Oga Spyder880, any news from our centenary city? Or is development in the city stall already? |
How was your research conducted to come up with such claims? ...is like you haven't heard about UNTH (UNN) Enugu; that performed the first open heart surgery (and still performs) in sub Sahara Africa, and her performing alumni. You didn't even rate ESUT and other eastern universities well, or you think the only good university in the east is UNN? No UNICAL, UNIPORT etc. ...i don't blame you sha, I blame this Lagos-Ibadan media houses which you subscribe to. |
Am I the only one that barely understands what EBSU did? EBSU is developing anyway! ...Viviangist, I sight you. |
kestolove95:did any Igbo man deny you relationship? Or was an Igbo lady smarter than you to snatch your boyfriend from you? ...what's your fuss with the Igbos lately? ...nwamgbeke, biko kpachara anya gi ooo! |
RIP to the decease. When will our tertiary institutions start catering for the needs of their students? This their nonchalant behaviour is so uncalled for... |
The way fuel price is going higher it might see the creator ooo... Btw, RIP to mama Awolowo. |
OAU has lost that title of most beautiful campus... If you ask me, I think the current most beautiful campus is UNN, the way the school management is erecting beautiful structures and landscaping is commendable, with refurbished laboratories and classrooms (with soothing chairs for students comfort and electronic board), the most important is the alliance between the school and a facility management company for taking care of the school's facilities and campus precincts... I think ABU is also commendable! |
Congratulation to the graduating students, I wish you all favor at the labour market... |
I just hope these doctors won't revert to strike as an option again... Life is precious! |
I just hope these doctors won't revert to strike as an option again... |
Better, and it's also looking good... |
Happy birthday Oshoko! ...the eyes of the South west, the slayer of Tinubu and Bubu! |
Beautiful cake... Happy birthday Oshokomole! The eyes of the South West, the nightmare of Tinubu ati Buhari, the wetdream of APC... Have a blissful celebration, Oshokooo!!! |
inlandtaipan:beautiful! He just flagged it off today... He has even flag off that of 9th mile and Abakpa the day before yesterday. I pray God give him more wisdom to pilot the affairs of our state to the greatest height. |
CR77:...lol sis! I didn't vote for APC ooo! |
When will this govt start dashing out policies ...may God help us. |
Happy birthday the beautiful bundle of joy!!! |
I am for the future, I support the new PDP with passion cause I believe the transformation of this country lies in the hands of the youths... |
That's good! Nigerians finally awake!!! ...when will the people of Imo state stage same? |
Bubu your body odour seems to be whiffing a different smell already... Its really needed in akwa ibom and cross river states. |
mbulela:...exactly! Fire them!! |
Happy birthday, the slayer of unprofessional comments by the APC... Nna eh! The duck like cake is large ooo, make una take am easy the chop our national cake na ![]() |
So these corporate men in suit are also thieves and engage in fraudulent activities? ...the fine by CBN is even small, while not do it the MTN way? |
The so called leaders of tomorrow behaving like touts and miscreants... So much from the so called premier university. |
ChimaAdeoye:...that's beautiful, then the govt has no excuse to give. We want our tourist centres to be given a total overhaul... |
ChimaAdeoye:you are absolutely right about driving the tourists round the tourist centres... Last time I watch a documentary on how a Cape Town tourist agency cater for the needs of the tourists which also included conveying them in a customized open roof bus (the kind found in London) to places of interest within the city, even this week I watch one almost thesame for Nairobi... These two cities have one thing in common, which is tourism; boosting their economy. Our state ministry of culture and tourism really needs to wake up from their slumber, and have a reconnaissance trip to these cities and others to find out how they did there... Your plan is really wonderful, I suggest you send something like a memo or so, to the state's website under the ministry (if they have opinion box) because that website is constantly updated. |
Truly Enugu state should cash in now on tourism because the state has so many tourism potentials and attractive centres... Take the beautiful hills and escarpment for example, cable cars can be constructed on them like that in Obudu. The state has beautiful lacustrine areas, take the Nsukka cultural zone for example, no body would believe that there is constellation of lakes around the Opi axis of Nsukka, even some as large as the one in Agulu... The state govt can develope that place by building wonderful holiday resort around the area... The place is the around the new Enugu-Opi Nsukka road. I myself became aware of this amazing site, after my course mate went there on field work, and brought beautiful pictures that he took there... Maybe when I get back to school and He is still with the pictures I will upload them here. |
Bubu, your odiferous skill is needed at the custom service, it seems they haven't had enough... |
This is want we want and not the lies from APC led government that "there is no money". |
spyder880:...the govt is a listening one, I know that road would be transformed for good... I hope they are truly visiting here... |
Beautiful contributions so far! Alaigbo must surely convince the world that we are a rare race in this continent and the world at large... I am really happy guvnor Ugwuanyi is gradually fulfilling his promises. I am now convinced that government of the state spy or lurk around on this thread often (by heeding to our cry of constructing those deplorable roads at mechanic village/Umuakashi industrial layout of NSK). ...and also, I would like to see our educational sector witness a total and rapid overhauling, where our pupils and students would learn in a 21st century conducive learning environment. How I wish the state can introduce a kind of BRT buses that would convey students to and fro schools in the major towns and city of the state as it's been done overseas especially America, to ameliorate and mitigate the suffering of our dear students who trek long distance to school everyday. I know, the immediate past govt of Sullivan provided '18 seater' buses for all public and some mission secondary schools in the state, most of this bus are not being used to convey the students rather the staff are the ones enjoying it apart from when schools have competitions. In Nigeria, I think the only state adopting this medium of transportation for her 'cherished' students is Ondo state and its really going well for them, making the students always elated and ready to go school... If gburugburu can cash in one this lapses and new 'innovation', He would be endearing himself to the hearts of Enugu students and proud parents. ...dejee nuu ooo!!! |
Congratulation to the pioneering medics, it was truly a long journey... This would go a long way in motivating the other upcoming medics... |
