I believe if given a chance in the AM position he may do well
I no want gambles. The boy I wish we could get is actually Faustino Anjorin, though Fisayo is also a good addition to swell the squad depth.

I'm not looking the way of Nonso Madueke especially as he is now wanted by Chelsea

Kelechi Nwakali finally returned from Injury today and.... Ponferradina won taking them out of relegation waters.

Coincidence?? No way! grin

He came off the bench on 59 mins and dropped this...

31mins+ played.
38 touches.
1 chance created.
2 pass entries into Final third.
94% passing accuracy.
100% accurate crosses (3/3).
2/3 accurate long balls.
31/33 accurate passes.
3 corners taken.
10 recoveries.
1 interception.

3 pts bagged and out of relegation again.

Sofascore Rating: 7.1
Still talking about Nwakali in 2023? Man it's been 8years since we started talking about him as a prospect. He has already gone the way of Abdul Ajagun. Even Ajagun was not this stagnant when he was 24.

iroegbulam even seem easier than chukwuemeka

Chukwuemeka will play for England Snr team in no distant time

Him,Bellingham,Gallagher and Mount will be the face of England’s midfield in the future

I forgot to add the young man city midfielder, hv forgotten his name
I'm my book, Emeka Iroegbu is more talented than Jude Bellingham. Bellingham doesn't strike me as someone who would last on the scene.

Dt chukwuebuka guy of Chelsea ,Jpes shld reach out to him too and we can as well try billing ,dt billing guy is a gud player
To me, Emeka Iroegbu and Emeka Chubueze Carney are no go areas just as Saka was. Na waste of time trying to get players so talented from England.

have seen him play severally this season and Bobo na confirm baller. He is just a young pogba with pace and work rate.

He is a mainstay in the English u21s currently so you may be right that he will be a tough one for us but we can’t just give up without trying. Moreover England hv good young midfielders in their disposal so maybe we may stand a chance to get him in the nearest future

So na slavia ogbu dey go? Wow, this is massive for the lad. Thought it’s was their cross city rivals Sparta that once was the biggest club in the Czech league
He has already been enmarked by Dortmund as the main replacement for Bellingham once he leaves in the summer.

olayinka plays for sparta’s city rivals slavia

Another midfielder the nff and jpes should talk to is Tim Iroegbulam who is on loan to championship side Qpr from Aston Villa
Iroegbunam is too good to slip off the fingers of England. Are you sure you have seen that boy play? The Jude Bellingham they are hailing today has nothing on Emeka Iroegbu.

Na same Slavia Ogbu dey go nah.

wow, Ogbu is joining Sparta Prague? That team use to be the best team in Czech abi Croatia years back. Steady performers in the ucl then. That will be a good move for him and will bring him to the notice of the super eagles handlers

Like you said it will be very difficult for us to snatch okoli from Italy unless he push for it. He is highly rated in Italian football circles and tipped to be in the Azzuris team in no distant time. Also from he’s mother’s insinuation from what I read online late last year it seem the parents are against him playing for us
Yes, that is where Peter Olayinka plays, and the same club just recently brought Yira Sor to limelight.

I suggest that those you mentioned should be revisited again but many here tagged them below average and not different from what we have currently

If we can get adarabioyo, uduokhai,Caleb okoli added to bassey and akpoguma then our cb positions is covered with decent quality

Also the nff should reach out to celtic’s Moritz Jenz as well
I don't think we stand any chance with Okoli, but if we could get him, I would be really happy. I don't rate Moritz Jenz, he is just another Ekong, and I can tell you for free that he is wasting his time waiting for Germany when the likes of Bella Kotchap haven't gotten good opportunities. I would rather give Igho Ogbu a chance especially as he is inches away from joining Slavia Praha.

As claimed by Owngoal, did Nonso Madueke actually say this, especially the last line?

SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by ChrisKels: 1:52pm On Jan 06, 2023
Owngoal say Adarabioyo will be part of Eagles squad in March. If that is true, then, our recruitment team is getting it right so far. Dude is so confident on the ball. They should also try luring Uduokhai once again, Torunarigha's case should also be reviewed. I'm dead tired of Ekong, Omeruo and Awaziem.

Correction to some impression about Morocco

Morocco’s success in Qatar 2022 has more to do with the Footballing Education in Western Europe than the narrative of the Moroccan FA “investing in pitches”.

Out of 37 Players and Coaching staff in Morocco’s World Cup Team, 19 were born in Western Europe.

Goalkeeper Yassine Bounou was born in Canada and was formed in ATLETICO MADRID Youth System and we all know their history with GKs. From De Gea to Courtois to Oblak.

It’s clear to see.

Achraf Hakimi was born in Spain. Formed in REAL MADRID Youth System.

Noussair Mazraoui was born in the Netherlands and Formed in the AJAX Youth System.

Sofiane Boufal was born in France. Formed in the ANGERS Youth System.

Sofyan Amrabat was born in the Netherlands . Formed in the UTRECHT Youth System.

Captain Romain Paul Saïss was born in France . Formed in Le Havre.

The Manager Walid Regragui was born in France. Spent all his playing career in France and Spain.

Assistant Manager Gharib Amzine was born in France. Spent all his playing career in France.

Hakim Ziyech was born in the Netherlands. Formed in the Heerenveen Youth System.

Walid Cheddira was born in Italy and was formed in Parma.

Amass Zaroury was born in Belgium. Formed in Zulte Waregem.

Goalkeeper Munir Kajoui was born in Spain. Formed in ALMERIA.

Illias Chair was born in Belgium. Formed in the CLUB BRUGGE Youth System.

Zakaria Aboukhlal was born in the Netherlands Formed in the PSV Youth System.

Selim Amallah was born in Belgium. Formed in the ANDERLECHT Youth System.

18-year-old wonderkid Bilal El Khannous, was born in Belgium and was formed by ANDERLECHT AND GENK. In fact, he played for Belgium’s U18 Team last year.

GK Coach Omar Harrak was born in Spain and has been a GK coach in Spain and Cyprus for the last 12 years.

Video Analyst Moussa El Habchi was born in Belgium and has worked for Ajax, Genk, Anderlecht, & the Belgium National Team.

The Technical Director of the Morrocan National Team, Chris Van Puyvelde is pure Belgian.

Worked as Assistant Manager for Olympiakos, Club Brugge and Gent. Then as Technical Director of Belgium and China before joining Morocco in July 2022.

Research is key

Nice one but Bono left Canada aged 3 and his career was not formed at Atletico, but Wydad Casablanca of Morocco. Bono is a typical local player.

SPEAKING to Bein Sports on 26th December 2020, Kylian Mbappe rubbished claims that he was denied a chance to play for Cameroon.

When asked about reports on social media suggesting he didn’t represent Cameroon because his Cameroonian father Wilfred Mbappe was asked to pay money, Mbappe junior said there was no truth in it.

“Yes I heard about this trending on social media before, it was a surprise. From my first professional game at Monaco, I don’t think the other federations had enough time to make contacts with me or my family. Not that of Algeria, not that of Cameroon. I got into the France national team so fast.” he said. His mother Fayza Lamari is Algerian.

“What is the source of this social media information?” Mbappe asked with a smile.”
“It is unfortunate when people with bad intentions attempts to tarnish our image. Footballers are models for kids out there, so we don’t speak carelessly. Sometimes people without the mandate to speak for us generate and spread all sorts of information without ever having a discussion with us”

“Concerning this issue, I want to categorically state that; I have never made contacts for international football with Cameroon or Algeria”;
Mbappe concluded.

If Mbappe calm down, na him and Harland go take over the mantle from Messi and Ronaldo. How I wish Harland was also from a footballing nation. That said, I hope Vinicius Junior will give both a run for their money.
