The 'next rated 'category was indeed a shoker.I expected Kel to win.Exetra's award was also surprising.
The best rap album category going to M.I just shows what mode has been lacking.He's got the skill to pull a decent track but not consistently throughout his album.He was also beaten by Ruggedman in the same category last year.
