Have you heard of the Third Eye before ? It is also called the Pineal Gland in Biology. The function of the Third Eye, is just as the name implies, while your two physical eyes sees light at day time, the Third Eye sees at night. Not only does it see at night, it also sees into other part of the Universe.

So, the sensation is an indication that what ever exercise you are doing is helping open the third eye. And a lot of people ask questions about how to open the third eyes and my answer is always simple. Have you mastered this physical life on this limited bandwidth using the physical eyes enough to want to look into other dimensions ? I am not against you opening the third eyes, but it is going to happen naturally if you study hard enough to figure out what life is or you go through ignorance and suffering enough to question reality and begin a journey of Self and God Realizations.

But if you open it immaturely without knowing much about Spiritual and Physical Realities functions of God, then you start creating your realities and most times negatively. So, if you must do it, make sure there is nothing in the physical world that you are ever afraid off, not because you have big muscles but mentally free from the controls of the matrix, understanding what Angels and Demons represent then it pops open and you see across the veil and read people's minds. And build this planet and participate in making this a better world.

This is not the answer you expected, you got more than you asked.

Do we always have time to question what life is ? Or do we wait until someone dies then we feel terrible and move on. Who did this to Humans ? I mean if we all wake up, all Humans on Earth and research on how to Live Forever, I am damn sure, the Elixir of Life, the Tree of Life would have been decoded. So, my question is, Who did this to Humans and why ? What is supposed to be this way ?

Can someone answer those ? I know the answer, but I need someone else to answer because I want to compare my answers.
