I remember how Osinbajo was constantly denigrated by those who now say he would have been better than Tinubu as APC candidate.

I also remember how many used to poke fun on this very forum, that Buhari had discarded Tinubu after using him to win the Presidency.

Once Jagaban won the APC ticket that many of his traducers claimed he would be embarrassed and chased out of the party, they began blaming him for all that is wrong with the Buhari regime.

The most absurd was that Tinubu as a discarded private citizen should had already provided Buhari with all that he now wants to implement as President. Meanwhile, the Osinbajo they claim would have been better, is still in the same government and Presidency with Buhari.

They simply wanted a weaker politician that their own party and candidate will easily overpower.

Alaba, Ladipo are small investments, money they pay there, is to maintain the market and keep the market and areas sanitized, Lagos state government tolerate them there out of love and pity. Most igbos do importation, one man business, this only benefits their pockets, this does not create jobs or have good multiplier effects like manufacturing, extractive, mining, processing industries etc.

Facts bro. Below are some of the real big players in the Nigerian economy not common shop owners who only import and sell finished goods. Dangote fertilizer alone would pay more tax and contribute to the economy by a 1000 times more than all the companies owned by those chest beaters in Nigeria combined. I won’t even add his refinery, cement and sugar. Even GLO pays 1000 times more tax than all their businesses in Nigeria combined. Nah Dangote, BUA and Adenuga suppose Dey chest beat and brag because we see what’s on ground and we know the value those huge companies brings to the table in tax, direct/indirect employment and their contribution to the value chain, unlike those common small shop owners who pay very little tax and cause a nuisance across the SW yet they cry the most.

Manufacturing, agriculture, banking, telecoms, fintech, industries, entertainment, hospitality, financial markets, insurance, IT, services and more are the largest contributors and taxpayers to our economy not those that only do container businesses of buying and selling finished goods while also causing a nuisance across the country. We will gradually bring an end to all those types of disorganized open markets in the south west. Like one of our contributors said on this platform, SW plans to move to a more refined and streamlined means of trading. Even crude oil contributes a small fraction to Nigeria’s GDP today.

Yorubas are into intellectually driven businesses and entrepreneurship that generates intellectual property not basic buying and selling those dumbass refugees specialize in. That’s why you see us dominate in all areas of information technology like… FINTECH, software, APPS and coding/programming etc. Our future in these intellectually driven IT fields is secure because we have long commenced the process by nudging/encouraging our next generation to take interest in these areas. America is what it is today because of technology.

The recent 4million dollars invested by google in 60 African startups, of the 23 Nigerians startups, 19 of those are owned by my Yoruba folks. This just shows you how far we’ve left them behind. grin

We have summer coding boot camps for our kids all across the south west. Even amongst the kids enrolled, it’s Yorubas that make up the large percentage of the students. Their shameful culture and love for money is the main reason you find them all over Nigeria and the world at large committing all sorts of crime like drug/human trafficking, baby factory, fraud, counterfeit money, cultism, armed robbery etc. They have destroyed our reputation abroad, and I can’t wait to have my Yoruba nation so we can expel all of them. We have animals in our midst. We are forced to live with subhumans and barbarians. These guys are uncivilized noise makers. Can’t imagine having them in my new country. We are very different from them.

This is not targeted at Igbos. I have warned Nigerians till Blue in the face and spammed this forum to death over what is shown below.

Everything, for the Yorubas today, is about regional governance and shaping the SW in the most progressive way as quickly as possible.

Buhari's divisive Presidency, where the likes of Malami was given free reign to bully Sanwo-Olu etal, helped massively to harmonise this opinion in all Yoruba leaders, across Party lines, to now create seige mentality that is not going away anytime soon.

As someone involved in the governance of Lagos, though not as a politician or public administrator, I can tell you Sanwo-Olu is the most reform-minded of all Governors since Tinubu.

Only thing is that he does it with a smile so you will never know what he is capable of and will never see it coming. Unlike Fashola who is transparently honest to a fault. He will tell you his opinion to your face.

Lagos wants to move away from open and disorganised market structures that cause traffic, create filth, overcrowding and prevent the emergence of the type of modern markets and sophisticsted megacity synergy, like London, the State wants to pursue.

I have warned Igbos many times that they are the most ignorant and most vulnerable to what is shown below that Tinubu, Atiku or Obi Presidency can never stop.. It is not fight with anyone but Yorubas are simply tired of 'one Nigeria' regression.

They are now after accelerated modernity and rapid socio-economic progress, in a regional context, that will at least make the SW on par with South Africa, in the short term, and capable of evolving as developed European nations have done.

Those who have ears let them hear. Go and prepare for what is shown below and get ready to build from your regional base and not that of the SW.

Don't start to cry when Yoruba leaders, unitedly, begin to aggressively shape the SW region in the image they want.

What I need the govt need to do is privatise motorcycle transport system that each riders must have minimum SSCE n must register with the appropriate body, they must present guarantor. So that the call be traced n they should freeze out the miscreant among them

Bro, I feel we should rather encourage those individuals to learn handwork and skilled labour. We are presently experiencing a shortfall in the availability of electricians, plumbers, painters, builders, mechanics etc. It’s so bad now that we are having to bring people from neighboring west African countries to fill the gap. I see this as a better option because skill acquisition would benefit this folks longterm compared to riding okada. No one wants to learn handwork now, all they want to do is ride okada to make quick cash.

Let’s also not forget the need to secure our region. Most of these bike riders are from Niger and chad. They aren’t even Nigerians, so it’s better they return to their place of origin. It’s not the job of the LASG to provide an alternative for these folks

I understand the inconvenience experienced by commuters at the moment but we need to make sacrifices for the benefit of our region. Okada mode of transportation has no future in Lagos, it was only a matter of time before we got rid of them. An outright ban in the state is inevitable. The onus is now placed at the feet of the LASG to fix inner roads, so it’s a lot easier for Keke and smaller buses to ply those roads/routes. A more secure Lagos/ SW is all we want.

It’s time our people from this economic demography/class enroll in vocational schools to acquire this skills, so we don’t have to hire folks from Benin and Togo. I know we cherish formal education here, but we all can’t be software engineers, medical doctors and lawyers. We also need these folks to play their role in the development of our region. Even developed countries like America understand the importance of vocational skilled labour.

Let’s always take every moment to extol the genius of our legendary father, Chief Obafemi Awolowo for the educational policies he gifted our fathers and mothers. We will make sure we pass it onto our next generation. Our region would continue to do dominate. May his legacy never die… May his soul continue to Rest In Peace. Amen

One last point bro, anyone with an SSCE should never consider riding okada as a means of livelihood, instead they should enroll in the university or technical colleges. Riding a bike after acquiring an SSCE would be tantamount to regression quite frankly. Vocational schools should be for those who didn’t have the opportunity to attend secondary school.

You guys are in serious trouble. Half of your population has migrated to other regions in Nigeria because your land is barren with zero opportunities for its inhabitants.

You have zero political or economic capital, that’s the reason Buhari ignored your I’ll advised sit at home and allowed you guys to continue to impoverish, kill and eat yourselves. Well done bro. Most of us read and like comments here but don’t reply/respond much. I just like to seat back, read and observe. We know their plans and we are prepared to deal with them.

We expect BAT and SANWO OLU to deal with them after the elections. We will target them where it hurts. Computer village will be relocated to kontangora (less sales and expensive shops) while Alaba would be shut down. The kotangora location is already under construction while the LASG has notified them at computer village to get ready to relocate. This will be some of the first steps taken after which more policies will come to play afterwards. I’m also confident they wouldn’t smell that seat come may 2023. Keep doing the lords work. Thanks.

1. LANGUAGE: they have all abandoned their region and moved to Yoruba land en mass. Some were born here while some grew up here. 2. CULTURE: they are so obsessed and are also jealous of the Yoruba culture, it’s not even funny. They envy the Yoruba culture that preaches tolerance, humility, love, respect and all. Especially the fact that we respect our leaders, traditional rulers and elders. They are gradually abandoning their culture for Yoruba culture. They love our food, lifestyle, traditional attires, academic excellence, traditional weddings, movies, music, parties, our way of life generally and so many more. They dress like us and speak our language. Their parents and relatives in the village are complaining that their culture is gradually dying. You should see them here in Lagos. Lol. You will think they are Yoruba from far. They are truly jealous of our culture and are sad Yoruba culture is dominating Nigeria and the world thanks to our music, fintech, movies, traditional weddings, academic achievers, and more. The same way the white colonial masters made the black slaves embrace their culture like Christmas and white weddings, is also the same way we have made them embraced our Yoruba culture.

3. YORUBA LAND/SOUTHWEST: they have also completely abandoned their region and moved to Yoruba land. They have no intention of moving back to their non viable region. That’s why you see them dragging Lagos and other SW states with Yoruba. They are ashamed of where they come from and have totally given up on their region ( see how p square abandoned their fathers house in the village). The same way the average black man relocates to England or America in search of prosperity and a better life, it’s the same way the people from that region relocate to Yoruba land to pursue success and a better life which they can’t get from their gutter region. They can’t find success in their region, their region is dead and long buried, nothing works there, good governance is non existent, tribalism and discrimination is rife even amongst themselves, and so much more. I expect targeted policies to be put in place after the election next year to curb their over exuberance and excesses. They’ve always voted against our interest in Lagos and SW, so it’s time we put them in their place. We have tried to engage them but they always vote against us here even when we present a better candidate than theirs. You can’t be benefiting from the region whilst continuously sabotaging our efforts when it’s time to select our leaders. It’s pathetic considering they have been electing some of the worst leaders since 1999. Where’s the credibility to try to dictate to us here in SW who best to represent us when it’s there for all to see the useless leaders they have been electing since the return of democracy.

The LASG haven’t really targeted them all this while because they’ve actually been trying to engage them and seeking their support here. This election cycle has shown us the level of contempt, hatred and jealousy they have for us here in Lagos and SW, especially calling Lagos a “no mans land” so I feel the government is done trying to win them over. They will start to act in the best interest of our people.

A private company in partnership with LASG are already building a new computer village in kontangora. They will be kicked to the fringes. The ikeja area they operate is meant to be a residential area, plus we need to sanitize that axis, as they have made the place a complete mess and an eye sore. Blocked all the roads within the computer villages placing kiosks and wheel barrows on the road, thereby causing traffic around that area. It’s unsightly quite frankly.

The new location is far so no more easy accessibility they enjoy in that ikeja central location, which gives them a lot of patronage. People can as well get their computers and phones at shops in the ikeja city mall owned by Lebanese, Indians and other Nigerians. The price aren’t that far off each other to be honest. Plus when the move them even if they increase the price of the gadgets, it will still be in the same range as those at the mall and shopping complexes, plus the market forces such as location, profit margin etc will definitely come into place to bring down the price naturally because of less sales and competition from stores in more accessible locations. They will have to cut their profit in order to be competitive.

I also expect the Alaba market to be moved very soon. They’ll definitely move them to the fringes of Lagos or just simply close down the place. We need to sanitize our city. Whatever tax they pay is irrelevant. The people at the top are working on that. It’s about time we show them we no be their mate.

Dangote refinery, fertilizer, the lekki ports and so many more companies and taxes will be coming on stream anytime from now. So their irrelevant Alaba tax (that’s if they even pay taxes) is of no consequence. Dangote fertilizer already exported over $2b worth of fertilizer in the first half of this year. Now that’s a company that contributes immensely to the GDP of Lagos, SW and Nigeria. These are the types of companies/businesses we want in the SW not selling imported phones and spare parts. Don’t bother arguing with those clowns. These are the real companies that helped to develop Lagos and the south west in general not Okrika, laptop, or spare parts business. They think too highly of themselves. All they do is buy and sell, nothing more. They are actually a net negative to the economy because all they do is simply importing finished goods (buy and sell/container economy). Importing alone drags down the GDP of the country. They don’t manufacture or export. GDP is derived from what you export versus what you import. All they do is import. Nothing more.

The sectors that generate the most taxes in Lagos are manufacturing, banking, telecoms, insurance, funds, finance, stock market, hospitality, health, fintech, data, betting, movie productions, online shopping, IT, entertainment etc. These are well structured businesses that contribute immensely to the economy, unlike those that only import and sell low grade imported/finished goods.

In fact, these people actually drag down the GDP of Nigeria because all they do is container economics like the great Asiwaju noted a few years ago. Buhari has zero political clout right now due to his unprecedented failure as the president of this country. The economy is in shambles and insecurity is rife across the country.

Buhari’s core following in the North have already abandoned him. The previously guaranteed support has waned significantly due to his support for the ongoing Fulani lead genocide, banditry, ethnic cleansing and terrorism against Hausas and other ethnic minorities in the North. Fulanis are probably the only support he has left today.

When he leaves office next year, he will be ridiculed by people who can’t speak openly today for obvious reasons. Buhari will gradually fade into oblivion in the coming years unlike IBB and OBJ who till this day both stayed relevant. He’s left his mark in history as the worst president to ever lead this country. I’m glad I didn’t vote for him in 2019.

Due to the awesome Electoral act (BVAS), Buhari would find it difficult to rig the election this time. It’s left for Tinubu to figure it out. That said, I’ll be supporting Asiwaju come next February. PVC locked and ready to go for JAGABAN. Aje!
