fee to Waec office here in ph since May, pH office said it had been sent to Lagos but no response from Lagos to Wes yet. Please assist with a contact to fast track it cos school transcript has been sent and confirmation has been done too, Waec is the only thing pending. Kindly assist, thank you

It will be specified on your status the outstanding document left and an email will be sent you.

Good morning peeps. Pls, for WES users, how do you confirm the list of documents WES has received? I checked my status and it says “we have received your documents” but does not state which ones. I need to knw what they have recieved and what is outstanding so I can follow up. Thanks.

Usually WES sends a scanned copy of your complete transcripts and certificate back to the institution by email (and photocopy by post). If your school is missing something, ask WES to resend your documents.

Please my people, sorry to bother you all my seniors. Am desperate and so confused. Please for those that know how this WES verification mail looks like, does it have grade points in the mail and do they send hard copy to the school also? My school is saying the soft copy isn't carrying my grade points that's why they can't proceed with the verification. I don't know what to do ohhhhhhhhhh

Tell them they can respond using only the 'incomplete' soft copy, they don't need the hard copy.

School said that there was no grade points in the mail, there by making it incomplete. Am so confused

WES sent a mail to me last month that they have sent my verification to my school (fedponek nekede), I called my school this afternoon and was told that the soft copy WES sent was incomplete and they have not received the hard copy. Please should I call WES to verify or allow the 7weeks to expire because they said no communication between myself and school. Kindly advise. Thank you

Hello, been a silent reader. I received a mail from WES that they have sent my transcript for verification but I read here that waec is also required. I didn't get any mail requesting me to send my waec credentials and I also logged in to WES page, no waec requirement was updated on my page. Should I be worried?
