You're also forgetting the south south and south east are like friends. definitely the south will without problem allow the south east through.
we are not enemies with the East like the north or west will think. we are actually closer to them than to others parts of Nigeria. and am sure my state, Akwa ibom state will give the East free access to the Sea after all Abia here share a common boundary with Akwa ibom.

Based on the map that Murtala, Babangida and co drew, the so called South East has no direct access to the sea. But the truth is that Igbos in the so called South South have access to the sea. Now let me give my verdict now, I discovered there are small ojoro in both sides, Arrewa post some Abuja pictures while ChristianNorth post some Akwa-Ibom pictures, secondly I discovered NW has a lot of Fed. Govt presence than the SE who are more or less of self effort, I was dumb founded to see good development in both region. Now my judgement,
1). I discovered Arrewa concentrated more on Kaduna and Kano states without focusing on the other states that made up the region.
2). I discovered that ChristianNorth concentrate in all the state that made up the region apart from Ebonyi.
After due consultation I hereby declared SOUTH EAST THE WINNER AND IS RETURNED ELECTED. that's my judgement.
