i write to ask[b] if first semester tuition fee for lambton college can be payed upon arrival[/b], because what i saw on their websit about payment plan is somehow .

Amefrica: My friend, you were a young guy going for Bsc, your dad is/was your sponsor - all your docs were straight up, they needed no explanation. Now, compare this to a 30yr old going for Bsc being sponsored by his uncle. Do not you think, an SOP is essential/needed? You got your TRV without submitting an SOP ain't a BIG deal!

Don't tell me you never knew an SOP could play a very vital role in/on someone's application. It did in my second application - just so you know.

Since "Day 1" SOP has always been optional, decision is not made solely on it, submit it if you so wish - an SOP can explain any document you can't provide at the time of your application.

Don't disregard the importance of a LOE/SOP. What worked for you might not work for others.
Different strokes for different folks...

abisolmi: i have been trying hard all day to post a message on here to no avail. How una dey? I landed safe in Edmonton yesterday to the glory of God. To those who applied for visa before June 1, na gobe o, you will have to apply for your work permit on CIC website even if you land Canada after June 1. This was my case, I saw the restriction on my study permit and the remark didnt say i could work twenty hours off campus. I saw another who applied June 4 and though the restrictions were same as mine, it was written that he could work twenty hours. there really was no hassle at Toronto immigration where i got my study permit, the letter of introduction was not even all that important cos the immigration lady said to a guy beside me "if you dont have anything with you, its fine, we have everything in the system".

Luftansa Air is really nice but, air Canada did feel like an "air bus" lol. my Nokia X did not work, shame cos i bought it newly. don't know what else to say but, its still summer, thank God and i don't want to think of winter just yet.

I didn't provide study leave approval from my present employer. I only provided a letter from my prospect employer stating that they will
sponsor me, and they intend to employ me after my studies.

I am not married .

I studied accounting as a first degree, I have 1yr + working experience. And I'm going for bsc in General business management.

My sponsor had over 10m

University of Lethbridge don't allow students to pay part of tuition, until they obtain approval letter from canadian Embassy.

Jijola: Bros, like ChriGo's been telling you, the visa is valid on the face of it. But remember they ask questions at the POE...even a student with a visa and study permit may still be asked to show his admission letter and other documents at the POE-that's to show purpose. Visa is just to enter, not to justify why you enter.The remaining validity period of his visa will signal danger at the POE.So he should prepare a solid purpose for his visit.

erico2k2: Guys In Canada help me out here, I got a friend who has a one month VISa(VISITOR) the VISA expires 05 Aug 2014, can he travel still by 1st of AUg? there a little thing on teh Canada website that says the expiring date of the visa is when you must enter not when you must leave, so plz does anyone has any light on this.
