What is the cost difference in making a standard 3-bedroom flat, when using hydraform blocks vs cement blocks?

Where are examples of buildings built with hydraform blocks located in Nigeria, so people can visit them and conduct an inspection?

Are there bricklayers that have been specifically trained to use hydraform bricks in building residential and commercial structures?

Can hydraform bricks be used for decking of a building?

These are some of the many questions that require answers. Do not waste our time by opening a thread and directing people to click on a link. It shows unseriousness, laziness and lack of interest.

Go build whatever you want to build but I assure you there's no way to get around it . even a cabin like this one below cost $3,000 dollars 1 million naira. call me when you;re done with your modern house and let's see how much it cost. so you want a nice house for peanuts. you better stick to building a mud hut if you have no money to builda modern house. nothing good comes cheap.

These modern shower heads cost around 450 dollars each . the conventional shower heads cost only 40 to 60 dollars. there's a difference . Let's assume you have 3 baths in your house , are you wiling to spend $1500 just for shower head alone ? the bathtub alone cost 500 dollars. .are you willing to spend 1500 for bathtubs alone ?

what about the modern lighting/
The closet door you see below is around $1200 . If you have 5 bedrooms are you willing to spend 6000 dollars on closet doors alone .let's assume you have 5 bedrooms . closet doors alone = $6000 ,the front door = $1300 ,Garage door = 3000 dollars . Shower head for 5 bathrooms=$2600
Toilet seats for 5 bathrooms =2500 dollars
Bath tub for 5 bathrooms =3500 dollars.

all of that roughly = 20,000 dollars or around 7 Million naira. we haven't began building the house . what about electrical wiring , plumbing,etc.

If you want low quality materials then ,yes . I would like to know where you will find a modern garage door for anything less than 3000 dollars. if you use a conventional garage door ,then its no longer modern design .

the garage door alone cost 3000 dollars, around 1 million naira. Do you know how high quality that door is . it cost over $1000. i'm actually converting from dollars to naira. just for garage door and front door alone that's 1.5 million Naira.

So how much is $1 million dollars in Nigeria? ask anyone who lives in the US. you think building a house is a piece of cake? you cant get any of these homes in The us for even $400,000 dollars.The materials are high quality,especially the glass .

The House front door could be around $1000 or 350,000 naira

painting color of the building also matters . for example the following colors may give off a contemporary look ;White, Grey and peach color . Flat roofs also give a modern look.

During the course of my Work experience, I noticed low turnout of Job applicants shortlisted and notified for Interview on the Day of the Interview session even when they are given the opportunity to reschedule the meeting.

Why would most applicant who voluntarily sent their Curriculum vitae / Resume to Job applications and then reluctantly attend or don't show up for the Job Interview? Please share Your Views.
