The following day, maintain your normal composure as if nothing happened.
She will become your friend.

In my case, I gave her an unexpected call while she was just 1min late. My conversation was thus:
Her: "Good morning Sir..."
Me: "Yeah, Good morning Grace. You are not here yet, I hope everything is okay..."
Her: "Sir, I couldn't get a taxi in time and bla bla bla.."
Me: "Alright then, I just wanted to know."
Her: "I'm okay Sir, thank you."
Call ended.
When she arrived, I pretended I didn't even call her. She became friendly.
Just showing a little care solved the problem because in her mind, "he actually went out of his way to check on me...he is not bad after all".

And if you wish to gift her something, let it be in a group of other workers too. Like buying everyone meat pie or bottle of coke each...you could mention her name in particular by asking pretentiously if she has gotten too.
I am just advising you from my experience.
She might got your back in your absence.
And you too...try and season your bossiness with flexibility too.

Find a way to delay her at work one day. Hide behind the door, catch her unaware and press a bottomless kiss on her lips. Push her violently to the wall while grabbing her neck. Press the neck like you really want to chock her... Plant an even deeper kiss on her lips. Teach her a 2 minute lesson and leave your white survenir deep deep inside of her. Leave without uttering a word.

The way she'll look at you the next day, you'll know that your problem is solved.

When God created man, he later formed man or did the physical formation of body. God also created animals and therefore they must be spirits. There are also references to formation of man in their mothers womb. That shows the body was formed but the spirit created. Man definitely has a spirit.

That's why people are able to call the dead and commune with them. It also happens in the bible where Saul was able to call Samuel who is dead via the witch of Endor to communicate with him.
In the NT, Lazarus who is dead and buried for over 3days was brought back to life. If these people are in Hell or Heaven, they can never return. Many evidence exists in the bible to make Christians understand that no one goes to heaven or hell(place of punishment without fire- outer darkness) till All are judged on the last day.

From that same spiritual realm they also return, reincarnate back to earth. A concept Christians don't understand but is clearly in their bibles. Your ancient Ancestors knew this very well they always consult whenever a child was born to know who came. Religion has demonized it but it is clearly there.

Um... Under the Old Covenant, those who lived righteous lives were given the promise of Life .I.e. eternal/afterlife, whereas those disobeyed God’s Law were promised, death .I.e., perish in the grave/cessation in the grave - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. .

So, when you read of people like Moses, Samuel etc. Whose spirits existed even after their death, recall that these were men who lived righteous lives before their deaths.

In Ezekiel 18 vs 1- 36 & Ezekiel 33 vs 10 - 20, God reiterated this same promise of Old when He again swore by His name that those who do good/live righteous will live while the one who sins will die-cease to exist in the grave without an afterlife.

So the countdown began! Noah had to build a gigantic house with wood but no foundation so that it could easily float on water. Noah did just so!
God's warning frightened Noah so he became a preacher {2Peter 2:5} telling all his friends and families about God's anger but nobody listened to Noah so he concentrated on his own immediately family who joined him in building the Ark.
After it's completion Noah had to save all creatures on land so they won't go into extinct after the flood.
Now imagine yourself being a contemporary of Noah. What will you be doing when you noticed that Noah start gathering animals into the Ark which he told you was meant to save the lives of people who listened to him?
Try to visualize what you'll be saying seeing Noah going about with animals and packing straws for the animals to survive in the Ark!

Of course after 100 years of our house to house and door to door preaching and teaching, Michael knew that there's no place on planet earth where people have not heard of JWs (the world's most peaceful and peaceloving group of worshipers) so we are now rounding up the work yet many are still entering the Ark even though we no longer Visits them face to face.
Many of my own Bible students are worried asking me why i wanted them to be destroyed at Armageddon. For your information, i never thought of 1919~2019~Covid19. It was one of my Bible students that called my attention to it so don't think many JWs thought of this!

I told him that Jehovah will bless him for taking note of this events unlike billions who doesn't even care {Matthew 24:39} that's why i was so joyous when my brothers and sisters from all over the world are jubilating that Michael is still working despite Covid19 and his people are still increasing!

You just try to check the figure of likes newly baptized JWs are getting on Facebook, then you'll know that you confused people have nothing to say against God's people!
