Many times my wife has told me to shutdown the farm and focus on other biz we do but the truth is that the best time to learn is NOW NOW when you are young, working and have the financial opportunity to make several mistakes you want to and learn. When you are jobless or old or collected your gratuity after retirement, you don't have that luxury to make mistakes again at all. The cash on you will be going down due to family daily spending and the business you are banking on will keep disappointing you because you haven't passed through the learning curve. Most times, i see these retirees, sacked-jobless people diving into biz losing virtually all their money or savings and in no short time they were retired or sacked, they retire also into their graves due to cardiac-arrest, depression/suicide, HBP, slumping etc. I may have made alot of mistakes. I may have lost some fortunes. While my colleagues are busy buying flashy cars, building nice apartments, wearing nice clothes, i am busy learning/experiencing first-hand real-time/real-live how to survive outside a paycheck or salary. Those who didn't start today are only postponing their own doomsday because sooner or later, you will have to survive without a paycheck from others and if you think there is still time and you are still young, well it will shock you how fast time fly. And once opportunity lost, can never be regained. It is an opportunity to earn today, make full use of the opportunity.
ca you educate me on systems/methods available to monitor ? I will appreciate alot.
Do you know of KPIs? (Key Performance Index) they're used by big companies to monitor and assure the quality of services their employees give. If it were to be animal farming, i would have given you some KPIs and documentations to cut "inefficiency " not just theft by a very great percentage.
Basicend: If you followed the chess game prior to their primaries. . You will know that Osibanjo was Buhari's anointing one. He was even the one the cabals wanted to use as a puppet.
Tinubu used all his strenght to into the deep and fought the entire stronghold down. That is why I respect Tinubu as a politician. . He wrestled it down. .
If Tinubu has supported Osibanjo with Buhari and the cabals, he will win the presidential elections. Although he can't do much IMO coz too many demonic lions brought him there. .
Obi is still slightly the best candidate Nigeria has now.
Truth is Tinubu had the brain but his sick now. . And his muslim-muslim ticket is a serious issue.
Atiku will steal mercilessly.
Tinubu "fought" all the strongholds down by bribing this way through with dollars and promise of positions? My people is this not a foolish comment?
pryncipal: Good morning all, A whatsaap group for oil palm farmers only is now available. to join use this... https:///BfpwEeW33uU6glBosV54X7. We are going to focus on teaching everything oil palm including Fabrication of small scale oil palm processing equipment of all sizes. You are welcome.
Exceed15: Most NGOs advert are just for formality sake. You keep applying in line of your field with well written cover letter yet the best you receive is automated acknowledgment mail. Stop giving yourself false hope if you don't have an "insider" that can push your application. Infact the jobs are quickly hijacked by internal applicants. Dem take style corrupt joor!
NwekereNdoki: Those saying the man is the worst governor in Nigeria are either ignorant of where Ab was before the man came in or might not have visited Aba recently. Granted, He may not have fixed everywhere in Aba, but nobody can come here and say he is the worst Governor in Nigeria when states like Ekiti, Ogun, Osun, etc. haven't done as much as he has done in a densely populated and Urbanized. And nobody can also dare say that he is the worst Governor Abia have.
He may not be the best in SE, but he is definitely not the Worst in Nigeria(even in the South) nor the worst in Abia. I don't like him either that much as I love Umahi. But I can't in all sincerity say he is the worst in Abia or Nigeria.
For Start, before Ikpeazu came in, all the roads in Aba were either muddy or not motorable, I mean ALL!. No good roads were in ABa. It was as bad as that. Ikpeazu in his first tenure did a lot of road construction. Today, some roads like Port Harcourt Road and Ngwa Road all in Aba is now wearing a new look. These are roads that people used to mock Aba before if they want to share bad and disgusting roads in Aba. Today the story is different as those roads are advancing completion and the governor has said that they wll be completed before leaving office.
I am from Rivers State, but my mum is from Aba, so I know what I am saying.
I am not here to praise him, but I am here to state fact!
MAJOR ROADS LIKE ABA-OWERRI ROAD HAS UNDERGONE A FACELIFT
Note these roads were not fully pliable before Ikpeazu came in.
I detested going to Aba because of this junction. I once dipped my fine white canvas into the mud in Osisioma Junction when I visited my cousin at Tonimas junction. It was horible. Even the place where my cousin lived I knew what I passed through when I visited them in 2015. I did a jumping marathon to get to their house. Now the road is tared and marked. The road is opposite Tonimas Junction, Beside Becuz Fast food.
So my dear, Ipkeazu might not have fixed the whole of Aba in 8 years, but truth be told, he has changed so many roads and the face of Aba today.
One of the major things I'll give Ikpeazu Kudos for is the 30 years plan he did for Abia and the Enyimba Economic City. My prayer is that the new Governor do better than him and focus more on building a better Abia.
Ikpeazu might not be the best, but he performed better than the current governors in Ekiti, Osun, Ondo, and most northern states (except Kano, Kaduna and Borno).
Daalu.
Pic 1: Osisioma FLyover Before Pic 2: Osisioma FLyover After Pic 2: Ngwa Road Before Pic 3:: Ongoing Ngwa Road
If you are saying Ikpeazu did well in Abia, then i say; may your days and ways be likened unto that which Ikpeazu has made, Amen
mdntiri: Let me offer some help, I'm also home gyming
Your focus should be on COMPOUND EXERCISES, like bench press, squats, deadlift, etc. They work multiple muscles at the same time, you're able to lift heavier weights and become stronger/muscular quickly as compared to ISOLATION EXERCISES like dumbbell curls etc
Build a home gym. Build a simple flat bench press, get plates from scrapyards etc, weigh them and write their weights on them so you know how much weight you're pushing, get 1 or 2 barbells for bench press, barbell curls, squats, deadlifts etc, build a gym rack so you don't drop weights on yourself in the absence of a spotter
Read up on bodybuilding/weight lifting. Lift heavy, don't spend more than one hour per gym session. Gym at least 3x per week. Don't gym everyday, but every other day because compound exercises are tasking, and you'd need adequate rest.
Eat small portions of food every 2/3 hours. Protein, beans, groundnut/groundnutspaste, eggs, fish, vitamin c etc
It's too late. The OBIDATTI flight has already left. You can now limp back into the hole you come from. #peace
Meanwhile you can see from the man's claim that he's hiding something. Moreover there are documents to support that claim which he failed to produce which is a pure indication for blind arguement
PRISTINEMUSCLES: @longnipple, I really appreciate the accolades. This is my little way of adding value to humanity. I have seen men toil day and night to make this money and they neglect their health, only to begin burning this same money on sicknesses. Isn't it ironical?? Physical fitness cum muscle building goes beyond aesthetics, it is life, it is health, it is wealth.
I hope you lift also. If not, please start today and watch your body thank you for it.
jo2222: This advocacy needs to be loudest already.
My Re-Post!
An Open Letter To Chairman Of INEC Nigeria ———————————————————————- RE: Request To Fix Presidential Election On Exclusively Seperate Day. ———————————————————————————
Sir,
In recent times, presidential elections in Nigeria, have always been slated together with other National legislative elections.
Specifically, since 2015 till now, Successive elections have witnessed the combination of Presidential, Senates and House of Representatives, elections being fixed on the same day.
This particular decision by INEC has helped, encouraged and promoted the menace of Vote-buying, by major political parties in Nigeria.
And has thereby, made it virtually impossible for ordinary Nigerians to freely vote for a president of their choice, devoid of political party interests.
Sir, here’s the practical ways it works in our local communities in Nigeria:
The National Assembly seats are 469 combined.
It consists of a Senate with 109 members and a 360-member House of Representatives.
The two major parties in Nigeria already have the financial war chest to struggle for these 469 slots.
Meaning, 469x2 equals 936 powerful contending legislative aspirants from the two major political parties.
All of them have Police and Military officers attached to them, plus a litany of other hangers-on and paramilitary groups around them.
That is what they call structure.
So, because the presidential and these powerful 936 legislative elections are usually fixed on same day, there’s always that personal evil tasks of delivering their own various political parties on that same day.
Hence, the evil job of Vote-buying has been officially distributed to these 936 strong aspirants.
Practically, manpowers from both Inec and security agencies who are already overstretched cannot be able to effectively monitor or stop even 5% of these criminality of Vote-buying on that single day.
Remember, the 936 strong Aspirants will be fighting for their own personal political survival, while buying Votes for their parties.
Even when these 936 aspirants are really not interested in their party presidential candidate to win, they will simply be motivated by their own personal interests on the ballots that very day.
But.
The situation will never be the same, if the Presidential election is fixed on a separate, exclusive date when no vested interests of the 936 powerful men are at stake.
Chances are that, 90% of them will never engage in Vote buying for their parties, on a day, their personal political interests are not at stake.
Chances are that, majority of them will allow the masses to make their informed decisions and choose their president.
Chances are that most of these 936 Aspirants, are even tired of these perennial very worst presidential candidates in their parties, who got their tickets via buying of Delegates.
Most of these 936 Aspirants earnestly desire the best presidential candidates to win, irrespective of the party.
Many, many of these Aspirants are totally unhappy with their presidential candidates.
Most of them genuinely feel the urgent need to allow Nigerians choose their president.
But Inec has not helped them.
They wish it could have been separated.
Because they are hamstrung, and tied down by their own personal interests that are usually tied up by INEC, on the same day of election.
That’s why on the day of election, they buy votes for their Parties, thereby protecting their own political survival.
They can’t possibly tell their constituents to vote only for them as Aspirant.
INEC, police and EFCC can’t be everywhere on that day.
This is exactly the dangers of their structures.
That’s how bad presidents emerge.
And the confusion continues in the country.
Consequently sir, I passionately appeal to you, to kindly fix this coming Presidential election in 2023 on a separate date, preferably on the first day.
My Chairman sir, kindly do this for Nigeria.
Do this to save this country.
Do it for it accords with international best practices.
Do it, just like France, Canada and other other civilized countries.
Do it, for it is the most patriotic thing to do!
Please, apply for additional funds if necessary.
There’s always room for little supplementary budgets.
Nigerians will definitely prevail on government to support your efforts in terms of additional funding.
Seek for the funds NOW, if necessary and needed.
Chairman sir,
Posterity will definitely judge you right if you positively heed and comply with this passionate appeal.
Let us work together to #EndCashAndCarryPolitics and #VoteBuying since INEC has already noted it to be a major issue hampering credible elections in Nigeria.
@OP thanks for your time and the explanation. The only problem i have with these locally fabricated machines is noise. Are these ones an exception? Most I've seen make loud noises like this old lister (power generators)
Ibkhaleel: how can you describe Nigeria as been a secular state when Muslims are the majority...got get your facta right and stop deceiving yourself..
You guys are deceiving urselves overrating urselves. If Northerners decides on a northerner to be president, you can’t do anything, a northerner can rule Nigeria till eternity and you lack the power and political number to pull him down!
you curse Nigeria day and Night and expect things to well with you?
Mark this your word and save it. You'll live to eat it in 10years time
sogodihno: Candidate impositions will destroy the Party
If you like the news, you believe Buhari, if the news doesn't favor you, you don't believe Buhari. princeofAba stay one place and stop confusing thunder
orogodoganyin: Back again today. Apparently, the reason for not filling the sacs is their inavailability... It's now been concluded that I'll be getting some tomorrow from the market. It's about ₦150/dozen.
So filling and planting will be done by the weekend
Shame on all those that supported the west. It just revealed that majority of we blacks don't want to learn. Always behaving like slaves to the whites. Whatever they dish out they swallow without a cross check.
I'm very pissed now! How could our people be this blind! I cry for Africa. Especially we Nigerians (at least they're the ones I see for now).
I feel an average Nigerian is mentally a slave to the western world.
You'll still see fools coming here to deny these facts OP shared. Those ones are perpetual slaves. One is even below me
Echoban: K. So USA trained Doc who also take NMA license exam before allowed to practice in Nigeria also mean their certi is less recognized. I never knew there are special course which aren't taught in Medical curriculum only to be taught Abroad. Hearing that from the 1st time.
And No wonder Nurses abroad are richer than Doc abroad
Everything abt ur comment reeks ignorance and stupidity.
Abeg off my mention
I don't think you're a medic. Enjoy yourself child
Madas1986: keep quiet how many year does a pharmacy or lab scientist spend in the university and who is deceiving you that administrative work is prerequisite to year spend in school abeg go and sit down
Don't mind him. Little wonder our health system is the way it is. Half baked graduates!
Echoban: Oga go and make Nurse or pharmacist or Lab scientist become Chief Medical Director. I fact they can even lead us in Medical team in ward.
Everybody go smell d odour We will b glad to receive patient in private clinic.
If u want to do like Abroad, then do it well by paying Docs well like abroad.
Case close.
You see why I said You're a kid. The pay abroad is according to work hours. Nurses end up being paid higher than the doctors at the end of the day. Also, the nigerian MBBS degree is less recognized abroad. So it requires extra examinations and courses before you're certified to work there. #in the land of the blind one eyed man is a king. It's not my fault the people of the land want to see
You end up being an assistant with your nigerian cert and NMA membership
Echoban: So JOHESU will now be leading us as our oga.
Everytime abroad this and that, do u treat ur doctors well same way abroad is treating their doctors? The small oga level we get u want make our eternal enemy take am.. kukuma tell them to lead medical team already...
I trust NMA to ignore this or else The strike go long sha Thank God private hospital headed by Doctors are there to take over asap. More profit for Docs.
You must be a child from this your write up. This is something that is right and reasonable to do.
I have been a very long time member of this family, just created this for privacy.
I feel very happy to announce this here but before then...
Hear my this little story.
From 2007 to 2012, I was a cleaner collecting 25k monthly in the office and was allowed to go to school because I showed interest.
Served in Ebonyi in 2013, and still working with the same company, was not regular NYSC type but grace saw me through, despite that, I have forgone my N19500 monthly allowee.
After my NYSC, was moved to a warehouse and placed under a salary of 54k from 2013 to 2015.
Got married between 2015, resigned, and got another job for 100k in between 2016.
Sacked after 1 year because the company was closing up due to bad economy under Buhari.
Stayed unemployed with my wife who took over the family responsibility for 1 and half years of unemployment from school fees, feeding, bills and transport fares for job interviews with 4 kids at that time.
All these were done by my wife through her frozen food and foodstuff business in a rented shop in Lagos.
My breakthrough came around March 2019, was called for an interview in a construction company with a salary of 70k as a store officer, remember that I am a graduate.
70k and you will be moved straight to Ebonyi State, to Isu Nkwo/Agba community for road construction from Lagos. For 70k!!!
My wife advised me that I should take the job, and gave me 10k as pocket money to start.
Thank God for the WhatsApp video call that kept us together with 4 kids for 8months and I returned to Lagos....please for clarity's sake we usually do return to Lagos from time to time.
From 2019 to 2022, my salary had been increased from 70k to 150k in 2021.
Got an email today, from HR that my salary has been increased to 250k.
Isn't that wonderful?
This long article is to encourage someone out there.
No matter how small the salary is, please continue with hard work and dedication.
Before I forgot, I won the CEO Award for the most dedicated staff of the year for the last year 2021 with a cash prize of 300k.
Pls, keep, keeping on ladies and gentlemen here.
And most importantly, be loyal to your wife and dedicated to your family.
Your immediate family will always stand by you when your friends are gone during your trials time.
Peace.....
Don't mind my errors.....
Was just thinking about this life sha.....
I'm motivated. Pls how old were you sir when you got married?
Datboredberry: Only if she wants it... If she doesn't, your cum's gonna end up in the trash bin...
Women are the ones in control... But we let you believe otherwise...
Btw, Feminists are all for sex... But submission, nope... So your point is entirely stupid
Removing it will make you cry for not less than 3days while the guy will be jumping in and out of another lady while you lavish in pain. The difference is beyond comparison. The better you accept who you were created/born to be the better so that you dont end up with the "all men are the same" gang. A word for the wise. I.e if you are
