PoliticsRe: Buhari's Initial Online gra-gra Fades Away; Osinbajo Struggles To Keep Momentum by CHM11: 5:15pm On Dec 29, 2014
Its pretty obvious that buhari is outdated. For heavens sake, a presidential candidate who just opened a twitter handle has been left behind by the world. No wonder he can't do without his cows.

#Not a GEJ fan, but will never settle with a Buhari!!!!!!
RomanceRe: So What Does A Lady Gain From A Broke Guy In A Relationship? by CHM11: 4:56pm On Dec 29, 2014
firstEVA:
Dating a broke guy is never a pleasurable experience, you are always indoors, nothing to spice up the relationship like quality outings, all he has is mouth, I love you, I love you. The only thing a lady may gain is future marriage, he MAY marry her in future, so since marriage is very important in our society she has gained a future husband. But if he eventually dumps you for someone else, sorry, you gained nothing from the relationship.
Here comes the Nigerian Stock Exchange..Top gainers and top losers..hehehe

same goes for sex, a relationship is not supposed to ne a sex opportunity. don't pout when your gf says no
Sex is 200 naira in most places jor. Its even free when she has heard the word 'marriage' from his mouth.

If he's too broke to take you out, take HIM out; except you are broke too, in which case, you really shouldn't be dating a broke guy, i think.

You have no case against the General.
Like you know a thing about him!!!...I've lived with him!!!....
Anyway, I don't batter words with people online. You have questions, or a point to pass across, do so!!!....you have one vote, I also have one.

Stop listening to propaganda, Buhari isn't a violent person
Yet his utterances from time indefinite portray violence?... You can tell me he is not a tribal bigot, but I am very certain that he is violent and power hungry.
check his time with idiagbon!!!..see the W.A.I. Rules!...so childish, unprofessional and totally lame!..anyway, that's what we get from people who don't grow their IQ.
GEJ, Buhari and all other fools are just the same set of nonsense people. Till I see a fashola, or an oshiomole or an Akpabio, I aint voting no clueless man with a lame wife or a man who can't live without cows and says he won't have a first lady office!.....They both have nothing to offer Nigeria!!!!!!!!!

This is pathetic and highly condemnable. No Nigerian must be forced or threatened to vote against his/her will. The President and the Military must beef up security at strategic points and apprehend those bastard threatening fire and brimestone. I support Buhari but I reject in strong terms the threats of violence and death to Jonathanians by some disgusting element.
How can you support Buhari and reject strong terms of violence??. Buhari has in the past made utterances of such. His supporters may just be following accordingly.
Pls note that I am not a supporter of GEJ. He has his own faults. I wish the APC had given us Fashola though. GMB is a NO NO for me.
NYSCRe: The Plight Of NYSC Members In Abuja by CHM11: 8:56am On Dec 27, 2014
Anaskie:
Ur in Abuja and ur complaining.
Ask about those in Rivers state.

In Rivers state, all corpers with the exception of lawyers and doctors are posted to classrooms.
You'll be posted to one riverine community which is only accessible by sea to teach Further Maths to students who have no bizness being in a classroom.

Worst part is that ur not paid a dime for ur services by the state govt. So, somehow ur 19800 allowee will cover ur accomodation, feeding, transport etc.

Its even far worse if ur posted to Portharcourt where accomodation and feeding is terribly expensive. The 19800 won't even cover your transport, talkless of feeding.

Guy, thank God for dat ur Abuja abeg.

NYSC is just a total waste of time.
Don't be deceived, the Rivers state government has refused to pay corpers since batch A 2012 passed out. Amaechi is only concerned about 2015. Rivers state is one hell of. Nightmare for Corps members.

This is beyond terrible! It is pathetic!
Are we breeding ANIMALS that are mistakenly categorized as humans huh
You will surprised tht many of these cult guys are not students of Uniben. They just hang around the school forming students!!!!!! Many did one diploma program and since after the program they will be claiming full time students and be causing all sorts of nuisance around the school environs. This is why inside Uniben campus is one of the safest place in Nigeria. Benin is actually known for having a large number of cult boys, so its no news that it will trickle down to the School environment.

But talking about Academics, productivity, professionalism and finding a perfect balance between work and play, I bet Uniben graduates that are smart can do this very very well.

Like my boss will say, "You make working sweet and fun that one does not know when he has climaxed his expectations for the day"

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Ten Tough Interview Questions And Ten Great Answers by CHM11: 12:37pm On Dec 24, 2014
akinsadeez:
Wow. thanks for the wonderful response. But is it advisable to tell stories while answering this question because looking at this structure, it might be difficult to answer without telling one story or another. How can one answer as stated above and still keep it brief .
Nope you can keep it brief, within 2-3 mins is enough.

You can say -
My name is General Muhamadu Buhari, born on june 2 1976 in Lagos. Naturally I am a very technical person which is why I studied Chemical engineering at the University of Benin where I made a second class upper. Studying Chemical engineering in Uniben helped me develop values such as teamwork, excellence, integrity, empathy and continuous improvement.
I have worked with some very good companies which helped me build very useful competencies. I currently work with bla bla bla as bla bla bla where I am responsible for bla bla bla.
You can then summaries by stating that your values align with those of the companies and competencies you have gained from past experiences are what is needed in this job and you bring more than just what is needed.

Most important thing is to read the interviewer and see if its someone who wants you to talk much or just brief......you will know from the body language. ..this question defines how the interview will go. If you play yourself down you will be played down throughout the interview. Sell your worth and sell more
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Ten Tough Interview Questions And Ten Great Answers by CHM11: 12:11pm On Dec 24, 2014
Whenever I go for an interview and I see a foreigner or a foreign trained Nigerian Interviewer I feel more comfortable because they behave more professional at interviews. Most interviewers here in Nigeria allow sentiments cloud their judgment to the extent that you have been judged even before you utter your first word.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Ten Tough Interview Questions And Ten Great Answers by CHM11: 11:36am On Dec 24, 2014
akinsadeez:
I am not yet fully satisfied with the tell me about yourself question. Can you be more explicit about the right Answer. there are so many different answers online to that question and it is one question that you simply can't avoid in every interview.
That question simply means 'let me know who you are by selling yourself to me'...I would suggest you start with your name, then when and where you were born, where you schooled and what you studied stating what you gained from what you studied. Then you can talk about where you've worked, what skills you developed where you've worked that will be useful in the job you are interviewing for. Try to keep it brief and basically warm up to the interviewer. Keep things that are really personal away...My view though

A structure can be like;
-Tell about yourself, your name, where and when you were born
-indirectly state your greatest strength and relate it to why your studied what you studied where you schooled. Clearly say the skills you acquired that are useful in the job.
- then talk about where you have worked and what you learnt while working.

In summary-Introduce yourself and sell yourself, (SEL-situation, experience, learning)

So you expect south enegyx group the private developer to go and complete lagos badagry expressway? Why are so many of you just ignorant.
Ignorance is sometimes better than stupidity you know?...you could have simply said this is not a Lagos state government project and educate many who are not based in Lagos and probably do not know that it is a privately owned developmental project.
PropertiesRe: Eko Atlantic City Showcases First Street Light by CHM11: 3:05pm On Dec 23, 2014
Money spent here would have taken the Lagos-Badagry express way construction work to almost completion which would have served more people and make the ordinary Lagosian happier. BTW goodwork at eko atlantic....its for those that can pay....not for everybody

Really nice post I must say.

But, that weakness thing is somehow o! It still quite depends on your interviewer too, because to some interviewers, stating your weaknesses even with active measures to curb them is like shooting yourself in the foot.

They'll be like..."so you procrastinate, shocked that timer thing won't work here. angry You'll still procrastinate and miss deadlines" Haaa! undecided This one can just make one lose stability o. embarassed
Kind true, which is why you should study the interviewer before this question and pick what will work for him/her...

There could be a thousand reason for that. The state may not have recieved its statutory allocation from the FG due to dwindling oil revenue. Most states are complaining about same thing.
Do you even have an idea of how long its been since he started owing salaries and allowances of corpers who were posted to remote villages?

Nice one @oga Fash!!!!
He studied Law in Uniben. I don't think blocking was an issue in the school and in that faculty at that time
