Jakumo: You sound agitated and upset so I won't contribute to that state of mind, but to your point about Yoruba land being capable of defending itself better than the people of Benue State, I can only hope that your optimistic presumption stands the test of time. Have a good day sir. Fulani man, bring it on ! I promise you'll be sent back to wherever jungle you came from in a bodybag ! |
Crime › Re: Four Cattle Herders Abducted, Killed In Ogun State by Christlike01: 7:56am On Feb 12, 2024*. Modified: 3:44pm On Feb 12, 2024 |
Jakumo: No sir, this resort to torture and murder of Fulani men will only trigger a CYCLE of massacres and reprisals that will ultimately be quelled when battle-kitted federal troops are deployed to fight alongside and in direct tactical support of the Fulani farmland-grabbers posing as cattle herdsmen.
The Fulani NEVER forget an attack on their kin, but they are methodical and cunning when planning their revenge options, with the only common denominator of those reprisals being that mass sudden death will come calling for unsuspecting people in rural areas AT NIGHT. This cowardly idiot, shut up your big trap ! You certainly don't know what you're saying if you think the Fulani will ever be able to launch any attack that will result in a mass sudden deaths in Yoruba land ! Fulani can only launch a pocket of cowardly attacks here and there in Yoruba land. Should they try that kind of nonsense they do in Benue or Plateau state in any part of Yoruba land, the kind of calamity that will befall them will make Uthman Dan Fodio turn in his grave ! Trust me,you don't want Yoruba people to rise up against Fulani in Yoruba land, the aftermath won't be good! Now,Coward, shove the fear of the fulani up your throat and crawl back into whatever hole you came out from ! Your objective which is to create a kind of deadly myth around Fulani is dead on arrival. We fear no Fulani here ! |
Crime › Re: Four Cattle Herders Abducted, Killed In Ogun State by Christlike01: 7:27am On Feb 12, 2024 |
Jakumo: Those of us who frequent rural areas of Nigeria and have experienced tense encounters with machete-wielding Fulani herdmen who never hesitate to approach and verbally challenge even those carrying hunter's guns, know first hand that these hungry looking men masqerading as cattle herdsmen have absolutely NO fear of guns and NO hesitance to engage in violent confrontation over land access disputes, be they real or instigated by the Fulanis themselves.
With this utterly fearless, land-grabbing warrior mindset of the Fulani culture foremost in mind, I can state as a matter of absolute certainty that in the near future of less than 3 months, a disproportionately MASSIVE and gratuitously blood-soaked nighttime armed reprisal will be launched by rampaging hordes of vengeful Fulani gunmen, possibly supported by Nigerian federal troops, laying to waste and ruination any or all inhabited farm settlements within a 3-mile radius of the location where the tortured bodies of several Fulani men were discovered. If I were a long-term resident of ANY location in Nigeria where murders of Fulani men have been committed, I would abandon my residence and move FAR away for at least a good calendar year. You're a useless coward ! |

South Africans must be fooling themselves if they think Banana Banana deserves the 3rd place bronze medal 'cause they don't ! Their qualification out of the group stage was aided by Namibia 'cause they wouldn't have made it out of that group if Namibia wasn't there ! SA are quite familiar with Nambia,so they were able to beat them. SA game against Morocco had some elements of poor officiating in favour of Banana Banana;their first goal was a clear offside goal ! Against Cape Verde ? Go and watch that game again and tell me if a team like SA deserved to advance at the expense of such a very good Cape Verdean team. They were equally assisted by the referee/VAR in the semi final game against Nigeria. Nigeria ordinarily, should have won that game within the regulation time with a scoreline of 3-0 or more but for the poor officiating !
A team like Banana Banana does not deserve to represent Africa at the world stage;they are not good enough. We could all see their level of mediocrity against the Congolese this evening. If not that the Congolese were simply unlucky, they should have won that game within 90 minutes with nothing less than 3 goals scoreline !
South Africa is not a powerhouse in African football. My teams of the tournament:
1. Nigeria - remains GIANT of African football. 2. Cape Verde - they play excellent football 3.Egypt - very good, they were simply unlucky. 4.Mauritania - those guys are ballers ! 5.Senegal- the Lions are never a pushover !
South Africa are just pretenders, they still have a long way to go in football ! |

Sports › Re: AFCON2023: Iwobi Needs To Be Replaced For The Final - Sunday Wale Adeniran by Christlike01: 12:18pm On Feb 10, 2024 |
adefitim: Ola Aina is one of the best players not only for Nigeria but in the whole of this tournament but the moment he was moved to the left wing back due to Zaidu's absence, he struggled a bit in our last game. The day I feared the young lad was the day Nottingham Forest, his club in England faced Manchester United. He showed them pepper.
If Zaidu is fit, he should start. At least, the number one job of a defender is to stop the opponent and in that aspect, you can't fault him; it is just that modern football also demands wing backs or full backs, depending on the team set up, to also be attack minded and players like Roberto Carlos are responsible for that. Lol
The nucleus three of Semi Ajayi, Calvin Bassey and Troost-Ekong have proven to be a very solid shield for the goalkeeper and the goalkeeper himself whenever he is exposed which has been rare, he never disappoint. So the backline is settled.
The trio of Osimhen, Lookman and Simon upfront have been giving every team we have played serious headache and Cote D'Ivoire will not be an exception.
Nine out of eleven positions have been taken care of so far with two positions left: DM and CM, defensive midfielder and central or attacking midfielder which have been manned by Frank Onyeka and Alex Iwobi respectively. And while I rate the Brentford of England player 8/10 so far in his DM role for the Eagles, I rate the Fulham man, Iwobi 5.5/10.
And I think that Peseiro and his team of coaches understand this and that is the reason Super Eagles creativity has been from the wings especially through Aina and Simon while Lookman has emerged as the talisman with Osimhen dragging opposing defenders with his runs there by creating space for Eluku.
If therefore, there will be any change at all in the starting 11, I will like to see only Yusuf Alhassan take the place of Iwobi. He will make the midfield a bit more solid and his passes are more accurate.
The Ivorians rely a lot on the midfield and we must not allow them take charge. Iwobi is the reason Osimhen overworks. I love him but let's leave sentiment.
Over all, I don't see their luck carrying them beyond silver medals tomorrow.
#SWA Oh,come on,you spoilt everything with the highlighted part ! You'll be disappointed tomorrow because Nigeria is winning that cup by the grace of God. |

They fix transport fare arbitrarily. Commuters are at their mercy. All over lagos, they are there e.g. Oshodi, Obalende, Ajah, Iyanaworo etc. They are one of causes of high transport fare in lagos metropolis. Government BRT buses are never always there. Are they indirectly working for lagos state Government? Why is the government keeping a blind eye to their activities and the untold hardship in terms of transport fare commuter suffer in their hands. Is it not time some something is done about this nuisance? You guys' obsession with Lagos is quite appalling;it's crazy ! Why don't you simply relocate back to your village in the East where there are no agberos or must you live in Lagos,Chinedu ? Sho fe gbo,as in,do you really wanna know ?
