To answer your question, am a lawyer, I Know you are not one by virtue of your response to my post. Now listen the DSS councel must have advised them not to allow the foreign lawyer to see MNK because he did not have a locus standing to there. This principle was decided in the case I mentioned earlier on. MNK councel had been visiting him until the foreign lawyer came.
